The bed & breakfast serves a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast. Additional property amenities include limo/town car service, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. This is a smoke-free property.

Guestrooms.
6 air-conditioned guestrooms at Colonels Retreat feature coffee/tea makers and complimentary bottled water. Accommodations offer city views. Beds come with Select Comfort mattresses, down comforters, and premium bedding. In addition to separate dining areas, these individually furnished rooms include desks. Bathrooms feature shower/tub combinations and complimentary toiletries. Wireless Internet access is complimentary. In addition to complimentary newspapers and safes, guestrooms offer cordless phones as well as free local calls (restrictions may apply). 24-inch flat-screen televisions have satellite channels. Rooms also include ceiling fans and windows that open. Guests may request microwaves, irons/ironing boards, and hair dryers.

Notifications and Fees:

• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the bed & breakfast prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• All guests staying in hotel guestrooms must be registered with the hotel.

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Airport shuttle fee: INR 1400 per vehicle (one way)
• Early check-in fee: INR 1000
• Late check-out fee: INR 1000
• Rollaway bed fee: INR 700 per night
