I was in Mumbai for a wedding and this place was in close vicinity to the beach and to the various venues of the function. Its a good hotel and the rooms are well spaced with just that right amount of what one needs. The staff is very polite and helpful when i asked for directions to go shopping and also made arrangements for transport for me. Good value for money too.

i used to stay here lot of times earlier also. But this time I was I had a horrible experience. May be the rates are low as per Bombay, close to the beach etc the hotel I believe has lost its charm. i was given a room on the 5th floor it seemed that the rooms where not properly maintained the toilet had only 2 bath towels and one soap bar no shampoo no cream no toilet paper no dustbin in the toilet. to add more the wooden frames of the window were damaged from water, smelling and on top of all... Landed here on 6th Jan 2016 for business purpose. This was not my first choice but I did not have many options. The hotel is in dilapidated condition and looks like one of those shady hotels near bus/train stations. However rooms are a bit of relief as they are moderate sized. The rooms though lack everything a modern visitor would expect at the price range. Bathroom is a joke that perennially smells of piss. The worst thing about the hotel however is the room service and food quality. In f... Read more

The worst hotel I have seen in my life. Never pre book the hotel as the will provide the worst of the worst room. Washrooms and rooms are shabby and pathetic. Don't go by the pictures the hotel is very very bad. Lastly don't waste your money on this hotel.

The bathrooms and its contents were filthy. Room Service was terrible. Half the staff seem to be Bangladeshis who do not speak either Hindi or English properly. . One soup and one plate fish fingers took 45 minutes, the wrong soup arrived . I had ordered sweet corn I got Hot and Sour which was too chilly hot to drink. They replaced it with a veg. soup that had no corn. The water tap gave boiling hot water from both the hot and cold ends of the mixer. The main light, fan and the power plug were... Read more

The location is a great one, behind Novotel and Sun n Sand. Open the window and you will be blown away by the breeze. The breakfast is decent, not great. The rooms are not so great, the bathrooms too are not in a good shape. The service of a guy named Madan were the only saving grace. Food from room dining is very expensive. staff is cooperative overall. money for an amazing location.

I booked through the website of this hotel. But when i reached there as scheduled they say my bookings has been canceled without any reasons. The guy at the reception even does not know about the bookings. Worst management ever seen. Don't ever book this hotel.

Not suitable for people with sensitive skin or noses or allergies to dust or pollen. It is an old hotel and seems unventilated. I stayed there for a last-minute requirement and was solo. First off the location is a little off the main road and secondly, the rooms did not look clean in terms of dust and mustiness. Wouldn't advice solo women travellers to stay here.

Good for: Location Room Hygiene Food Service Bad for: Maintenance Room quality Shabbiness A decent property at a good location but not maintained. Suggested for solo travellers. Worth the low price. Look for a beach view room
