This hotel should not be given more than 1 star ever, which was sadly not the case when I booked on ClearTrip.com. My trust has shaken from clear trip ratings!! (1) The room was smelly, with bed sheets having stains. (2) Bathroom was a filth, with mosquitoes and bathing are badly maintained with TERMITE on wooden and sides of walls. (3) I never got the bill of the items I ordered from room service, like water on 2 occasions. Very un happy & dissatisfied!!

I was in Mumbai for a wedding and this place was in close vicinity to the beach and to the various venues of the function. Its a good hotel and the rooms are well spaced with just that right amount of what one needs. The staff is very polite and helpful when i asked for directions to go shopping and also made arrangements for transport for me. Good value for money too.

i used to stay here lot of times earlier also. But this time I was I had a horrible experience. May be the rates are low as per Bombay, close to the beach etc the hotel I believe has lost its charm. i was given a room on the 5th floor it seemed that the rooms where not properly maintained the toilet had only 2 bath towels and one soap bar no shampoo no cream no toilet paper no dustbin in the toilet. to add more the wooden frames of the window were damaged from water, smelling and on top of all... Landed here on 6th Jan 2016 for business purpose. This was not my first choice but I did not have many options. The hotel is in dilapidated condition and looks like one of those shady hotels near bus/train stations. However rooms are a bit of relief as they are moderate sized. The rooms though lack everything a modern visitor would expect at the price range. Bathroom is a joke that perennially smells of piss. The worst thing about the hotel however is the room service and food quality. In f... Read more

right from the check in till the time we left everything was wonderful. The trout bar is probably the best bar on Hills. The girls hung out at the kids zone and we're for once happier with strangers as well...

The worst hotel I have seen in my life. Never pre book the hotel as the will provide the worst of the worst room. Washrooms and rooms are shabby and pathetic. Don't go by the pictures the hotel is very very bad. Lastly don't waste your money on this hotel.
