It's a good hotel to stay as it was near to my office work.. but WiFi here is bad . Breakfast was good . Room was clean . Staff is also good. food preparation was bad .. as our food order was last order and it's served like giving food is doing favour. . Next time we ll have food outside there 1000 of variety out side. ..

The experience was a mixed one. Let me take both sides - Positive things - # I got it at 1730/night using goibibo and I wanted it only for one night so it was really affordable # The rooms and washroom is clean and space is sufficient # Food is cheap, tasty and service is quick # Room service staff is polite and nice Negative things - # even though the details say it provides Wi-Fi but you have to login through FB/Google to get the passcode. The Login details would go to the admin--> that is... Read more

The Hotel earns a lot by fleecing patients who come to visit Tata Memorial Hospital which is 6-8 Kms. Located near Cotton Green Local Station (Harbour line) it is next to Vineet Nagar Colony which creates continued nuisance at nights, particularly if your room has a balcony. The "free internet" is very slow, capped to 250MB per day, that too after sharing your Twitter account access. The kitchen is dirty, but could be tolerable for some. Most important pat is that the staff is exceptionally rud... Read more

When you enter the hotel you get a feeling of some old hotel and you start thinking in your mind that you may have made a wrong choice, but later once you enter inside you will realise that you have not made a wrong choice. Rooms are pretty good and neatly maintained. Receptionist and service staff were very good and supportive.Adding to that we got a complimentary breakfast which was very good. So I will definitely go to this hotel once again if I am in Mumbai and wil even refer my friends if a... Read more

Really unhappy with my stay. Agoda mentioned airport pickup service which was denied. Although the room was big and clean the AC took forever to cool the room. The toilet seat cover was loose and the room service guy tried to explain to me that that's the way they are supposed to be and can't be fixed till the next day. The rack rates of the hotel was much lower that what I paid for online, the management claimed that it was a price fixed by the website and they had nothing to do with it..how is ... Read more

I stayed here for nearly 3 weeks on a recent trip to Mumbai. The room was decent enough, nothing special, but what made the place stand out for me was the friendliness and indeed mild eccentricity of the staff, a welcome breath of fresh air after some encountering some very surly hotel staff in previous Mumbai visits. The location, a minute's walk from Cotton Green station is good if you want to access central Mumbai - Parel, Lalbaug, Dadar etc. so I'd recommend it if you are on business, or a p... Read more

I visited this hotel as I had interview in TMH. Awesome experience as electricity went off by 10 pm. No power back up. Very rude staff. Had to change room at 11 o clock in night. One wd not like to have that experience on night before interview.

I had no idea about a hotel being so close to parel and cst and at the same time being in a silent area. The rooms are decent and clean. The staff is prompt in responding to requests and queries all the time.

Hotel rooms are well cleaned, spacious.... NO POWER back-up. As i faced power cut in this hotel for around 100 minutes at night.. POOR locality, no point in getting downstairs for walk. Always need to board taxi to visit for any nearby market place. Good thing is mumbai railway local station is near (5min by walk). They offer wi-fi, but no range in room. also need to log-in using social media account. I think rates of hotel room are little costlier comparing overall experience.
