Initially we had personally got into contact with Hotel Sea Princess few weeks before our stay mentioning that we had an early check in, and they ensured us that there would be no problems and we would get free breakfast as part of our package of our stay. As soon as we got to the hotel to check in on our first day, the rude receptionist told us the opposite thing. Therefore we had to wait an hour for the early check in, and said that we weren‚??t able to get free breakfast. Immediately when we ... Read more

I have been staying in this hotel for last 16 years and it has been evolving ever since. The rooms are well-designed, comfortable and contemporary. The lobby + restaurants are totally renovated and feels good! The poolside is amazing at sunset. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

If you want a stay which is not expensive, gives you all kind of facilities (Spa, pool, bar, sea facing cafe etc), then this is the place. Do not expect lot of "space" from this place. You won't find spacious corridors or big bathrooms. It's a well maintained hotel right on the beach. Though you will not prefer going on to the beach, its not that clean. Rooms are neat, corridors, common areas everything is well maintained. Corrodors are a bit crammed up, but not much of an issue. A decent spa w... Read more

It is excellently located on Juhu Tara Road, and Juhu Beach is 2 minutes walk. Rooms are relatively cheaper than other good hotels in the area, and the Housekeeping and Room Service staff are very very good, taking care of your needs, and more. Rooms are Clean and well maintained. If the front office team were a bit more friendly and affable, it would be a great hotel.

We were on a Business Trip and booked this hotel due to availability issues with regular hotels we stay du to IPL Opening Ceremony in the city. The check in was cumbersome to start as the staff at the reception seemed totally uninterested and pre-occupied. Finally we check in and since had couple of hours for the meeting, we tried resting out after ordering some snacks. The snacks arrived after almost hour and half which had to be returned since pushing for the meeting.... Well.... Back in the... Read more

It actually pains me a little to write this review since this hotel is very nearly there for me. The location is Juhu which worked very well for me since I had a lot of things to do around Andheri area. The rooms were clean and fairly well equipped. The staff were generally very polite, and I often found staff such as at the door outside, the luggage helpers to be always excellent! It was more the check in and receptionists who I found to have an air of arrogance about them. The airport transfer... Read more

Things that work for Sea Princess - 1. The location is amazing (Juhu Tara Road) with a back exit direct to the beach 2. The breakfast is decent (good spread but the service sucks!) 3. Rooms are decently spacious, standard furniture, nothing outrageous 4. Decently priced bar (300 odd for a beer) Things that just don't work - 1. The service is ATROCIOUS. Stayed 3 nights, saw frustrated customers each morning at the reception (was soon to be one of them!) 2. The pool is nice but always full be... Read more

One of my favourite hotel in Juhu. Excellent location. The hotel has been around for long and everyone knows the place. Everything has gone thru upgrades and the place looks fresh and well maintained. The breakfast is adequate. The room are comfortable and surprisingly quiet for the business main road that the hotel is located on.

The hotel and food are good. Our room was no smoking but stank heavily of smoke. The staff performed their services with expectations of a sizable tip, especially at the concierge. This is a good enough hotel, nothing particularly great or poor about it.

First think its not a hotel as its name its a beach resort in best location . behind of resort there is small gate direct open to juhu beach its main point of this resort . Also in resort swing pool is very nice . its have club/pub also so want to give 5 star for this resort but that club/pub open for 3 days of weak & in that days there is very loud music come to room so we can't slip on 3 AM after club is off than we can slip !!

Stayed at Sea Princess for almost two weeks. The hotel has been renovated. The lobby, restaurants and the rooms. It looks much better now. The rates were reasonable. It's better to call the hotel directly and book it rather than booking.com. You will pretty much get the same rate inclusive of breakfast and wifi. The breakfast is quite decent and has a good selection. The beachfront is good for a sundowner drink and watching the crowd on the beach and indulging in some street food if you are dari... Read more

Had a good stay, in fact extended my stay by a day. But found the rates online cheaper than across the counter, which is surprising. Rooms are Ok and I could steal a small view of the sea somewhere in the corner. Maybe guests should opt for the sea view rooms. Breakfast was good and the hotel seemed to be very popular with lot of guests coming for eats at 3 am too. Very lively down at the reception area. The passage to the rooms was very narrow and claustrophobic and dark.

+ directly on the beach + value for money but still more than 110 Euros + food and breakfast is quite OK + plenty of staff, always somebody around. + quick laundry + correct reception. So I started with five points. - no free Internet which pisses me off deduction of one point! - some construction going on at the pool area - renovation of rooms is superficial, example our bed was once a 4 poster bed. Now the posters are simply cut off. The remaining part stands out of it, we knocked our shins... Read more

From outside the hotel looks small... but is bigger in length. Liked the rooms as they were spacious and comfortable. Spent time in their restaurant overlooking Juhu beach, which offers a beautifull view of the sunset. The buffet breakfast offered was good and so was the midnight buffet. My first 5 star hotel experience and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Held an engagement party and stayed a night here. The outdoor area/pool/beach access/restaurant were all great. Hotel is having good service and swimming pool ,but approach to swimming pool is through restaurant which can be given separately. Rooms are also not that sound proof, lot of noise comes from other room or passage, that disturbs the sleep. Not having feel of 5 star hotel, can be rated as 3 star.

Its not a 5 star class for sure when we compare it to any of the chains existing, service is also very average, not as expected. Its an old hotel which has been maintained well. Location is very good since its adjacent to Juhu Beach. We had dinner and breakfast at their restaurant , food quality was good. One very unusual thing experienced, when asked for water bottles housekeeping staff asked for our used bottles and refilled it, common which 5 star hotel does that.
