An extremely good resort which went beyond our expectation. The location is amazing, at the lake shore. The amenities were good like swimming pool, restaurants, kids play area, deck chairs alongside the lake. They even have their own houseboats though we did not use it. The complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent from variety, quality and quantity. The staffs were professional. Mr. John (I think he owns the resort) was very helpful starting from the planning phase of my Kerala tour. He even... Read more

A lovely place to relax with a great hospitality. Somehow we reached the resort very late around 11:30 pm. But just on a call the Manager arranged dinner and kept it in out room, and waited for us to settle down. Its just on the Banks of the Lake. they have their own house boats also. Breakfast was also good not a huge spread but good enough. Wifi is free but not so good range in rooms.

We have booked a cottage for our honeymoon trip and the experience was above my expectation. They have clean and big cottages at backwater side. The ambiance was so romantic that you will love this place. From the resort itself you can see houseboats cruises through backwaters.

Positives: Good location, right in front of the lake. You can get great sunset view Neat and clean Excellent landscaping done in the hotel Things that can be improved: - choice of food at breakfast should be more - evenings are very boring. They should arrange some cultural activities etc in the evening

The resort made me feel like I was in a dream! Situated right smack in the backwaters, its ambience was just magical. Sadly we had stayed there only for a day. Will love to come back! However, their houseboats must be booked and payed (reservation fee) in advance as they are hot sellers!

The resort had awe-inspiring natural beauty. The serene waters and the calm environment made for a perfect vacation. It also boasts of quality services and good amenities. However, they might want to improve upon their restaurant which was not at all upto our expectations.

It's a very small property but if you wanna enjoy few days with family then it's a fabulous place. This property is situated just beside the backwaters. View was just awesome from the room (thankfully i have been allotted backwaters facing room, room no. 107) Infinity pool was good but could have been even better and clean. Food was just OK. All in all a very good property for couple of days with family.

Cottages are very good and well maintained right opposite an artificial water body. A very beautiful lawn facing the lake, where you can spend hours in the evening and also have dinner for there. A must stay place in Kumarakom, if you donot want to spend tons of money on the 5 star resort, as you get the same feel within this resort. Wheel chair accessible.. The swimming pool was under repair, when we went

Location of the resort is excellent, right on the banks of Wembanad Lake...One can see boats sailing in the lake, if not travelling in one....Typical Kerala style looking rooms are spacious.. Food is awesome... Don't go by menu, ask chef Vinod to prepare some off-menu items if he is free.... Almost all the staff members are friendly to help you. Mr Thangam of housekeeping is awesome, though he doesn't know languages other than local, helps you out whenever you need.... Should try Ayurvedic Sp... Read more

All were ready when checked in. Free wifi was there. Room service was very good. Immediate response. An enchanting view of the vembanad lake. Swimming pool was also good. We arrived at this hotel during sunset time and the view of the lake was mesmerizing. The staff is very cordial and will try to please you as much as possible. We hired their houseboat for a 3 hour cruise and it was awesome as the whole houseboat is for you. You can also opt for 5 hours cruise with lunch. They also have Ayurveda facility at the hotel. You will love your stay at the hotel. For me the only downside would be the restricted breakfast menu which might be due to less number of guests.

Booked from expedia 2 weeks ahead. When we reached there at night, they denied service saying they no longer have tie ups with expedia. They neither informed us earlier nor provided any alternatives. Pathetic.

I stayed in this resort for 2 nights in October. During my trip I felt that the staff as extremely lazy and took too much time in doing very small things also although there were just 2 3 families during first day/night there. The kind of service they provided was not expected from a resort which boasts too much about their service and standards. The staff seemed to very non interested in doing stuff. Rooms have a pathetic smell and theres lot of 'seelan' in room. Views are good but lack of goo... Read more
