Hotel is very good and maintained nicely, but quality of staff deployed not upto the standard/mark. hotel management tries to maintain the hotel by lesser paid salaried staff. they should look into this. Food no where touch the standard. its just time pass. rest again I will tell you facility very nicely maintained. but services required more attention. its cool and peace hotel. Chances of improvement will give 300% growth in business.

A very nice hotel with a very friendly staff . The hotel is having a very lush green campus. The food was good (CHIKAN TIKKA MASALA) is a must try for all.The rooms were nice. Pool side was awesome and the snooker was a star to the hotel.Yet the airconditning was to be a bit improved.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 days while on a group tour recently and really enjoyed the place.Horizontal room layout encircling the beautiful green lawn gives a pleasant feel. Most facilities are located on ground level and well accessible from rooms. The restaurant is big enough to serve large number of guests at a time. The hotel has WIFI facility but is not provided free either in the lobby or in the room.Even charges for this facility are quite high.Overall, it is a nice hotel.

We went there in the peak of the heat. So couldn't venture out of the hotel much. But the hotel kept us engaged. The place is huge and lets you find your solitude. My family and kids also enjoyed a lot. The original plan of 2 days was extended to 4 days, we stayed mostly in the hotel and still enjoyed!

I stayed in this hotel as a part of a "Destination Wedding" package. The facilities in the hotel are average, rooms dated with very basic facilities. Most of the facilities in the resort are out of order and the staff not very well trained. They lack basic etiquette towards their guests. The food is below average and even lack the basics of serving Indian meals. Even in this age of connectivity, the hotel does not include free wi-fi with the stay The hotel has a vast expanse of lawns and a dece... Read more

Rooms are many, spacious with green lawn view. everything necessary was available in the room with mini bar. Located on the airport road and probably first hotel to notice when entering into the city. In amenities: pool was under repair, they could improve on: Place a board to locate reception area.

Although the hotel accommodation is fine with not much flaws but the service and behaviour of staff was very disappointing. I mean they were totally biased with the foreign guests over Indians . They were offering Aarti and tikka and garlands but not to any Indian guest. Which all other hotels and resorts equally offer to Indians as well . Its Not only this rude behaviour rather they also made us sit for half an hour at the reception with babies during check in despite of telling that we arri... Read more

Visited and stayed for a function. The facilities are good, the staff is hospitable, the food is fine, rooms are OK. The bathrooms are not so good, you have to use the bathtub, you can either stand under the shower or use it conventionally. Water logging was an issue in the bathrooms, the bathroom floors do not have a slope towards anywhere and the water just stays, the exhaust was not working as it seems. Apart from this, everything else was great, they have a huge area, the swimming pool is ... Read more

We have stayed in this hotel for two days. Overall service was good.Rooms are ok, have big and secured car parking.wifi is not good. First day there was a traditional MP marriage.Little bit disturbance due to the drum sound, but we really enjoyed. Overall don't expect lot, but will not disappoint you.

Its on the main road and approx at 15 min reach by car from railway station. The hotel is spacious with beautiful swimming pool, badminton court & long tennis court. Overall inside view is great however from outside not well maintained. Rooms are also good and maintained. As a drawback breakfast may upset you if you go by the hotel name. However it offers you a sufficient big playground where you can play cricket or football if you are fond of playing the same if travelling with friends or in co... Read more

Nice place for weekend relaxation. Good property, well maintained and clean. The swimming pool is very attractive and greenery all around. Location is also an added advantage. Food quality is good, specially the mix of Indian and continental spread balances the diaspora of guests.

Old amenities as compared to other hotels.... Hotel staff poor attitude toward guest... Nothing much to eat in breakfast!!!!!! Hugh lobby but no Air-condition.... I believe they are saving electricity..... At the end we left the hotel without staying the one night even.... We shifted to other hotel. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!

We stayed in this hotel for one night and we were not disappointed at all. The wifi worked fine and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of dishes. The only drawback was that the hotel was away from the tourist sights and travelling from to hotel to the sights required an expensive auto ride.

At last a decent hotel included in tour. About two kilometres out of Khajuraho the main town. The hotel was clean and modern and set in parkland grounds. Nice pool although very cool. Breakfast was limited for western people but enough to get by. We had dinner in the restaurant but the meal was average. There is no free wifi and a fee is charged at 250 rupees per device for 24 hours only. Very unsuitable.

First the negatives ... Slightly messed up - for one thing, the key kept getting jumbled & had to be continually re-programmed. A tad careless housekeeping. Somewhat less child-friendly & geriatric-friendly - swimming pool is uniformly 4' deep, the rooms are either a few steps up or a few steps down, not on the ground floor. Now the positives. Almost everything was solved by the courteous, completely co-operative & genuinely friendly staff. Someone would always get the key re-programmed, use the... Read more

It is a huge hotel with lot of greenery around. Though, they had messed up with my pick up at the airport. I'd suggest you take a taxi from the airport which is will be cheaper than your hotel taxi. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They can work a little on the amenities provided in the room. Thy just give bare minimum toiletries and nothing in the mini-bar. Secondly, the food is bland so you'll have to ask the chef to make it slightly spicey. The breakfast gets repetitive, as we we... Read more

This is a delightful hotel to stay in, reminiscent of a former era (the is a croquet pitch if it takes your fancy). Reasonable sized rooms, fabulous pool (with bar service) and best of all is the chef! We travelled with some friends and on the first night had room service (for 8). We were delivered great food, probably the best room service any of us have had in a hotel. To support it was great service!

Hotel Clarks is well maintained hotel. We had two night stay of peace. Pool is lovely, clean and open for 12 hrs. Auto stand is right in front of hotel which makes it easier for tourist to travel. Although we took bike for roaming. Only part which they should improve is their food. Food was not upto the mark, even breakfast was not superb as we expect in such hotels. We even skipped one time free buffet breakfast and went to The Lalit.

From my perspective, this is a tour-bus catering hotel. During our multiple-day stay there were a few couples, but the majority were with tour groups. In fact, there were no Indian guests until our last day. Having said that, this is a comfortable, quiet place to stay, a couple of miles outside the bustle of Khajuraho. The setting is magnificent, a well maintained acreage with gardens all around. One can take a pause for a little exercise, walking around a nice jogging course, or visiting t... Read more

Yes, the Clarks chain again....The staff at the front desk were unable to show any interest in us as guests. The rooms were in better condition than the ones at their Agra property, but the rooms are nothing special and the bathroom can use a serious overhaul. The restaurant is a big impersonal mess hall with a mostly confused staff and the food is average at best. The one thing we liked was the pool. We will never stay at a Clarks hotel again.

We were on a 2 week trip to India and that was one of the best places we stayed in. Quick service, good food. What I did not like was a fee for internet access . small pool , nicely kept garden around premises. To the center of Khajuraho one can get within 3 minutes by tuktuk

Me hospede en este hotel durante un viaje de 5 semanas a la India. Siempre tuve curiosidad sobre los templos de Nirvana. No hay mucho mas que ver pero la gente es muy cordial y cuidan mucho al turista. Viajo sola y me senti segura. I stayed in this hotel during a 5 week solo trip in India. I always had curiosity about the Nirvana temples. There is not much else to see by people are very hospitable and they really take care of the tourists' wellbeing. I travel alone and felt safe.
