Jodhpur was really such a beautiful place but unfortunately this hotel did not impress me at all. On the day of arrival I found the gentleman at the front counter so rude and unfriendly that it set the tone for the hotel itself. Heritage Kuchaman Haveli is over 100 years old and is quite an impressive building, although work needs to be done on it.What rally spoils it is small things such as very old towels in our room (which were replaced on request (with towels not quite so old)), old sheets and dirty table cloths in the breakfast area. The hotel is well located if you want to be in the hustle and bustle of things. It is also a lovely walk back to this hotel from the fort on the hill, via the clock tower. The room and bathroom were nothing special and the breakfast was rather plain, but there is something special about the little stone hotel that makes it quite lovely, including a lovely courtyard that the restaurant opens onto. Small aspects of the decor are also quite quaint and we enjoyed the experience of staying here.

This hotel has seen better days and the rooms are basic. However the atmosphere feels authentic and iris in a good location just inside the old city gate. .. the streets around are noisy and frenetic however the haveli is tucked away and therefore quieter.

Hotel is decent but definitely not recommended for groups.. as access to big vehicles are not possible they need to stop and come by walking in small roads. Staffs are courteous and Food is ok.... For South Indian if you ask they prepare upama.. it is tasty ... Rooms are spacious ..
