Initially we were given what seemed to be a room, through the back entrance of the property, that was hurriedly vacated.. no rugs on the very cold marble floor, bathroom was dirty and the stairs needed a good clean and paint. We were then given a suite, which was what we had booked, that was clean and nicely furnished. Heating was still a problem and in January, Jaipur can be very cold. Breakfast was served, in a very cold room everyday. I could go on about this place, but the owner was frien... Read more

our agent booked us here, and i read somewhere that Bill Clinton once stayed here.... true or not, i think the place needs some maintenance, the first night i found no hot water in my washing room, and they sent some one to repair it, but my friend didn't take the trouble to do so so he washed in cold.... another bad thing was that we checked in very late at around 9 o'clock and the kitchen was said to be closed so they ordered something from some other place we guess. we have traveled for more ... We got an upgrade to a suite. Thanks. Great, but dark rooms, typically for this architecturally style. Thin windows without any noise protection. Take your earplugs with you! Could breakfast room at this time of year. But reasonable selection of food. But they slice all food on one board. Due to this you get for example papaya cubes with a taste of onion. The swimming pool is out of use. Just a dirty pigion tub surrounded by rubbish and old deck chairs. Very slow internet connection. The worst... Read more

A old haveli middle of Jaipur. Look around and ask and dont just rely on Google Map to find out the location it takes you to the ball-park. The Haveli is real old style architecture, with everything from that era including the rooms. The amenities are modern, but the haveli definitely needs some maintenance.

The idea of a converted palace is the prospect offered by the web page but in reality it is much different. The entrance from the street is untidy and in need of care. Down the driveway bordered by a wedding and party venue, a small school and the hotel late night party bar. Then up a few steps onto the open platform in front of grand entrance. Be warned, neither the front verandah (nor the pool) resembled the beautiful photos on the web page. The area is well swept but uninspiring; tired plan... Read more

Nice place with some Old renovated rooms. This Palace has been converted with a view to generate with Multiple Revenue options rather than keeping one as the Best. This palace has a School within the property so don't be surprised if you see Children talking a stroll in front of your room or sitting on the staircase at the room entrance. Palace has a Marriage hall and a Bar within the property for small parties. The main attraction is Pool/Water body as it is not like a traditional swimming p... Read more

Its a beautiful palace converted into a hotel. The rooms are decorated with old artifacts and pictures of the royal family to give it a heritage feel. The staff is very co-operative and always ready to help. Would highly recommend this place, if you are visiting jaipur.

The hotel is very large and the staff is very friendly. We arrived at 7am and it was no issue to check in early. They also let us check out late as our train to Agra was at 3pm. The breakfast is very good and cooked on order making it fresh. The hotel manager was very nice and helpful. He gave us good recommendations where to visit. He also arranged a driver for us to take us to the sights for a day. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
