Friendly staff, nice heritage hotel (our room was very spacious). There were a couple of issues| There is a lot of building work going on and this is disrupting in terms not so much of noise, but dust and debris. Our room, right next to the main building work was nice and spacious but so dusty. Room and bathroom cleaning was intermittent and should be done more often and thoroughly, particularly with all the building work dust at the moment. The constant barking of dogs at night was sleep ... Read more

The building is historic and has beautiful features and the staff are very friendly. I stayed about a week. I didn't have my room cleaned at all although I'm sure they would have done so if I asked. The food takes too long despite the fact that they say it may take a while on the menu. Beer is way above the going rate at Rps 250. Overall, a pleasant stay but the service needs to automatic rather than requested.

If not for the beautiful, quirky design of the hotel, it would get a lower rating. The staff were very friendly, however very laise-faire and didn't seem in any hurry at all to want to do anything. As mentioned though, both the interior and exterior were stunning with so much detail, making it a joy to look at. The food, thankfully, echoed the building and was a joy to eat, with a great rooftop view of the surrounding buildings. When their rooftop pool is complete, it would be difficult not to w... This was a very laid back and chilled hotel. The staff were friendly but not in a hurry. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The building itself is stunning with a traditional feel (lovely balconies). The all-veg rooftop restaurant is quiet but the staff who served were lovely and very receptive with meals cheap. It is a shame we were there while there was so much building work (the night was fairly loud) but it has incredible potential (apparently putting a swimming pool on the roof!?) ... Read more

So far the best stay i have ever had. The hotel staffs, consist of the family who owns the hotel, are very friendly and welcoming. It is located very near to the Sindhi Camp (Bus station) and Jaipur Railway Station. Although it is quite a ride away from Pink City and other attractions but plenty of auto rickshaws available. We hired a cab which took us around the city (recommended by one the staffs). I would totally recommend the hotel for those looking for a quiet stay, away from the bustling c... Read more

I loved the owners of what will become a beautiful boutique hotel when it is finished. Good food and very reasonably priced. The owner gave free yoga lessons in the morning and he was completely charming and very good at yoga. The hotel is in a good location close to the train station and is overall very charming. The thing people need to be aware of is that this is very much a work in progress. There is significant construction work underway. There are some finished rooms (I done yoga in on... Read more

We stayed at Krishna Palace for two nights in August. They kindly pick you up from the station which is just a short ride away. Upon arrival check in was easy and we had two rooms close together. Our room was spacious although the 3rd bed was just a mattress on the floor and there was never any hot shower water. Unfortunately the hotel doesn't offer filtered water which means you have to buy bottles although they are only 30 rupees. The food as others have commented isn't the best, but then ... Read more

We stayed there as a family of five. Very friendly staff. They assisted us with booking a car. It was done very professional and reliable. The rooms were quite clean and the bedsheets as well. It is quite a distance (around 4 km) to go by foot to the pink city but you can take a riksha which is nice. The food is okay but not exceptional. When we stayed there they did not serve alkoholic beverages, but a bar and shop for alcoholic drinks is not far away. We would recommend a stay at Krishna Pala... Read more

I booked this hotel through online and after reading the reviews on trip advisor. I was also impressed with the pictures and the low room rate. However after staying there I can only say this is okay for bachelor's only. It is not idle for couples and families to stay there. Have average rooms and the room service is horrible. However the hotel owners we re good and cooperative. I didn't tried any food here so can't say much about it.

The hotel is in heritage building which is very nice. Price is too high for the room. Room is simple , water in the shower are not so good. Same for the toilet. The location is far from the pink city (15 min by rickshaw) Good thing is that it has restaurant in a place where it's hard to find restourants

Nice place to stay. Looks like a heritage hotel. Rooms are also nice and clean. Hotel staff was cooperative. Restaurant in the hotel is a good one. The room rent seems a bit high compared to nearby hotels but the heritage looks give you a nice feel.

A little bit expensive but the place is great. Big rooms and friendly hosts. Far from all the noisy streets but 10 minutes (tuk tuk) away from downtown. Food is good but small portions, but rooms are comfy and clean.

Krishna Palace is a reliable option for either a quick weekend trip (as mine was) or an extended stay. I split a room with one friend, we each paid Rs 3150 for 2 nights. Free pickup from the train station was extremely helpful. Sadly, the wifi was essentially nonfunctional, although our room was on the 4th floor so maybe the signal couldn't reach that far. There is a rooftop restaurant with plenty of options for meals, snacks, and beverages. Although the servers got our order wrong almost e... Read more

The hotel was very beautiful and in the process of renovations, so it will only be more fantastic once completed. It is the family that run the hotel that will steal your heart - they're incredibly sweet and accommodating, helping us work on a travel itinerary for our time in India. They spent hours helping us out of their own spare time and they helped us have the most magical experience in Jaipur - thank you so much again for such a wonderful stay. Emma.

A beautiful place to stay with big clean rooms. The family that runs Krishna Palace are extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food ordered will be taken to your room or the roof top, and was always delicious. A short tuk tuk ride takes you to the centre of the city.

We arrived very early and given a warm welcome and breakfast. Very friendly staff, nice open air restaurant on the upper floor. Outside the bustle of the city centre so good for relaxing in this teeming city. Convenient for the train station. Has retained the classic design of a haveli. BTW, you buy beer at a shop at the end of the road and drink it in the hotel's restaurant, even though they don't sell it themselves.

This is THE place in Jaipur ! We stay there two weeks, in a big and very nice and clean room, and we felt sad when we moved to Jaisalmer. The hotel is run by a very pleasant family, helpfull in any situation. We spent there the Diwali festival, sharing the moment with all the people in the hôtel and the members of the family, and it was just magic ! We only spent two nights here but that was enough jaipur for us. The city is huge but i think this place had good location a little away from the noise of city centre. The room was large and clean only disappointment was that we had room downstairs and noises from reception woke me up in the morning. Overall good place for budget traveller.

Initially thought this hotel was very good, but two things have let it down. The first, the bed. Both me and my partner have woken up in excruciating pain every morning with our backs. These beds are so hard it's not even funny. We're only 25 too so christ knows how much pain we'd be in if we were any older. Second bad point was the food, I'd go as far as to say disgusting. We know this is india and maybe the Indian food tasted nicer but we struggled bad with delhi belly so wanted something neu... Read more

Stayed there in a basic basic old room. I asked to change room because it was really old, un cleaned and in the frond , just over the reception , but they said all rooms was foul . So , the biggest part of the hotel is under construction. The old rooms are really old and , and dirty . Wifi works fine . The restaurant upstairs is a vegetarian menu rest , just basic . So if you are looking for something cheap and you don't care about cleanliness, try it .

We loved this place to start with,,,,,,,,,,, until we attempted to pay our bill !!!!!!!!! During the national rupee crisis we made Krishna Palace our base, we were happy even without any hot water ,,,,,,,,but paying our bill was another story. Money aware as the rupee had made our cash worthless, we were counting every penny and had added bill up to be 2300 rupees. (Firstly they had added our room stay which had already been paid for 9500) one bill they had charged for 23 coffees in one sitti... Read more

We were there for Diwali and they invited us to join in with their celebration which was lovely. Really enjoyed our stay here. Location is on a very quiet road in a peaceful quarter of this busy city, but not too far from the main sights by tuk tuk. We had a great huge 4 poster room at the front of the building with direct access onto the lovely front 1st floor terrace . I think these are probably the best rooms so ask for one of those. Very helpful friendly staff

Although we only stayed for a night, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay. We had booked a booked a superior room which was really nice and beautifully decorated, although the washroom could have been cleaner. The Hotel had also provided us with a car with driver for sightseeing. The driver was very well behaved and helpful. All in all, it was a good experience, and we look forward to visit again :)
