I stayed with my family at Hilton Jaipur for one night as a layover during a long road trip. The Hotel is good and people are warm. Dinner at Chaandi was good where Loveraj and Chef Himanshu took good care of us with yummy food and beverages. The check in and check out process was pretty smooth though I miss the Hilton's welcome cookie culture in this Hotel (and mostly other Hilton in India). The front desk team was quick to handle our checkout as we had to continue our road trip. The only area ... Read more

Hilton is a Hilton and u know it as soon as you enter the lobby. Front office guys at their very best to cater to all your requirements and queries. Rooms are amazingly done with a touch of class to add and are extremely cozy. However the AC in the corridors was switched off in spite of 50% occupancy and this doesn't go well with a brand like Hilton. Also what was bad and noticeable is the breakfast buffet spread, while it had lot of offer it was still missing the contents usually found over the... Read more

This is a great place to stay and relax. Has sufficient accomodattion to host business meetings and accomodate delegates. The dining area is well appointed and ther buffet breakfast is reasonably priced and very well sought after. Ms Abida, the Manager, was most helpful to the guests and advising them on food choices available. A memorable visit, indeed.

Check in was fast! Hotel itself is modern! The gym facilities was great and they let us stay in the pool longer than usual! Breakfast was mediocre! A bit far from the pink city which is where we went a lot. Our room was on the second floor. Too loud at night as we can hear all the honking and talking. Ask for higher floor!

Excellent location, extremely friendly and helpful staff. We upgraded to an executive room which smelt musty and we were informed that it was due to recent updates and/or the AC vent. It lessened after a while but still lingered. Food selection and quality was excellent. The travel team and the concierge team were extremely helpful and made our Jaipur experience smooth and easy. Our driver Bharath was a true gem. Extremely polite, friendly, informative and helpful.

A new addition to Jaipur nightlife, this stands out from rest. A rooftop venue with panaromic view of the city, this is one place you wish to return again and again. Ideal for an outing with friends or with special someone, the regular gigs and live bands are the main USP. So last evening when we landed there on an impromptu plan we were pleasantly surprised with a live band playing. The cool breeze complemented the casual setting for a relaxed evening. The room provided was beautiful and reasonably spacious. The bathroom was one of the bests I've seen in at any Indian 5 star though the bathtub was a bit small. It has a ground placed pool which Is well maintained but small. Morning buffet was delicious and had an abundant variety. They have a spontaneous habit of getting the room cleaned and toiletries replenished every time the guest leaves the hotel. To add to the goodness I would say the staff was very professional in their antics

Modern, clean and newish hotel, we were upgraded and on the 9th floor, but I suspect all the rooms are similar. The room was clean, light and modern, with the single beds more like small doubles. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is nice, however suggest you remove the pigeons nesting above where the sun lounges are and also fix the giant bolts sticking up around the small pool. We stayed at the Hilton Jaipur recently and came away relatively happy. We had booked 3 rooms and they were quite good. We had an issue with one room and it was changed immediately. The hotel staff is quite friendly and helpful. The only downside would be that wifi is not part of the room rate. I believe free wifi is quite a basic necessity nowadays. There were no room slippers nor any dental kit. The pool-facing rooms have only a marginally better view compared to the city-facing one. Overa... Read more

The only best part about this hotel is that its just in the middle of the city, otherwise the all over experience was very average, though the infrastructure was nice but not well maintained. Since the property is on the main road, they had dust all over till the reception area and nobody seemed to notice. It took us a long time to check-in at the first place. The rooms are OK. Very commercial hotel, not worth for family outings.

My stay at Hilton Jaipur was very disappointing. The check in was quick and efficient and the room (Executive room) had a nice view, but was very noisy due to the street, the bar above and the hotelā??s ventilation system.
