This is such a fantastic hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are large, clean and beautiful, location is just the best next to Prinsess Street and the Chinese fishing nets. Couldn't ask for more.

This hotel is centered in the middle of the town. Outside there is an amazing huge tree that i was pleased to see while i enjoyed my coffee in qussa, the nicely decorated hotel restaurant offering really nice coffee and food. Wifi was not that great but the overall experience was satisfying. I would visit it again for sure.

Housekeeping has alot to improve. Towels were not white and rooms were dusty. Toilets were dusty at sinks perhaps due to absence of guests for a short while. Location wise is good and staff were friendly.

Stayed here for night. Rooms are big with with very very good bathrooms & good AC. They have a nice cafe where we were served delicious breakfast. Because of off season we got good rates. We had a bad experience during dinner. Being vegetarians there were limited options on the menu out of which only briyani was readily available. We were dead tired & wanted to retire soon after dinner. While eating found a dead baby cockroach in my husband's plate(picture attached). After bringing it to the n... Read more

Good place to stay in Kochi. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly. I only had issue with their restaurant. The staff and service,, both are quite slow. Other problem with the hotel is it doesn't have any pool. Keeping the type of hotel it is, one assumes that they would have swmming pool.

I rolled into reception with no booking and the staff were really nice to me. I think they could tell I was tired and distressed, and throughout my stay they were very nice bordering on the familiar. I chose this hotel because it looked good for a midrange budget. The location is perfect. It's just across from the beach and the Chinese fishing nets, and on the edge of 'the old town'. It has comfortable rooms (not too small) with air con and a fridge that's actually switched on. Theres no airco... Read more

Location is excellent. Facilities are okay. Cleanliness - Cockroaches in the room. I have attached a photo with this review. The bed and sheets are smelly and you can smell dust in the room. Price - For the price the room was not at all a bargain considering it is a off peak time for holidays. Staff - Staff were not friendly. In Booking.com the room was shown Rs.200/- lower than te asking price and the staff didn't want to reduce. WiFi - Pathetic. Very slow. The 3G speed was much better.

Awesome place to stay. Beautifully styled. Will surely visit here again. Staff very friendly and beds are heavenly. Perfect location. Shean and Achu are such assets. Needs a bit of maintenance and wish there was a pool. Loved the food and the variety of it.

I am regularly coming to No 18 Hotel for the past one year and it has improved quite good now. The air condition is working well. The food varieties are much improved and taste is so good. The hospitality of the staff also good, similarly housekeeping too. Soothing natural beauty in around the hotel .Nice place to spend the time in peaceful manner. All the staffs especially Anwar, Aswathy, Selma are friendly & cooperative in nature.

I've been staying at this hotel every time I travel to Kerala. The hotel is in the best location, a block away from the ferry and outdoor bizarre's of restaurants and shopping. It's a newly built property and the owner and staff maintain 5 star standards. The food at the two restaurants is always fresh and authentic. Can't ask for more with this property... especially for the price!

I stayed at Hotel no.18 with my wife for one day and checked in the hotel in the evening. The best part of the hotel is its location. We arrived at Kochi from Munnar and went straightaway to Cherai beach. From cherai beach we reached vypin island and used boat jetty to arrive at Fort Kochi area. The hotel is very close to beach and has awesome ambiance. The rooms are spacious with very clean toilets. The hotel has got very nice restaurant wherein variety of food choices are available for vegeta... Read more

I definitely recommend Hotel No 18. I had a very good experience staying here. They have comfortable rooms at a good rate. The Hotel is well located in Fort Kochi and it gave me access to explore entire Fort Kochi and Mattanchery. The beach is very near and staying here helps u to explore the beaches even at night. The rooms are comfortable and the staffs are amicable. Thank you Tina for the advises and assistances provided. They have a good coffee shop and I enjoyed sitting there having coffee ... Read more

Very nice hotel. Tina went above and beyond to help us out. We arrived during the demonetization and if not for Tina's help we would have really been stuck. I highly recommend doing business with Tina and this hotel.
