We are world travelers traveling with our own car. We found this hotel over OYO Rooms. The hotel is well situated near the bus stand and the Chinese fishing nets. We could park our car in front of the hotel where there is almost the whole day shade. We stayed the first time 4 nights and came back after a trip to Wayanad for another 12 days. We loved the place, room with silent and well functioning A/C and a very warm welcoming staff. The breakfast was gorgeous every day. The hotel has a cof... Read more

We stayed for 4 nights at Chrisgmas time last year. The rooms were fine for the price but the service was mostly poor to indifferent.. One night room service was available and the next night it wasn't ! The breakfast was was poor everthing was was cold and tasteless. The Internet access number required changing every day. The location of the hotel is great, near the ferry and central Fort Cochin and everything was very clean.

They gave me a room where the AC would was completely ineffective. A mild breeze is all I could get if I stood right under the fan or in front of the AC grill. Complained, and got another room.. which had exactly the same problem. The staff tried to lie outright and claimed "sir, you want 18 degrees, but we can only only 22". Even at 22 I would not have been sweating. Had to check out and get a different hotel. Doing so completely ruined the logistics of my stay in town.

This is such a fantastic hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are large, clean and beautiful, location is just the best next to Prinsess Street and the Chinese fishing nets. Couldn't ask for more.

This hotel is centered in the middle of the town. Outside there is an amazing huge tree that i was pleased to see while i enjoyed my coffee in qussa, the nicely decorated hotel restaurant offering really nice coffee and food. Wifi was not that great but the overall experience was satisfying. I would visit it again for sure.
