We visited this place in January this year. This is as it says 'a budget hotel'. You have all basic amenities in place, clean and neat. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is located on Princess street. One of the best place in Fort kochi. Very close to beach and biennale venue. A good experience overall.

A centrally located at Fort Kochi. Nearby to the beach, church, Dutch cemetery with many food joints. Lots of tourists at Fort Kochi. Dutch Palace is nearby. Seafood is an excellent choice near the beach of Fort Cochin. Many Dutch, Jews, Christians in Fort Kochi started in 13th century. A worth visiting!

Located in the center of Cochon Fort this Hotel has great potential. If you are out anyway all day this is the place for a small budget. Breakfast is simple, but alright. The rooms are clean and could see an investment in the near future. Ver friendly and helpful staff.

Park Avenue is a charming and family hotel, and not expensive, but it has everything you need. Rooms cost between 23 $ to 28 $ per night. Really cheap and nice, and amazing location, right in the heart of Cochin Island, in the middle of all the events, but still quiet and fun to sleep at night. Staff where lovely and kind and the rooms have a TV, wardrobe, private facilities, and really, really clean there. Recommends to go to the Jewish synagogue there. There are also around the fishermen's net... Read more

It is very abnormal to say a hotel is nice if you don't have a window in your room. The rooms we stayed had no windows. But it was still fine by us. Because it was very clean and convenient and worth for money com[paring with the other hotels aground the place. Surely a nice place to sleep if you travel all day long.

Friendly staff always ready to help in anyway they can. Hotel is clean and tidy with no nasty surprises. We will use it again on our next trip. Its located just a minutes walk from the hub of Kochi fort with lots of good restaurants and plenty of little shops to look around. If you want a western shopping experience the ferry to Enulakulam is a five minute walk away. From there a Tuktuk ride to the Lulu or Oberon Malls.

As one may notice from my travel profile and past reviews, I regularly travel across the world and I am a regular contributor to tripadvisor. I can say from my travel experience in life so far that this was the worst ever hotel experience I had in my life. I wanted the new year eve to be spent in Fort Kochi and I had made a confirmed booking (through at this hotel for the new year evening‚?? for two adults. I also had received the booking confirmation email from Expedia, which had... Read more

I stayed here for few nights with friends and as it was off season we got a nice deal for us. The owner is nice and very chatty. Rooms were just ok, nothing special. The hotel restaurant was not good at all, I would recommend to get breakfast at any other place around the area. Location is great as it's only a few minute walk to the fishing nets, the theatre and to the bus stop. There is lots of shops and restaurants close to the hotel. Also be prepared to face all the rikshaw drivers waiting ... Read more

After see the rooftop on the street we decide to enter to this hotel. The price was cheap and the rooms clean and quiet. There was hot water, even it was offseason. Wifi is only available in the living room. The staff treat us correctly.
