This is one of the very few hotels which provides 24hrs Checkin/checkout in Chennai. The rooms are looking good with worthy stay. The central location of this hotel also plays a vital role while choosing it. Staffs are completely hospitable. Cons The breakfast provided is completely limited. Complimentary water unavailable & Chargeable wifi

The hotel is well maintained, even though the property is a little old (can be seen in the bathrooms). It is centrally located, making it very easy to travel around the city. However, there are a few negatives. One, the staff is not very courteous or well trained. Second, the room service menu is limited.

Top location, reasonable price, very tasty food Staff need to spruce up a little bit - though I cannot really pinpoint any specific complaint Harrisons in Chennai have a long history and a good reputation - nice to see that they are still at it and carrying on very well

Centrally located, well connected, pretty good hotel. Though the property looks kind of under maintained, but the hospitality is so good that one tends to overlook these cons! Yes, the staff is really warm, helpful and courteous... The food is good, though nothing outstanding and commendable... Was here for a week, and they didn't give me a chance to complain. I've been told that this is the oldest hotel in Chennai. The coffee shop is good, the preparations are really good.
