I actually decided to rate this hotel where we have been almost 2 months ago because of the greatest breakfast of all times. The more hotels I stay in the more delighted I am about this hotel's breakfast buffet!!! Hungarian corner, pancakes, porridge, great croissants... Among other tasty things. Rooms are also nice, the whole stay was great.

Absolutely everything is wonderful. The room I had was on the smaller side, truth to be told, but it was clean and lovely. The minibar was quite well stocked - though I could have used more chocolates - and their dry champagne was delicious and very affordable. To my surprise, I've got a little chocolate for enrolling in the LeClubAccor as a member and making the reservation online, so you do make sure to do that! The people at the reception, the restaurant and the shops were beyond helpful and... Read more

The hotel was very comfortable, rooms quite large with everything you would need. Good lounge area and bar, however, we were a coach party of National Trust members and the food which was presented was very poor. It was shown as buffet style, the meat was very small chicken fillets or pork with pasta no vegetables. The restaurant did have a much wider menu but this was not offered to us. Before I start, I just need to remind people that this is not an expensive hotel so don't expect Radisson Blu type amenities. That being said, it wasn't bad. Despite the ad saying that it was recently refurbished it didn't seem like it. The room was clean but dated with obvious signs of wear and tear. The bathroom was small but functional. Previous reviews commented on the air conditioning which did struggle to keep the room cool with it being 31c outside. No problem with noise or comfort of the... Read more

Have been staying in this place on and off for the past three years now and while every stay had some issues, I do believe that service as well as value for money has been, in general, good. Very polite and informative welcome to the property by the evening shift on the 27th (I did use the online check in option so no hassle, no paperwork and probably the fastest check in I have had in any property to date) The room and bathroom were clean (though the bathrobe had some kind of smudges... looke... My "Privilege" room had a queen sized bed and a small desk. Aside from the free water I don't really know why this was a privilege room. The room was warm and changing the temp on the thermostat didn't seem to do anything. I've stayed here a number of time and the breakfast didn't really convince this time either. The hotel is on the opposite side of the Danube to the main city centre in a quiet area opposite a large park. A decent 2 nights stay with comfortable room and breakfast meal. One thing we couldn't quite figure out was the setting of the lift - there doesn't seem to be a way for us to 'hold' the lift door open, a handful of us were hit by the lift door pretty hard for a couple of times. Ended up we had to 'timed' ourselves to enter and exit the lift - hope to improve!

Just a good hotel!it s near to metro station line m2!it s far away to walk to the center. The breakfast was ok!i think you expect something better for 4* hotel. The room and the bathroom are in need of some renovation. The stuff was friendly! We eat dinner 4 times and was not something special!Just ok.

In the airline business for over 50 years I stumbled upon the ACCOR chain of hotels and have never looked back! This hotel run by a manager Ms. Nagy has the best customer service employees in the hotel business...Hats off to Ms.Kiss at the front desk and to every employee who works at this hotel! My personal criteria is simple...Good welcome, clean, price and excellent food can be found at this hotel! A generous Hungarian breakfast to the dinner menu delights...Job well done Ms.Nagy!
