I just visited Budapest the Best culture town again on a business trip. This time I wanted to visit the Opera House and st István's ( St Stephen church) on evening time and I chosed this hotel nearby Opera, since my choose started already at 6 PM ( the Woman Without a Shadow- Richard Strauss). The museum of Terror locates also nearby this hotel. I payed 78 euros per night on a nightmare room. Room 602. The hotel staff were very unpolite.. I had to wait for the taxi even 20 minutes, but I did ... Read more

Our room was in what was called the 'tower'. We had a double room. No bedside cabinets so had to leave everything on the cramped cabinet that had a small fridge. No other tables. Cups, kettle etc supplied. We had to pay for any tea or coffee used. Expected to pay for everything in the fridge. The room & bathroom was clean. Only a breakfast room, no restaurant or bar onsite. We were within a short walking distance of the city centre & restaurants & bars. Unfortunately we had very wet weather &... Read more

Very good and central location where everything is central: metro, tram, luxury and normal shopping, easy sightseeing on foot. But the architecture and decoration lacks charm and cosiness; the last 100 meters in front of the hotel look really bad, but they aren??t. It took us more than a week to find the place to be safer than it looks. It just takes time to get used to the very near surroundings. Some nice colourful decoration and flowers or plants would certainly help to cut the grey depressi... Read more

I stayed here in budapest for 3 days in this hotel . I stayed as a family of 2 adults and 2 kids.rooms are unmatched but what upsets you is no complimentary breakfast.i am an avid traveller travelled to a lot of places but feel bad when you see the heart not being big . when you pay close to 130 to 140 euro to stay over a period of 3 days in a place it does not cost much to give a complimentary breakfast. The immediate answer will be there are restaurants at walkable distance but with kids most ... Read more

My girlfriend and I spent 3 nights in this hotel and I was very pleased with the room and in particular the spa area. Although fairly small the room was nice and clean with a lovely shower and a comfortable bed. The pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi was great and very relaxing after a long day walking and sightseeing around this great city. Location is good for getting around easily. I would recommend this hotel for people that want a city break at a low cost.

We booked 2 one bedroom apartments in our group and rooms were a great size, they included your own wifi router which meant the free wifi signal was excellent in the rooms. In the lounge area there was a small sofa plus a desk with s chair plus a dining table and 4 chairs. Rooms were a little noisy around 12am you could hear music when windows were open but it wasn't loud enough to be of any bother and if you are out later then it won't be an issue! Air conditioning units in both the bedroom and... Read more

I would give 3,5 if possible. - Pictures fools you pretty good, our room was a disapointment comparing what we expected. Cleaning could have be done better and there was some dirt on the sofa, (we did not sit on it without towel on it) also curtains and walls.. We had problems with the tv and washingmachine all the time. Balcany isn't really a balcany, it's more likely a windowsill! + Room was spacefull and had a good amount of closetspace. Bathroom was also big enough, we had a shower and a t... Read more

we took reservation for 2 nights and were more than happy! The apartment/room was about 50m2 with all needed (and even more) facilities. Fridge in kitchen allowed us to buy some food for evenings and everything was perfect, also location was good. Friendly staff!

The hotel is situated in the heart of Budapest. If you come by car, you will find at least 2 payed parking lots close to the hotel. For a day (24 hours), the tax for parking is about 10 euro. We stayed in an studio, we had no breakfast included and even if we could pay and get the breakfast in the hotel, we chose to walk a few steps and have breakfast into a garden close to the hotel. Also, dinner is close and good. You just have to choose. The room is big, we had a kind of a kitchen and a good ... Read more

Apartment Hotel was really practical place for 2 adults and 3 three children (7,9,11 years). Apartment was not as fancy as we expected, but like mentioned above, it was really nice we could enjoy our holiday as a family. Host Person was very nice and gave us good advices. Reception gave us 5 star service (thank you Mathyas,Kristina???). Everything worked smoothly when we followed their tips. Wifi works great! Breakfast is good ??

The hotel has all the amenities for a hotel stay, located in the heart of Budapest: large pool, good gym and modern rooms. The family rooms are great to cover all daily requirements Few minutes away you will catch the metro, and the restaurants streets

The hotel is a modern and friendly looking place. I found it rather easy to find, although the parking was a bit tricky. There weren't a lot of spots in the garage and there was no sign to direct guests from the hotel to this parking garage. The room (a 3 person apartment) was very large, clean and comfortable. The airco functioned very well and the room was dark at night. There was some noise from the street though as there are a couple of bars nearby. The minibar was cheap. I'd advise to go t... Read more

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us book activities and directions. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, bright and very accommodating. The spa facilities were brilliant. The location was a short distance from the river and restaurants.

Together with my wife we were guests of this hotel for 5 nights in May. First of all Bliss in not quite a hotel. Is rather an apartment residence. Good things about it: the position near to the opera house and close to the Stephan??s Dome. The living is large and the kitchen is well endowed. Speaking about the bathroom, this is very small, dark and worn out. In fact, the whole hotel needs some refurbishment. The room maid did her job very well, our room being very clean. The breakfast not very... Read more

We stayed here for 3 nights for my husband's birthday and got an apartment complete with spa package. The service was good however the apartment was a bit dated and the shower curtain had to be replaced because it was full of mold. Other than that the hotel is in the perfect location to everything. We would definitely come back again however we would probably go with a normal luxury room.

Really good location it worked well as a base and was good for getting around. Spa was really nice the massage was very nice. Good gym facilities and the swimming pool was really nice. Rooms were lovely. Maid service was good, sheets and towels changed everyday. Kitchen was lovely and big so you have lots of room to cook. The fridge was stocked up with drinks and snacks - obviously they will charge if you have any of it but it was a really nice gesture. Overall good stay and I would stay there... Read more

Location - 3 mins walk from the metro in a busy side street; a little noisy at night. Service - excellent; friendly and helpful. Breakfast - standard fare for 10 Euros. Rooms - we had 4 - large and clean. Facilities - free swimming pool, hot tub and very well equipped gym (although open to the public). The not quite perfect - charges for tea and coffee making in the bedrooms- come on, at this price and standard, this should be complimentary!

A last minute booking for us and what a pleasant surprise. Not so much a hotel but a set of apartments. This meant that as well as having a spacious open bedroom area it also had a small kitchen area with fridge/freezer and dining table. Bathroom a good size and also had shower. TV in the room with a good selection of channels, mainly watched music channel and sports. DVD player also in room. Swimming pool and gym on site. Changing rooms being Renovated when we visited. Decor could do with touch... Read more

I booked a superior room, the tv only had one channel, remote was in bits. I went down and Barbara on reception sent the security guy up to check, once he confirmed that the tv wasn't working she mentioned that the technical guy will come through in the morning. I explained I was only there for one night and could they not move me to a room with a working tv. She told me " we are fully booked and there are no rooms available" I then not trusting the way I was explained decided to get on bookings... Read more

My family (husband and 2yo) stayed here during a European road trip. We loved the space and having a kitchen. The hotel was located close enough to all the attractions. The walks were never too far. The staff was very helpful. It was a clean, well maintained room.

The apartment is spacious we were on the 4th floor. We were allowed to you the gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi and suana and steam room which was open from 6.00am to 10.00pm. We stayed here for two nights, just my husband and I. Child free for a rare weekend away. We had an amazing suite, so clean, huge amount of space, comfy bed, free wifi and the best part was although we were quite central, it was so quiet. Just what we needed. We had a wonderful weekend away and couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. Unfortunately we never had time to use the swimming pool and sauna but I'll bet its great.
