We stayed here 3rd Feb - 6th Feb. It was a last minute booking and we got a good deal. Our room was on the fourth floor and a lovely size. We found the bathroom lovely but the shower not so great as you had to hold it. The bed wasn't overly comfy and we were provided with two small duvets that barely covered us. Great location for venturing into the city. It was clean and did the job but I wouldn't be in a hurry to go back.

We had a one bed apartment and loved it. It was walking distance to Spa, town centre, ruin bars, museum, opera house, river etc. Great gym and wellness facilities including a indoor pool. Supermarkets close by and eateries. Parking good but pricey - but that's city parking anywhere. Got a welcome kit with heaps of info and tours - really helpful. Staff were friendly and super helpful too. Would have liked a washing machine but otherwise a great place to stay.

Hotel is located close to plenty of bars and restaurants so is easy to walk back to later on. Access to public transport was great. Hotel is apartment style with some residents living on site. This seemed pretty strange at first, however we had no issue with it. Rooms could do with a little maintenance. Friendly hotel staff throughout. Didn't visit the pool and spa as we were too busy enjoying the beautiful sights of the city.

We stayed here for 1 night when visiting Budapest in December. The location is very good, close to the main shopping street and to the Metro stop. You can also walk to the river, it is a nice walk. Our room was in the other building, where you need to cross to reach. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice. The staff was very helpful with anything we needed. Also there is a parking garage where you can leave your car (around 15 eur for 24hrs). My boyfriend visited the ... Read more

Decent hotel but a little bit expensive for the quality it gives. Spa is a plus but it looks like small details are not taking into consideration. The lobby was extremely cold, and elevators are very bad. The location saved the journey.

The location was good - a few short blocks away from main boulevards Oktagon and Andrassy Ut, and close to the subway. Pleasantly surprised that our main hangout, the Zeneakademia, was close by. Breakfast was not bad. The free gym and spa facilities (swimming pool, steam, sauna) were a relaxing treat and a great attraction to guests. Massage was also offered for a fee. The hotel lobby is modern and simple. The room was huge and comfortable - actually a complete apartment with bathtub, shower, wa... Read more

Staying at bliss hotel is a nice experience. Big rooms, nice wellness area and pool, many restaurants nearby with excellent breakfast. Close to center The room was slightly used and some furniture needed repairing. Overall a place which is good value for money

I stayed at this hotel for nearly a month while I was in Hungary working. I was robbed one weekend of all of my gold jewelry amounting to nearly $20,000 whilst I was away for two days. I filed a police report and the police came to the hotel and initiated a formal investigation. Despite all of this, the hotel manager didn't phone me and the staff gave me no solace or offered any help whatsoever. NO effort was shown to try and help me find my jewelry and I asked if a staff meeting had been ca... Read more

GOOD SIDE: hotel room (spacious, quiet, clean) location (close to the Opera House and the city center, close to the metro station) BAD SIDE: wellness (too crowded, just four deck chairs for at least twenty people, it was very noisy because of the children) service (no gratis wine at the room as it is written at the hotelĀ“s website
