"First off there were only two agents working at the desk @ 2:20 in the afternoon when check in time is 3pm, needless to say it was a long wait. By the time I got to the desk it was 2:45 & I was told our room was NOT ready & was told we couldn't check in for another hour. We figured we'd take our kids to the pool while we waited, it was closed. Now this is the THIRD time we've stayed at this hotel in a month period & ALL three times the pool has been closed. The next morning my husband took the kids down to see if the pool was open, which it was & the boys had a ball. THEN while at the pool a plant from the ceiling fell within inches of my youngest son, when we told the staff there was NO concern/question if he had been injured nor did anyone come to clean up the mess. My oldest was the one who picked everything up & took it to them. THEN to top it off, when we got our car from the valet I had made a comment to my husband about the service we had during our stay, the valet over heard me & said in a cocky tone 'Well did you want your tip back!' I work too hard to actually pay for that type of abuse from hotel staff!! SERIOUSLY pay a little extra & stay else where!!!"

"The hotel room is comfortable and spacious for such a price. The best is the large indoor swimming pool and huge jacuzzi. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool very much. It is a big plus compared to other hotels in Reno. One little complain is that one of the swimming pool clerk was not very nice. She frequently interrupted our kids during their water games, and closed the pool 10 minutes before the set ending time. When we asked why, she said that she needed to leave at 10pm."
