The hotel is four blocks or less from Dunn Park, Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, and the Hummel Figurine Museum.

The 525-room hotel features 45,000 square feet of meeting/conference space, complimentary airport shuttle, fitness area, 24-hour business center, indoor pool, spa, and sauna. The lobby has a waterfall, sunken bar, and children's playground. The hotel is minutes from Gibson's Steakhouse, famous for seafood, prime steaks, and great martinis.
