My wife and I like the casual atmosphere. The buffet is nice and we love the local HONG KONG elements. Besides, the room is clean and tidy. Although it's overnight stay, my wife and I truly love the experience.

This place is about 10 minutes from Diamond Hills MTR, if you can walk that far, this place is worth it. I slept like a baby during the stay in the relatively new facilities. Check out their web pricing, you can't beat that.

Came here for a 2N3D stay. Love the rustic industrial ambience that starts with the lobby till the room . The only drawbacks are the location .It is kind of far from the center of entertainment and there are not a lot of restaurants / food stalls nearby. But we can make it up with nearby 7eleven and they provide shuttle to go to the Tsim Sha Tsui every hour . Love the amenities that they provide and the bathroom. The hotel also provide pool tables and game consoles for those who seeks entertai... Read more

This is a chic hotel I like staying in and have came back repeatedly because of its stylishness and its location being near the Diamond Hill MTR station with buses that takes you to many places around the city. And yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city resulting in a comfortable and peaceful stay along with a glimpse of the everyday like of an average local.

Stayed here for 5 nights, it says that this is a very clean room and indeed! It was small room but very clean, all you need were provided. Located in the middle of industrial building, I found it is a bit far from the MTR, they have shuttle service to the nearest mall (plaza something) but not to the MTR, the first time I arrived I need to drag my suitcases along the road to find this hotel, it is quite a hard work there. But the next day the MTR was very close to the hotel (I found they have ... Read more

nice looking and stylish hotel but terrible location. close to mtr station but very industrial run down built up area with nothing else around so you need to travel to go to a shop or another restaurant. The hotel is very very expensive and its not really designed for western travellers. The restaurant is extremely popular with locals to the point where a resident of the hotel cannot get a table to eat, which i find very strange. It was not told to me at check in that the restaurant does not ope... Read more

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel on a work trip to Hong Kong - it was arranged by my colleagues locally, as it is a mere five-minute walk to my work's Hong Kong office. The hotel is convenient with several major shopping malls nearby, and only a 10-minute walk (or less) to the Mass Transit Railway station (Diamond Hill). I continue to be impressed by the friendly and helpful staff - for instance, on the day I checked out (at 5:30 am), I stopped by the reception counter to drop of... Read more

We were greeted by a friendly young man who helped unload the bags from the taxis and advised that the check in desk was on the first floor. We were welcomed by Carrie Yeung, Guest Services Manager who was both friendly and efficient. Our room on the 31st floor offers us views to the south towards Hong Kong island so we can see mountains, the sea and lots of tall buildings. There is a lot of building going on in the area but our room is incredibly quiet and peaceful. Mattress is firm but comfort... Read more

I like the room has big window to enjoy the city view included Victoria Habour. Pizza is good but the restaurant is quite expensive. the location is not near the town, and most of them are factory. To me I'm ok and good to retreat and quiet during weekend, but i concern weekday is quite busy and loud outside. Overall is very good

This is my 3rd visit to Pentahotel Kowloon and the level of service continues to be excellent. From the folks checking you in to the one who grabs your cab when you leave the attention to detail and politeness is excellent. I usually have a king room, views are good, very comfortable rooms, especially nice rain shower. This time I went down to the gym area three days and enjoyed a good run on the treadmill. We a group of 70 people stayed in Penta Hotel on 4th July"2016 for tourism. The rooms are clean and service is good but the location is not right for a tourist to this country. Airconditioning was average and even wifi signals were very weak. This may be a good hotel for bussinessmen but not suitable for tourists..

With all the amenities and friendly staff, this hotel offers a great place for staycation experience. However for tourists, it is a bit far from the city center. Though there is free shuttle bus to Tsim Sha Tsui, the interval is a little bit long and the last bus picking up guests at the city is 7:30pm, which is way too early by Hong Kong standards. Overall, I enjoyed the stay at this hotel for the great service and clean and quiet room.

Good value hotel with a different ambience, helpful friendly staff who are just right for your needs. It is in a non tourist area but it is authentic and safe to be out walking. The transport is quickly arranged and there is a good choice on the menu for what you might desire. The artistic designer seems to have had some fun , and even a open fire illusion seems to work .

We stayed at this hotel twice during our stay in Hong Kong. The first time we were upgraded to a larger room which did feel a little more comfortable than the standard room. Make sure to ask for a room facing the hills as the view from the higher floors is lovely! Also make sure to ask for a non smoking room as you could smell the smoking rooms from the lift. The hotel is popular with bus tours from mainland China so it's busy, a bit loud and can mean waiting a long time for an available lift. H... Read more

This hotel is a 5 minute walk from Diamond Hill metro station which in itself is s 10 minute ride from downtown If you're ok with all of that then it's a great hotel and you'll enjoy leaving the craziness, cramped and expensive rooms of staying downtown. Staff are really friendly and helpful (especially Carrie) rooms are a reasonable size, very clean and comfy with great toiletries. It's good value for Hong Kong and I'd recommend it to friends.

When looking for accommodation for our recent trip to Hong Kong, we struggled to find the type of hotel we like at an affordable price. On finding Penta (which was both these things), we were initially concerned it was a little far out of town for sightseeing. Ok firstly, from reception to cleaners they were all very friendly. Location wise may not be as vibrant as Mongkok area but MTR station is just 5min walk from hotel. If you lazy to walk there's a hotel shuttle bus to Diamond Hill MTR or to K11 Mall. Rooms, toilets are clean and surprisingly rather spacious comparing to other hotels of the same price in Hong Kong. We had to choose this place due to an examination held in San Po Kong and apparently this was the best option available. I have summarised the 3 nights stay as 3 most attractive things below. First, the entire hotel is quite modern which has a pizza bar on the ground from entry, reception desk for groups at mezz floor, reception for individuals, gaming facilities, bar and the "street food market" on level 1.
