The hotel is in a central and good location for many sights, markets and transportation around Hong Kong. The rooms have gotten an upgrade to lighter and friendly light wood decors since i stayed here last. The reception area is still quite small and crowded during peak hours but the staff is quick to help everybody. MTR is a walk away but busses are right in from of the door, including the free shuttle to the Airport Express station. Night Market you just have to cross Nathan Road.

As a frequent visitor to Hong Kong I've experienced many hotels over the years and this one is just OK. Too say poor is a little harsh, but it's below average. I can think of many others at a better standard. This was my first time at the Eaton and the bedroom I was first offered was very, very small and the decor tired. Had to upgrade the room to a suite as simply too small to work for a couple on business with two pieces of luggage. No room to even open our cases to unpack. Getting the room ch... Read more

This is my 5th time staying at this hotel and I've never been feels disappointed until now. The suite room is smaller compare to the club room even though the size description is bigger, probably because there's the divider between the bedroom and the living room. The property (sofa, desk, etc) and the floor feels old. The bathroom is smaller (compare to the club room). The amenities, housekeeping, concierge, reception desk, breakfast menus all still great.

Nice clean and large (for HK) rooms, check in staff was friendly and helpful. Also like their smart phone that you can make some international calls for free as well as taking the phone through out your stay in HK to use the free data and to make calls. We had stay there before and plan to stay there again in Dec 2016.

We were offered an unmissable upgrade. The room was on a room only basis and breakfast alone would have cost 185 $HK/person, but for only 175 HK$/prson we upgrade to a superior room, breakfast and membership of the executive club which meant you got free afternoon tea and free evening canapes every day (including the last day when we had to wait until 9pm at the hotel for our flight back). Within 5mins walk to Jordan stn, a stone throw to Starbucks for ur coffee fix, delish wanton noodles right opposite the hotel, shuttle bus stn fr hotel to airport. Now that is what I call a super fantastic hotel. We booked a 3-bed bedroom and its really spacious with alot of walking space anf the bathroom is huge! Equipped with the daily essential and a bath tub to soak down the heat in summer and a rain shower in your own shower cubicle! Very rare in HK. Nice trip with the girls!

Spent 6 nights here in an executive room on the 18th floor. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the view excellent. A smart phone to use and call home was great addition and came free with the room. The pool on the roof was small but refreshingly cool and welcoming after a hot day out. The closest MTR station Jordon is a 5 minute walk away as is Temple street market area. Check in and checkout was painless and staff were all friendly. This is the second time we have stayed here and as the title indicates we are on the whole satisfied with the hotel. Location - very close to Temple St Markets (5 minute walk) and Jordan metro station (10 minute walk) reasonably close to Ladies Markets (25 minutes walk) and Star Ferry (30 minute walk or via Metro - Jordon station). We were on a 2 night stopover to Australia so small room didn't matter to it. It was beautifully clean throughout the hotel. An excellent gym and great roof top pool that was most welcome in the afternoon heat. Advice from the reception about places to visit was excellent (Sky 100 great way to see the city if you have very little time). Bar prices quite expensive but sitting outside on a balmy evening was very relaxing. Traffic is very heavy in Kowloon, so build in lots of transfer time. Happy ... Read more

We booked this hotel last minute on New Year's eve for a family holiday and managed to get the rooms we wanted. Staff were super helpful and the entire experience was super positive. While the room was small (which most hotels in HK offer), it had everything one could ask for, water pressure was amazing, the HANDY free smartphones were so useful and the breakfast simple but exactly what one needs without being wasteful. Great location helpful staff-could not fault the hotel-an absolute gem

Booked two months in advance. Hate when you arrive they try and sell you an upgraded room, what happened to offering one when available. Then no hot water. Breakfast was good. When checking out tried to charge more then the online booking, when I queried receptionist said the rate was different for each night. Only backed down when I showed the booking confirmation - glad I brought it!

We stayed at the Eaton Hotel due to its location! It is close to the MTR, night markets and eateries. The hotel is clean and room size is generous. Few things I wasn't happy with is the fact that there was a conference thing in the rooms directly opposite our room to which was noisy (moving furniture, moving baggage) and also the tables were placed in the corridor. Unsure what they were doing but this was directly across our room! The other thing was the fact that in HK calling from a land line ... Read more

Stayed for 1 night in late June 2016. Rooms are clean, staff are efficient, polite and very helpful. Loved the use of a free handy. Hotel is very well maintained despite being an older building. Snagged a summer deal discount of about 20%. Overall a jolly good experience. Will stay again next time. This next point is not a negative reflection on Eaton Hotel, (because it has nothing to do with their level of service): there's a free shuttle service (K1 bus) to and from Kowloon Station that's pro... Stayed one night at Eaton hotel. Customer service was excellent. Room is a little small, but sufficed. It is in a very good location in Kowloon, just a bit north of Jordan Station. You can take the K1 Shuttle bus to/from the airport, which is pretty convenient. For going to the hotel, you *can* just get off at the 2nd(?) stop, Jordan station, and walk up from there (if you dont have much baggage). Otherwise, it takes a big loop, and Eaton Hotel is the 6th or so stop.

We have been to Hong Kong several times, and have always stayed near the water, so this time we stayed at the other end of Nathan Road.We choose The Eaton and we were not disappointed. We were in a Club room and it was great, lots of room, extra benefits with drinks and food. Breakfast was one of the best, lots of Variety. Staff were always accommodating. The hotel is in a great location for the Temple street Market, MTR, and restaurants. Our only negative point would be the slow lifts.

Very good experience during our stay in the hotel, they really take our request to heart and fulfill it, especially the young man that help us to et the cab to Kowloon Wall City Park, he emphasize to the driver our venue because this is not a popular place for tourists and lots of people mistaken it with Kowloon Park. What I did not like: Very unwelcoming arrival with unfriendly staff ‚?? arriving in a very dark ‚??tunnel‚?? underneath the hotel. When I got to the room I wanted to charge my laptop. Eaton Hotel Hong Kong The checkin was warm and pleasant. Our room (1213) was looking a bit outdated but was neat, clean and tidy. It had the normal facilities but the grab rail for the bath/shower was so low it would be of no assistance for even a very short person. Tip:- When booking, ask for a room with a view. Eaton is very convenient with Jordan MTR station nearby and lots of great eateries. However the room is small and attention to detail was lacking. I am a regular traveller to HK, and I decided to stay at Eaton for work, its a great location central in Kowloon to shopping. But the hotel seems to have too many rooms and doesn't have enough room for the lobby and dining areas. I also found it is more for older couples.
