Stayed there from 23rd to 28th December 2016. On arrival, did not really receive a warm welcome. Staff did not even explain clearly what was the room and floor numbers, and how to reach there! Fortunately, someone else (not a staff member apparently) did the necessary. Got a nice clean bedroom with comfortable twin beds. Easily had a third bed added. However, the door of the washroom did not have any locks!! The hotel interior was beautiful and well-maintained. There was a nice smiling sho... Read more

Definitely a big room by Hong Kong standards. The most thoughtful gesture of the hotel was the provision of a mobile phone with unlimited local/international calls (select countries only) for the duration of your stay. It comes with data so you could tether as a modem or just use it as your regular smartphone. Definitely saves you money on local sim cards. Staff was helpful and professional.

the room was much bigger than expected- and the bathroom was very clean- loved the shower area! the staff are very nice and helpful- as soon as we got off the car, we were assisted with our luggage by 2-3 employees. when we checked out the hotel, the manager himself even helped us load our luggages into the cab. would def recommend this hotel. the only disadvantage was that it was last stop on the MTR train line and it would take longer than usual to get back- especially at night when the shuttl... Not bad. There is a bus (A32) that brings you straight to the hotel from the airport. Quickest and cheapest way to get to the hotel. Great option if you are an overnight guest in Hong Kong. It is about 30 mins to the city center as well.

Great location for professional and holidays. Perfect clean hotel and great staff, I suggest to business man and family. This hotel is not cheap but in HK is important to be sure of your decision and safety Cristian Bertolini

The Dorsett Tsuen Wan (Hong Kong) is a clean, budget hotel in the middle of nowhere Hong Kong. I was quickly checked in by a friendly staff member (there was a little up-sell effort). A bellman assisted with my luggage but was unable to give much instruction as his English was not that great; there was no care given to the inspection of the room. Rooms in Hong Kong are a little smaller than most western equivalents, but my room was particularly small and almost entirely consumed by the comfor... Read more

We book the Family Room as we travelled together with 2 kids and 3 adults. Room: Family Room - has 2 double beds and a fairly big bathroom. I think the room was about 60 sqm, quite big for Hong Kong standards. There's ample space to store luggage for the entire family. We got the corner room so we had the view of the buildings at the back of the hotel, and the mountain/residential area. Location: Since our major purpose of going to HK is to go to Disneyland, we booked this hotel for its close... Read more

fair hotel only. Far away from city. Breakfast okay. The bathroom always flooded. WiFi is good. Room is small. Eventhough, you are in the nonsmoking floor, you can always smell the cigarette. The swimming pool is small, you cannot even call it as a pool. If you are the first time come to Hk and you enjoy shopping in a quiet place, don't forget the element shopping mall in Kowloon MTR station.

After weeks of research I settled on the Dorsett Tsuen Wan for our 6 nights in Hong Kong. I was traveling with 3 children, therefore I needed a place that would be comfortable for everyone. Perhaps I was a bit confused with the instructions for the bus, we took the airport bus to Nina Tower and none of the bus drivers knew where we should wait and put us on another bus that dropped us near the hotel. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast on the first morning. For us it was an unusual breakfast menu... Read more
