It's really a 3 out of 5 kind of hotel, but we've rated it a 4 because of its low cost for HK and because of the surrounding amenities and low cost of Kennedy Town. A basic and small but very modern hotel room outside of the high-priced business corridors of Hong Kong, but on the subway system and nearby bus depot, making it easy and quick to get pretty much anywhere on Hong Kong Island. Bed was good, room clean, and with a small fridge, microwave, kettle, and accompanying cutlery. Excellent wa... Read more

Great Location at Kennedy Town which is at the end of the Island Line so nowhere near as busy as most of the rest of Hong Kong; 5 minutes walk from the MRT with multiple dining and drinking options nearby. Convenience stores and Supermarkets very close. Small reception, just off Smithfield Street, which is just in front of Exit C. I got a larger room as it was a promotion but bathroom still small. Bed good, TV good and fridge small but has a freezer. Recently refurbished so plenty of storage spa... Read more

The room is very well appointed with the most efficient use of space for a studio room. The location is in Kennedy Town close to great restaurants and bars and right at the end of the subway line! Good local shopping for food items to be consumed in your room!

We stayed here previously as it is very close to where my son lives. Since visiting Kennedy Town before it is now fast becoming a trendy area with bars and restaurants and the MTR link to Central etc so a good area to stay in plus for the most part it is quieter than central which can be quite mad at times. There are few hotels in this part of the island and if the area continues to flourish they will need to think about improvements as it is very basic. The good news is they now have front of ho... Read more

Mia Casa is just a "My house" without a piece of pasta in sight. A boutique hotel with the smallest reception room in my experience. Rooms are generous size, beds great [firm mattress] and bathroom is great for a shower, 1 person at a squeeze. the staff are obliging and adequate but we in several visits have only met a couple who are understanding of Strine accents. After much laughter and 3 visits we learnt the words and accents for " a top sheet"= "shung darn". Tell taxi to slow in Hau Wo stre... Read more
