We have stayed at this property on our last visit to Hong Kong in 2014 and once again enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great location and the staff more then helpful. We were lucky enough to be given an upgrade which we greatly enjoyed - the rooms are very clean and quiet and all one would need is provided or just a call away to house-keeping.

great place, great location.very clean, well maintained, good sized bathroom. Airport Express hotel connection bus stop is across the road. MTR Wan Chai may be slightly further than MTR Admiralty, but a more pleasant walk., or take the tram.

We stayed one night at Metropark Hotel, Wanchai on 17 May, 2016, , after our cruise from Sinapore ended in HK. We booked 7 rooms. We requested and got all non smoking rooms. We booked this hotel based on reviews on Tripadvisor and it was spot on. The Location is fantastic, the rooms are clean and well equiped. All the hotel staff are most helpful, efficient and polite. Mr. Paul Chan, the Loss Prevention and Safety Supervisor, was very helpful , giving us information on where to eat, shop and th... Read more

Staying here 2 nights and have to say . The hotel is clean and modern but the rooms are too small even for Hong Kong. Smaller than a budget hotel like Ibis or Red Planet. No storage or closet. No where to move or even unpack . Don't waste your money here, much better value in Hk .

The hotel is located in a busy area of wan chai. Although, there were families with young children in the hotel, personally I think the area is better suited to adults. Reception, was really efficient and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The view outside the window wasn't great, but with so much to see and do, this did matter. The wan chai mrt station is about 10min walk. If you use the airport express, there is a free shuttle from the hong kong station to the hotel. Also, the tr... Read more

I stayed twice for one night at this hotel on my route to Bali. It's very easy to get here from the airport - either get the A11 bus to Hennessy road (takes an hour) which is right outside or get the Airport express to Hong Kong station and then either a quick three stop bus ride to Asian House -several buses go that route or a 20 dollar taxi (takes 45 mins) Staff were welcoming, rooms were clean. We received an upgrade on the second visit which was nice. The decor is a bit crazy but then again... Read more

I found the simplicity of service team is just amazing. They are very helpful and friendly. Back here again after 1 year as mentioned in my previous review that I will stay here again in my next trip. Got upgraded to the SHE by Metropark, a ladies-only floor too! It was very nice of the lady to give me a free upgrade to this room - She even asked if I was travelling alone. This room is beautifully designed and is very feminine (after all this is a ladies room!) One brilliant thing I like about this room is the USB port on the bedside table. On a multi-city trip with my kids, I mixed up my travel dates and made a reservation at the Metropark Hotel. Unfortunately I got my dates mixed up and arrived a night early. Cicy Cheung was at the front desk and immediately got me set up to call Expedia and cancel my reservation, get the hotel cancellation fee waived and booked a room for that night. She was kind, efficient and wonderfully reassuring. Thank you Cicy. Cheers Prasad

As someone who,was travelling alone I think it is important to find a hotel that has a good vibe & I you feel comfortable in, this hotel definitely ticked all the boxes. I stayed in one of their female focused rooms and it was very comfortable and roomy for a HK hotel room. Staff were very courteous & helpful and the shuttle bus to & from the airport was very convenient the hotel is in a central location with good access to the MTR. The hotel is situated very close to the Wan Chai MTR station. It is an easy five minutes walk from the exit A2. Along the way there are a few convenience stores, bangs, restaurants and even the supermarket across the road from the hotel. The room was spacious and the hotel also provided a mobile phone for your convenience. Our first hotel room on this trip was about the size of a matchbox. We knew this was common for Hong Kong. I booked a spacious double room here for the end of our trip and was given a complimentary upgrade to a queen bed. Especially by Hong Kong standards, it was quite spacious with a nice desk area. It's a two-minute walk to the trams, four-minute walk to a subway stop, and right around the corner is a plethora of international restaurants (including the Flying Pan, a diner where we had breakfa... Haven't stayed at this hotel for some years, nice to see the rooms have been renovated. Arrived early morning 8 AM and had requested an early check in so I could freshen up and go to work unfortunately the reception staff thought that was to hard and offered me a spare room instead to have a shower and change and then check in into another room later that afternoon Which amounts to the same thing in the end. Our room was small but suited our needs as we were barely there. The location is lively, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. I will come back again to Metropark Wanchai. Great location with lots of famous restaurant/food within walking distance. Roast goose, Wanton noodles, dim sum etc... all within walking distance. MTR is just 3 mins away which is added bonus. Buses from airport stops almost infront of the hotel about 20 to 30 steps away. So convenient. Clean room and quite spacous compared to most hotels in Hong Kong.

Well located hotel, not far from North Wanchai offices and also the pubs and bars as well as restaurants in Wanchai. The MTR Station at Wanchai is not too far away, or if you don't mind the walk, the Admiralty station a bit further - up to 15 minutes walking. * Decor is very contemporary with LED lights (you can even choose you own color) * The do prov... I normally stay with bigger hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui each time I visit Hong Kong. Stayed in Wan Chai this time because I had to buy some construction materials from the numerous hardware stores around the area.
