Every year i stay at this hotel 45-60 days on total,The rooms are big enough. They clean everyday but because the area has MTR construction to much dust in the rooms. The hotel crew are very kind and helpful.Small swimming pool and fitness area. The breakfast is not bad not good.Mostly asian breakfast.Open dinner buffet at the restaurant is perfect and the food is very good. They had shuttle bus to the city and this was very good, now there is none and it is very hard to find taxi anytime you need,s... The room smells of smoke even in the non-smoking rooms. Not an easy location to visit, but will be easier when the MTR is built. The room decor is a bit dated. And the photos of all the hotel amenities and rooms look way better than the real thing.

I've been a guest of L'Hotel Nina et Convention Centre in the Tsuen Wan area of Hong Kong in the past, but this time tried the new L'Hotel property in the south part of Hong Kong island. Actually the quality of the property and the service in both hotels is one of the best I have experienced anywhere in the world (and I've experienced quite a few), even though the name of the chain is known by little. Large and comfortable rooms, high quality materials and furniture everywhere inside, great ba... Read more

Cherry at the Front desk was great, upon my check in the room not ready yet, but she still keep my room and she give us free upgrade at the higher floor which is facing to the Ocean Park. Donald & Alvin at the Concierge upon arrival they give us a warm Welcome which is great. and also they are ready to help you anything you need. The hotel was very clean and spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't get to try out the pool as it was closed due to bad weather. I had a city view room, there was a little bit of road noise but I think that was more because of the heavy rain. I didn't hear any horns or anything like that. It is very convenient if you want to visit Ocean Park. The breakfast buffet was simple but good. The best way I found to get there was to get the Airport Express to central and then walking ... This property has an interesting location near to Ocean Park and some of the tourist spots which grace the South of the Island, particularly Repulse Bay and Stanley. The restaurant is pleasingly spotless and there sis a sense of brightness and light permeating the establishment. A good option for summer for visitors who might want to visit the Southern beaches.

Well located if you are with Kids for Ocean park.. You can go by walk too. In case soon also connect with MTR.. Hotel food excellent , Room space is comfortable but little bit smelling humidity... Pool area also useful with GYM .. Just far from Causeway Bay , Wan Chai 10 min. by Taxi via Aberdeen Tunnel.. if no any traffic jam.. But MTR make hotel more popular soon... Value is including breakfast I think one of the most competitive in HK side...

My check in was smooth but first night it was so noisy and full of cigarette smoke outside in the corridors that I had to request a room change - pool and pool staff are fantastic. However for non-Cantonese/mandarin speaking guests the rest of the "service" was terrible. I was charged 10% service charge in the lis cafe to have my plates snatched away as soon as I had eaten anything and the waitresses were sullen and they don't even smile at you on the door. My check out was the worst I've ever e... Read more

Although the hotel is situated in an industrial area, the locality is neat and tidy, and quiet at night. It is nearby shopping mall and only some 10-minute's walk to the nearest residential area where lots of varieties are found. The hotel is also near to MTR station. Hotel is neat and tidy. If seats are available in the ground floor, it will be perfect.

The hotel is good size and okay facilities, however the service here is terrible. When i stayed in the past, i had minimal encounter with their staff, however on the last weekend when speaking to one of the reception staff about a late checkout, a gentlemen on the other line just decides to hang up during our conversation as he wouldn't honor my request and as a genius member. If you can't give a late check out, then don't bother offering genius deals and teach your staff members how... Read more

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days on July. Very good hotel with comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Little far away from the city centre, but well connected with buses. The swimming pool is very good with the sunshine. Would recommend for business and family trips. While all the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful, especially the Duty Manager-Tiffany was very efficient and helpful. Well, I will come back to stay with the hotel. Great experience.

We stayed there because it's close to the Ocean Park, and the hotel offered a package inclusive of accommodation and two days' entrance fee. It was worth for the price. The dinner buffet was enjoyable - not a lot of choices but the quality of food was excellent for that price. I particularly enjoyed the bed as it was very comfortable. We were so impressed with the quality of sleep and tried to find out what mattress they used. Turned out to be a Simmons. It will great if the hotel can let me ... Read more

Rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. As others have said, the location isn't great and there aren't too many shops and restaurants nearby but the buses stop right outside and you can take them directly to Stanley/Repulse Bay, Central (and the MTR) as well as Kowloon. There is a pool and decent gym which are nice and the breakfast buffet is plentiful (leans towards Asian fare but there is enough to keep Western tourists happy). We walked in and through the main (more like a back) door to the counter. As soon as I laid eyes on the uniforms of the staffs I had a feeling that nothing would surprise me. It's funny how sometimes one swallow does make a summer. I asked for a kingsize and they gave me two singles side by side. We took this deal because the pictures looked nice, the reviews were okay and the price package appeared fair. Except it kinda wasn't. 1. Location. The place is located in the southern part of HK island, and it is easy to go to Ocean Park from there. In order to get to central or Kowloon, you have to deal either with a cab, or with a bus.
