We have stayed at this property on our last visit to Hong Kong in 2014 and once again enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great location and the staff more then helpful. We were lucky enough to be given an upgrade which we greatly enjoyed - the rooms are very clean and quiet and all one would need is provided or just a call away to house-keeping.

We booked this hotel based on reviews on Tripadvisor and it was spot on. The Location is fantastic, the rooms are clean and well equiped. All the hotel staff are most helpful, efficient and polite. Staying here 2 nights and have to say . The hotel is clean and modern but the rooms are too small even for Hong Kong. Smaller than a budget hotel like Ibis or Red Planet. No storage or closet. No where to move or even unpack . Don't waste your money here, much better value in Hk .

The hotel is located in a busy area of wan chai. Although, there were families with young children in the hotel, personally I think the area is better suited to adults. Reception, was really efficient and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The view outside the window wasn't great, but with so much to see and do, this did matter. The wan chai mrt station is about 10min walk. If you use the airport express, there is a free shuttle from the hong kong station to the hotel. Also, the tr... Read more

I stayed twice for one night at this hotel on my route to Bali. It's very easy to get here from the airport - either get the A11 bus to Hennessy road (takes an hour) which is right outside or get the Airport express to Hong Kong station and then either a quick three stop bus ride to Asian House -several buses go that route or a 20 dollar taxi (takes 45 mins) Staff were welcoming, rooms were clean. We received an upgrade on the second visit which was nice. The decor is a bit crazy but then again... Read more

It was very nice of the lady to give me a free upgrade to this room - She even asked if I was travelling alone. This room is beautifully designed and is very feminine (after all this is a ladies room!) One brilliant thing I like about this room is the USB port on the bedside table. On a multi-city trip with my kids, I mixed up my travel dates and made a reservation at the Metropark Hotel. Unfortunately I got my dates mixed up and arrived a night early. Cicy Cheung was at the front desk and immediately got me set up to call Expedia and cancel my reservation, get the hotel cancellation fee waived and booked a room for that night. She was kind, efficient and wonderfully reassuring. Thank you Cicy. Cheers Prasad

I had a double bed and single bed in my room with ample space for my luggage. Rooms are great. Breakfast is too plan . Just slices of sandwich bread, jams in disposal plastics , hard boil eggs and museli. Cost HKD110 ... Read more

My partner and I stayed at Metropark Wanchai for three nights as a stop over on the way to Europe at the end of July beginning of August 2016. We were upgraded to a larger room which was a bonus. The room was well equipped with nice comfortable beds and a good shower. The air conditioning was a bit noisy but we got use to that. The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the heart of everything on Hennessy Road. Close to restaurants, shops and the Wan Chai MTR station is less than a ... Read more

Great hotel. Friendly staff, excellent location and clean rooms. Will definitely come back when in HK. We got a free upgrade and our room was massive for HK standards. Great value for money relative to other hotels in the area

We had a great time in HK and at this hotel. It's people are fantastic and so friendly. Paul the Concierge was so helpful, Reception had a particularly welcoming staff member, Marina and the interaction and service as breakfast was always warm and anticipatory - thanks to the wonderful girls, Rita and Mahdu who were absolute delights and were keen for us to return because they would miss us. Hotel management were present checking on our stay, Pauline Ho and the GM Evan who we met 3 times in the... Read more

If you attending conference in Hong Kong, this hotel is only a short 10min walk. I've stay here three times, this trip unfortunately the restaurant was not open which sucks as they had great breakfast buffet and reasonable price dinner and lunch

I can't recommend this hotel enough! They made my stay wonderful. I was in HK for an exhibition and the hotel is a great location for HKCEC. About a 10minute walk. I received an upgrade to a suite which was lovely but it's the amazing staff that made my stay so great. Nothing was too much trouble for them. On day of departure my flight wasn't until midnight. Even though I still had to check out in the morning they provided me with wifi to do some work in the afternoon and then a room for a sho... Read more

This is my first time at this nice hotel and it has an excellent service at check in and check out. The room is quite spacious and clean. it is located near the HK exhibition centre (about 10 mins walk). the MTR is 3 mins walk away. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. The handy mobile phone with unlimited data and free local and international calls is very useful. Also a free shuttle trip back to the airport was offered which is nicely appreciated. The only small inconvenience is the 5 t... Read more

We spent four nights here. Rooms were comfortable. Initially had a room on the top floor but as a result of the typhoon we had a leakage through the ceiling and the hotel upgraded us to a suite free of charge without any problem. Hotel does not offer dinner and we did not have breakfast at the hotel. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Within easy walking distance of the metro. During our stay in Hong Kong we took the gondola to Lantau Island to visit the Big Buddha and Tai O fishing village. Both w... Read more

We stayed in a triple room. Comfortable single beds and decent size adjoining rooms. Complimentary water bottles and use of local mobile phone provided during the stay. The only thing was the in-room security safe deposit did not work and multiple attempts by the maintenance workers to fix it within a timely manner was not satisfactory. Overall a pleasant experience and a memorable 5 night stay in a hotel conveniently located a block away from the subway station.

Great place to stay on Hong Kong Island Very central and reasonably price for Hong Kong. The Staff especially Marina is making you feel welcome and at home immediately. Ask for the 14th floor and higher to have a nice aspect of wan chai I'll will come back for sure.

This hotel was good for a couple of nights stay in Hong Kong. The location is just a few minutes walk away from the MTR station and plenty of food and drink options available nearby. The room was relatively spacious and nice and clean. Staff were friendly and efficient with the concierge helping out when I needed assistance. If the price was competitive I would consider returning to this place on my next visit

Only stayed 2 nights but it was a conveniently located and well appointed hotel. The only real complaint is that the AC in the room was a little noisy and even though we were on the 18th floor could still hear some nearby construction in the mornings. Would consider staying there again.

Not a 4 star hotel more like a ok 3 but good enough plenty of space for Hong Kong room was clean and staff friendly free wifi and free loaner cell phone Apple IMac in Lobby free to use My biggest complaint is loud noise from the building itself drain pipes are super loud when other rooms flush from above. I mean really loud . That not the hotels fault but a design issue But if you have trouble sleeping don't stay here The area of town the hotel is located is in let's say not a great place. Ho... Location is right at the heart of the infamous Wanchai bars and clubs. You can never get hungry as many restaurants around the area. Convenience stores, money changers, pharmacies, banks and different shops are all around the corner. Check-in was not that fast. Bellmen were mediocre in service. Breakfast had very limited choices. Wifi connection was good. I was upgraded to executive room. Room size was spacious enough for Hong Kong. Lightings in the room were not so good according to my liking. ... Read more

This hotel was in the process of name re-branding when I stay in mid-November. One of the affordable priced hotels in Hong Kong island, the location of the hotel is spot on and right in the hustle and bustle of Wanchai. Only 5 mins walk away from the MTR station as well and within seconds to various restaurants and bars. The feel of the hotel is very boutique with sleek and chic decor. The room was very spacious with comfortable King-sized bed and amenities provided. I slept soundly every night... Read more
