The room is actually quite large for an Asian city. The location is absolutely brilliant. Desk staff helpful, excellent English, and quick to assist when I locked my room safe by accident. No room service but several on-site restaurants, of which the best value was the shabu shabu. Also, when I checked out it was raining cats and dogs and the lovely staff member gave me a branded umbrella, no obligations. Effective advertising and great service.

Air conditioning in the reception area and bedroom was a welcome relief from heat and humidity of the streets. Location of the Hotel is quite good. That is the only plus point the hotel has. Average rooms with toilets not having the jets installed (you know what I mean). Very limited TV channels. Coming to the staff, they hardly offer useful suggestions. Staff is also quite cold on the basis of hospitality. Hotel doesn't have a pool or a gym but that is okay for an express hotel. The hotel is located in a fantastic location. Everything is at your door step. Time Square Shopping Centre is right next door. The room is quite small but it is well designed and there is a place for everything including a couch. This is extremely rare for Hong Kong mid priced hotel. The complementary breakfast is good but recommend you venture to the local establishment for some authentic Hong Konger Breakfast.
