A clean and well positioned hotel and very friendly staff. 2 minute walk from the railway station. Pity that you need to pay for the Internet or go and sit in the foyer. The entrance can be a bit tricky to find and there are trolley cars right outside. Convenience stores and fast food a minute walk away.

My husband and I booked the Superior Room. It was smaller, darker and dated than we thought it would be. The hallway had a musty odor. However, our room was clean and affordable. The hotel is not centrally located, but is steps away from the Quarry Bay Station. If you plan to spend a lot of time at Lan Kwai Fong area or have an early airplane flight, take note the MTR Trains and complimentary shuttle bus services aren't open 24 hours. We stayed at the hotel in April and enjoyed our stay, decided on our way back from China to stay there again for few days. Our room had view of the Bay and the skyline - which was lovely. Stayed here for the weekend. Stone's throw away from Quarry Bay MTR station exit C. Also, buses from Central stopped almost directly in front of the hotel. So very convenient. Offers hourly shuttle bus to airport at HK$150 per pax. Room is a bit dated - looks like the hotel was built in the 80s or 90s. But the room is a fairly good size for 2 people. Bed can be softer. Dark-ish room. On arrival a plug socket was out and away from the wall. Shower grouting was dirty. I found the staff to be not what I would expect from a 4* hotel. Not once was I asked about my stay (i.e. enjoy your stay or did you enjoy your stay?). Wifi is ONLY free for 30 minutes in the foyer and then you have to pay for it. In the room you have to pay.

BUT, for service was horrible and WIFI, we have to inject about HKD 70 (If i didn't wrong) to enjoy one day full and only 2 devices. maybe you should upgrade this kind of guest needs more flexible.

We stayed for 2 nights while stopping over on the way to Europe. Comfortable and well maintained, the kids enjoyed the pool. It was our first trip to HK, so we didn't know exactly what to expect. It is located in Quarry Bay, which is a bit out of the way, although transport options are easy. We were on a no-breakfast deal, and wi-fi is extra, so those were drawbacks. There is a Starbucks across the road - not my first choice but the kids liked it. In summary, good for the price, the staff are fr... Read more

Very welcoming, polite and informative staff members. The concierge gave us some great advice on travelling around Hong Kong. The MTR was just across the street, with access to all areas of the island, as well as the mainland. This was also the cheapest way to travel, it being less than a couple of pound for a couple. The room was spacious and spotless, the bed was very comfortable and there were excellent bathroom facilities. There was access to free wi-fi in the lobby and lounge area, although... Read more

It's a nice hotel but the room has old decoration. There was sound coming from the air conditioner. It doesn't provide any free wifi in the room. This is not convenient as people won't carry a notebook connecting to lan line these days. The check in service is quite fast. But the hotel location isn't good enough. I can't find any decent restaurants around the hotel. I have to take subway or tram to Taikoo or north point to find something to eat.

I stayed for a business meeting and had a room on the 28th floor facing Kowloon. The view was amazing especially at night. The room had all of the basic requirements and was nicely located across from a metro station, a Subway sandwich shop, and a Starbucks. However, it is a bit removed from the main tourist attractions so be mindful of the location compared with your itinerary.

We were treated friendly, and I also have no single complaint regarding the rooms and or breakfast.
