We were at the Juniper Hotel 4th - 11th June 2016. Had a fantastic time. lovely rooms warm and friendly staff, good food. Rooms nice and clean, beds changed, clean white towels. We also like the town and the meals out at Popeyes and Yum Yums. Not to far from the beach. In fact we found the whole holiday faultless and met some wonderful people there too x x x Hoping to go back sometime soon x

We've just got back from a 7 day holiday and spent most of our time else where. There isn't a great lot to do at the hotel and we found the swimming pool was a little on the small side. The food wasn't bad but we found the way they arranged the plates and the food slightly disorganized! The shower was very badly designed!! The shower is placed on the wall in a bath tub, but so badly designed that you couldn't shower without spraying half of the water onto the bathroom floor. We booked a room fo... Read more

Just back from 2 weeks at the Jupiter AI. Pleasantly surprised after reading so many bad reviews. Food - was better than usual, but AI food is pretty much the same wherever you go depending on what you pay. Hotel very clean, but the best bit was the staff, very very helpful and friendly. Stella on reception, lovely lady couldnt do enough. Cassie at the pool bar, lovely lovely girl, so friendly, Forties at night time always willing to help. All in all a fab holiday would go back in heartbeat a... Read more

Got back from the Jupiter hotel on the 1st June after spending 2 weeks with two great friends. I have NO complaints about this hotel, the staff were great, my room 101 was fab, and the food was good. Would I return to the Jupiter in the future, then the answer would be YES. The pool bar was fantastic during the day with young Kassi serving you cold beers and playing nice music and also having a laugh. (Bring Me Sunshine by M&W)

Stayed for 7 days in June 2016, I would advise you not to go all inclusive. The hotel itself is good, clean and staff good, reception was very good and helpful. All I will say about the food and drink was we ate out everyday. There is nothing to do at the hotel other than sit at the side of the pool in the day. Saying that you are close to local bars and restaurants for this not to be an issue. The room was cleaned on a daily basis and towels and bedding changed as stated. The bathroom wa... Read more

Stayed 7 nights in May, All inclusive, hotel staff were excellent, the food was decent quality and not half as bad as people submitting reviews are making out, rooms clean and spacious, pool area gets a little crowded but still nice, overall not a bad little hotel. Think a lot of these bad reviews are unfair, cheap holiday well worth the money we paid, you get what you pay for, would happily go back again.

We have just returned from a 10 day AI holiday at this hotel.Personally I can't fault the Jupiter, our rooms were cleaned daily, towels changed regularly & we had a lovely pool view. The staff work extremely hard, very long hours but always smile & try to help you, special mention to Kassie, Fortis, Gary & Tony who are a credit to the hotel. The food is varied & sometimes not everyone will be pleased but believe me with a very fussy 10 year old girl she certainly did not go without! We have just come back from spending 2 weeks in the jupiter hotel. As usual I was worried after reading some very negative views on here and was pleasantly surprised when we got there. My few grievances were: 7 euro per day for air con (other local hotels did same), was allocated 2nd floor room when they knew I had crutches/restricted mobility, towels and bedding not changed very frequently, dining room could have been cleaned better. However, there was plenty of selection of drinks on the all ... Read more

Having booked into the Jupiter for my wife's Birthday I was expecting a little bit more from the hotel if I'm honest. Don't get me wrong the hotel is modern, clean & if you take it on face value you would be more than happy but don't raise expectations or you'll end up bitterly disappointed. As I payed for all inclusive I expect a certain standard of food & drink... The food was poor & bland, there seemed to be no sense to most of it with not much variation. An example one day for dinner the... Read more

We stayed here from 26th June to 4th of July and had a great holiday! We are a young couple (30 and 32 yrs old) and could not fault the place! Staff were helpful when needed, rooms were kept clean and the pool area was great! Contrary to reviews we had read.......we thought the food was good! Lots of choice for breakfast and lovely salads etc for lunch and dinner! With something to suit most tastes! If you want burger n chips etc go to Blackpool! Drinks were fine and the bar staff were lovely ch... Read more

Stayed in room 209 all inclusive last week. Was clean and tidy and the reception was nicely presented. On our first meal (lunch) there was nothing for either of us as the food is fully catered for polish people. Tried it again the day after the food was poor quality and yet again been made to feel uncomfortable by the Eastern Europeans - very ignorant and rude. Also was under the impression the air conditioning was included, it was not, it was ?7 per night. Could also do with some netting arou... Read more

My friend and I have just returned from the Jupiter Hotel, we had a brilliant time. The rooms are spacious very clean and very comfortable. The staff are few but they do an excellent job, rarely kept waiting for anything - not even at the bar. Breakfast was good Lunch wasn't bad Evening meal I struggled, but always found something. This wasn't any worse than other standard all inclusive hotel. and it helped not to pile on the weight. Excellent location I would most definatly go back to this hote... Read more

Just returned from our stay at Jupiter Hotel and was rather disappointed. The breakfast is awful and the same can be said for lunch and dinner meals. The bar staff are however absolutely lovely and always happy to help you. That being said the room was cleaned every day with fresh bed sheets and towels. Unfortunately on the last day the maids decided to keep banging on our doors for two hours to try get us out the room despite a check out of 12:00 (we did tell them to stop and we didn't want the... Tsilivi is lovely just wouldn't stay at this hotel again. Stayed in room 219 which is to the front overlooking the garden and pool and road it gets very noisy from loud music from the pool bar and the noise from the road. Booked a twin room but received a double aircon was 7 euros a day extra, free wifi didn't work could never get a sun lounger by the pool even though there was room to put extra loungers out there weren't enough. The food was very bland and of little choice with the combination... Read more

Just returned from a week at The Jupiter , was apprehensive after reading the negative reviews, however it proved to be a fabulous mid range hotel. Hot meal saved for us due to our late arrival, quick check in very helpful and friendly receptionist. Room lovely and clean, overlooking pool area with sea views, nice bathroom with hairdrier and fluffy white towels, kept spotless throughout our stay. Outside bar serving hot and cold drinks, staff friendly and helpful. Very little in way of enterta... Read more

I stayed here for one week at the beginning of July with my partner. On arrival we were both very pleased with the hotel. It was exceptionally clean, staff were very friendly and getting checked in to our rooms was so quick! The only point that I didn't know until we arrived was that the air conditioning was a separate charge of 7 euros per day and it was very much needed. One thing that I didn't really enjoy about the hotel was that it was full of Russians who were not very nice. They looked do... Read more

The staff was really kind and helpful, couldn't do enough for us, my 3 y. old boy got a friend with everyone. I had read horrible things about the food and was a little worried but maybe there were changes in the kitchen. The food was delicious, well cooked, a lot of choices, people were piling up on their plates. Many vegetables, salads, different types of meat at each meal. The breakfast was one and the same, but still many choices so we could change the breakfast almost every day. I haven't t... Read more

We stayed at the Jupiter last week. We choose it to begin with as it allowed us to book a room for 3 people and was very cheap. The hotel looks much better than a few hotels close by its sheltered by bushes from the road unlike a few that you could walk past and see right into the pool/sunbathing areas. The food was average nothing terribly wrong with it just repetitive and a bit bland(you will be sick of feta cheese at the end of your stay) We ended up eating out 6 out of the 7 night however we... Been back a couple of weeks now! A lovely reception after a day travelling and a flight delay meant we arrived quite late... Reception had a meal for us and other passengers waiting after which we checked in. No worries. The Jupiter hotel is well sited on the junction of quiet Tsivili meets party town, so depending what your looking for its the best of both worlds. A pleasant looking hotel with good curb appeal, pool, bar and restaurant all at hand. Lovely bar and restaurant staff and a place t... Read more
