We were at the Juniper Hotel 4th - 11th June 2016. Had a fantastic time. lovely rooms warm and friendly staff, good food. Rooms nice and clean, beds changed, clean white towels. We also like the town and the meals out at Popeyes and Yum Yums. Not to far from the beach. In fact we found the whole holiday faultless and met some wonderful people there too x x x Hoping to go back sometime soon x

We've just got back from a 7 day holiday and spent most of our time else where. There isn't a great lot to do at the hotel and we found the swimming pool was a little on the small side. The food wasn't bad but we found the way they arranged the plates and the food slightly disorganized! The shower was very badly designed!! The shower is placed on the wall in a bath tub, but so badly designed that you couldn't shower without spraying half of the water onto the bathroom floor. We booked a room fo... Read more

Just back from 2 weeks at the Jupiter AI. Pleasantly surprised after reading so many bad reviews. Food - was better than usual, but AI food is pretty much the same wherever you go depending on what you pay. Hotel very clean, but the best bit was the staff, very very helpful and friendly. Stella on reception, lovely lady couldnt do enough. Cassie at the pool bar, lovely lovely girl, so friendly, Forties at night time always willing to help. All in all a fab holiday would go back in heartbeat a... Read more

Got back from the Jupiter hotel on the 1st June after spending 2 weeks with two great friends. I have NO complaints about this hotel, the staff were great, my room 101 was fab, and the food was good. Would I return to the Jupiter in the future, then the answer would be YES. The pool bar was fantastic during the day with young Kassi serving you cold beers and playing nice music and also having a laugh. (Bring Me Sunshine by M&W)

Stayed for 7 days in June 2016, I would advise you not to go all inclusive. The hotel itself is good, clean and staff good, reception was very good and helpful. All I will say about the food and drink was we ate out everyday. There is nothing to do at the hotel other than sit at the side of the pool in the day. Saying that you are close to local bars and restaurants for this not to be an issue. The room was cleaned on a daily basis and towels and bedding changed as stated. The bathroom wa... Read more

Stayed 7 nights in May, All inclusive, hotel staff were excellent, the food was decent quality and not half as bad as people submitting reviews are making out, rooms clean and spacious, pool area gets a little crowded but still nice, overall not a bad little hotel. Think a lot of these bad reviews are unfair, cheap holiday well worth the money we paid, you get what you pay for, would happily go back again.

We have just returned from a 10 day AI holiday at this hotel.Personally I can't fault the Jupiter, our rooms were cleaned daily, towels changed regularly & we had a lovely pool view. The staff work extremely hard, very long hours but always smile & try to help you, special mention to Kassie, Fortis, Gary & Tony who are a credit to the hotel. The food is varied & sometimes not everyone will be pleased but believe me with a very fussy 10 year old girl she certainly did not go without! We have just come back from spending 2 weeks in the jupiter hotel. As usual I was worried after reading some very negative views on here and was pleasantly surprised when we got there. My few grievances were: 7 euro per day for air con (other local hotels did same), was allocated 2nd floor room when they knew I had crutches/restricted mobility, towels and bedding not changed very frequently, dining room could have been cleaned better. However, there was plenty of selection of drinks on the all ... Read more

Having booked into the Jupiter for my wife's Birthday I was expecting a little bit more from the hotel if I'm honest. Don't get me wrong the hotel is modern, clean & if you take it on face value you would be more than happy but don't raise expectations or you'll end up bitterly disappointed. As I payed for all inclusive I expect a certain standard of food & drink... The food was poor & bland, there seemed to be no sense to most of it with not much variation.
