This is labelled as a luxury hotel, but not sure if that really is the case. Maybe it is for Mykonos and certainly not hostel or Best Western type, perhaps I went in with different expectation. We were in a triple room, and the room had ample space to walk around in. Beds were all very well spaced apart and these were comfortable beds with good linens. Towels enough for everyone with standard toiletries included. Maybe I don't think it's really luxurious due to the decor and color scheme, it's d... Read more

Imagine sitting down to a breakfast of eggs, fruit and Greek yoghurt seated next to an infinity pool overlooking the blue Aegean - and doing this every morning for a week! Then, full as a bee, walk back to your private villa, dip in your private pool (clothes optional) before snoozing long into the morning on a padded sun lounge. This is what you get at this great hotel. Book a villa. Smile a lot. Talk to the locals and relax.

This is such a lean and beautiful hotel. Rooms are lovely with outside sitting spaces or balcony. The quite location is perfect for families or singles. It is situated on a hill overlooking the Agean sea. Five to ten minute walk to the beach. The u shaped beach area offers many restaurants and even a little grocery store where you can pick up liquor, wine and beer. Sit at one of the many umbrella covered table and beach chairs, ring the buzzer and the waiters will bring you drinks or food. ... Read more

One of the most gorgeous hotels, spacious room, delicious Mediterranean breakfast, amazing cocktails! Easily accessible to bus station, Central to markets, stunning hotel, friendly service, friendly staff, breathtaking views, we hired a car and found hidden treasures and churches as we travelled on our own and discovered new beaches and local food handouts.

We had visited Mykonos as part of our Greece trip. This hotel was amongst the best of the hotels that we stayed. The view was amazing with Ocean view on one side and hills view on other side. The staff was very helpful. There is a bus station very near to the hotel from where we took buses to main Mykonos town. Only small suggestion for improvement is there was no double bed and instead they had joined two single beds to make a double bed which was slightly inconvenient. Rest all things are per... Read more

My partner, myself and another couple stayed on the island for four nights at The Pelican Bay Art Hotel. I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. Location was great, a short walk to the beach and several delicious restaurants. A short ten minute ride on the moped to Mykonos town. The rooms were very nice and clean. We had a great balcony on the corner of the property with amazing sea views! The best part of our stay was the staff. They are eager to make your stay as pleasant as poss... Read more

The positive reviews everyone else is giving are pretty much accurate. The hotel is about 5-7 min walk from the beach and 5 min walk to the bus stop. We even walked here from the airport in around 45 min with our backpacks :) The staff is friendly and super helpful. The receptionist even called the hotel we were going to next on Santorini to help arrange pickup from the port. They also let us check in 6 hours earlier without any issues! Rooms are cleaned daily and breakfast is good! A coupl... Read more

Pelican Bay was a wonderful hotel with great staff and wonderful service. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and felt like you were going to fall off if you slept on the ends of the bed. The tour to Delpos island suggested to us did not work out well because of the weather and bad tour guide so that was a slight waste of money but if the weather has cooperated it would have been a great tour. The island is very windy so make sure to bring lots of layers and a jacket too. This should be suggested to... Read more

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pelican. It is a friendly, family-run hotel, with good facilities. The pool area is a lovely place for a meal, snack or drink. It's also where the breakfast is served. Our room was a good size. Only problem we had was a few mosquitos. Otherwise a great experience.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The air conditioning in the rooms could've been a bit stronger, and we were searching for a full length mirror! Otherwise, was a lovely stay overall, very comfortable and accommodating.

Stayed for 3 nights in May. Staff was totally responsive to our needs. Room was very nice, very clean and had a great balcony. Breakfast provided, huge, full hot breakfast. It's not close to Mykonos town, need to ride the bus to get there, but only !.80 euros to get to town. Very close to the beach, lots of great restaurants. There is a fee for airport - or port pickup.

This hotel is located Platys Gialos. It is not on the beach and is about 5-10 minutes walk from the Pelican Bay Beach. You have to use public bus to go to the down town of Mykonos. It cost 1.8 Euro each way. Bus runs every 30 min to every 1 hour depending upon the time of the day. Taxi costs 10 Euro. It is very clean and nicely decorated. Room size is fairly big. House was well built. Some room has balcony. The staff are friendly and keep the hotel in good shape. The only complain is the towe... Read more

I had the privilege to visit this Amazing country & stayed in this Beautiful & Cozy hotel for 3 nights. The location of this hotel is convenience. It take less than 10mins walk to the bus stop for a trip down to Mykonos Town and to the amazing restaurants at the beach front and the foods are really fresh & yummy. The hotel is spacious, cozy & a lovely balcony to capture the awesome view. The room is clean & spacious except they do not replenish the toiletries after room service. Breakfast serv... Read more

10 mins drive from the airport, out of town, but 5 min walk to the beach. The rooms are basic, however they are comfortable and quiet. Staff are lovely, food is good. There are fabulous views over the bay. The pool is a lovely private space on a terrace outside from the restaurant: - a great place to chill out. Unfortunately, we only got one night, would be nice to stay a week. Hey some of us have to work!

This hotel is fantastic. We stayed here as part of a tour group and it was my favorite over even the resorts. The hotel is well decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Even the beds and pillows are comfortable. The pool is beautiful and the bar has nice seating. Petros the bartender and his brother will create unique and delicious cocktails to enhance your visit. The staff is warm and friendly, the breakfast is actually good, and the location is perfect. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and a... Read more

We visited the Pelican Bay Art Hotel as part of a cross country group tour of Greece. Without hesitation I can say it it was the best hotel we stayed in. Day after day the staff provided stellar service and conversation and offered assistance without even being asked. I truly feel spoiled. I am convinced the cleaning lady is a ghost because we would be in our room one minute, leave the next, go back after another minute and it would be spotless. The rooms are comfortable (each bed has one firm p... Read more

We were originally a bit skeptical about staying outside of Mykonos Town, but the quiet we would not have gotten in Mykonos Town and the ease of getting into town via the public transportation system soon dispelled our concerns. The breakfast was fabulous as was the complimentary glass of Raki in the afternoon.

We think the service from all staff was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and served poolside or indoors. The small bar was intimate with engaging staff. The hotel location was good as it was close to local bus and beach. Our VIP room was beautiful with a good view however it only had a jacuzzi bathtub but no overhead shower. We had a large balcony however many birds were nesting in the rocks over our balcony and were very noisy and messy with their droppings. Overall, we would stay there agai... Read more
