I have been going there for 15 years - no loyalty scores at this hotel! They put us into a room facing a wall (which was apparently "hotel view"), but we did not expect to look onto a wall. The tap was leaking constantly (see video uploaded) - when we asked for it to be fixed, the technician didn't understand what what wrong (???). Aircon sounded like a tractor. Lights were broken. The owner of the hotel was more interested in going to buy her Louis Vuitton bag than helping us out with a decent... Read more

We stayed during the peak season in the last two weeks of August. We had booked a 2 stories superior room with a small balcony. The view from the Hotel over the new port and the sea, specially the breakfast area, was stunning. It´s a bit uphill (what isn't in Mykonos?) and not far from the old port. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived the A/C in the bedroom wasn't working and given it was peak season we thought we were dummed to suffer the heat for the rest of our holidays.... Read more

Perhaps this is not the most elegant or beautiful I lived. But it is the best experience here. People there are great. Madelena and Constantina are nice and sweet. They will guide you good place and restaurants. Free shuttle from ferry when you arrived, plus free to take you to airport when you left. During booking, better communicate with them to arrange higher floor room. The view is awesome. Economical !

This hotel is located at the end side of the city centre, just a 5-8 minutes walk to the old town, come back to the hotel might take a longer time as the way require a bit uphill climb. Hotel is clean and beautiful, perfectly decorated in all white with blue door and some flowers! The view of old port and sea is fantastic, we spent a whole morning sitting in our terrace enjoying the view. Room we got was a bit small but it has everything we need. Shower has good water pressure and we did not e... Read more

The staff are very helpful in this lovely little hotel hanging on the hill just a short walk from the town. Not only were we picked up at the airport, we were also taken to the ferry and our luggage collected and delivered which makes life very easy. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds, good linen and fab soaps etc in the bathroom (terrific shower too). The views from our bedroom were great and the hotel is attractively laid out. The only problem, if you are not fit, are the numbe... Read more

On arrival, the location was near the center and staff seemed helpful since my mom was unable to climb the stairs (since no elevator exists) and the check-in desk and all rooms require climbing steep stairs. They accommodated us by providing lower floor options with only a couple flights of stairs. The beds were comfortable, but the sheets and pillows had a scent that suggested they hadn't been laundered for a long time. The views from the room and the pool were spectacular, as well. Reception staff could not do enough for you. Would definitely stay here again & would 100% recommend to others.

My wife and I are in Mykonos for 5 nights on our honeymoon. The room is small however the bed is comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with a stunning view only 250m walk from the main town. The staff are very helpful and there is a pool to cool off after a hot day of exploring the island.

Stayed for a night on way back from the islands. Hotel does a comlimentary shuttle from the port and airport which is very useful as hotel is in an elevated position overlooking the town and port area. Very helpful staff and friendly checkin with much needed complimentary refreshment. Room was fantastic, great view and really good size with exceptionally comfortable bed, good wifi and great shower. Didn't use but there is a decent little pool as well. Hotel is only a short walk from the town are... Read more

We booked the Romantic Package. It included transfer from and to the Port, wine, flowers and chocolate in the room. Arriving at the Port, we had to wait one hour under the sun until we could call the hotel which then sent the transfer. No flowers, no wine, no chocolate. We complained to the management, nothing happened. After the checkout we wrote several times to the hotel asking for a partial reimbursement, no one ever answered to our e-mails.

Hotel with views looking over the harbour and town. Rooms clean and large. Bottled water provided daily. Friendly help staff. Hotel was within walking distance of harbour and town and in most cases was uphill. Mykonos is a fabulous place to visit.

We stayed as part of a group tour who regularly use this accommodation. The accommodation itself is beautiful with fab bathrooms and nice light comfortable bedrooms. The rooms are staggered on the hill and I was in the very top one which was a bit of a trek but had amazing views. Nice pool area that was quite sheltered from the wind and the terrace for the bar was a fab place to watch the sunset with a nice glass of wine. Breakfast is good variety and plentiful. I would like to start off by saying is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The location is in Mykonos town but yet away from all the hustle and bustle that the town offers. The room were of a good size and were cleaned everyday. The breakfast which was included in the stay was delicious. And most importantly the staff was amAzing. Not only were they friendly. They offered advice on what to do during your stay in Mykonos. I'm glad I was able to stay here during my time in Mykonos . I'm al... Read more

We had a fabulous experience in Madalena. The place is amazing! Exactly what I've been wishing to experience. Just like being in a movie that shows the charming Greek Cycladic architeure; with blue windows and white porches and beautiful flowers in between, having a beautiful sea view  while resting on a sunbed from our room porch, and  just letting the cool breeze relax you. The only down side, maybe for some people is, the WiFi is weak. Also you have to be fit, coz the way up to this hotel fr... Read more

What an idyllic spot on the island. From our room we overlooked the old town and the bay of Mykonos. A short stroll down to the town. The people were friendly and helpful. A bit of walk back up the hill but the views are worth the climb.

Spent 8 nights in this lovely unpretentious hotel that is very well located only a few minutes walk to the center of town where all the action happens and yet far enough not to hear any of it. Stunning views of the Sea located between both ports (Old and New) Nice breakfast assortment. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help. Would definitely stay there again. We had a Room on the parking lot, with windows right in front of the road, with no shutter, so you sleep with car headlight all night long, at the same expensive price than upstairs room. Horrible experience, even for only 1 night that we had to book because of a cancelled ferry. The swimming pool is a joke, you don' have any space around it, and the staff is not even friendly (especially the guy, who seems to be annoyed to do his work. Only the lady was nice). When I first arriving during check in, I was very pleasant becos the white houses are too beautiful and the price I booked was just 1/3 compared to my last hotel in Santorini. However, when I was being arranged to stay in room 101, this was a nightmare that it is on the ground floor near the hotel entrance. Two cars were parked outside of my room, the door lock was broken and the TV remote was disappeared. I called front desk to fix the door lock problem and found another TV remote while I can ... I had a good experience in a group travel. I was on the top floor, amazing view. Hotel is small but very comfy beds, down comforters, AC can run while you are gone with a separate room key, bathrooms upscale and breakfast in the morning was delicious with complete hot/cold varieties. It's a downhill walk to Mykonos, maybe 5 minutes? However, the walk back up the hill....oh boy. Can be long and tiring when you've been out all day! The concierge was friendly and helpful, the room very comfortable, well appointed. Amazing view overlooking the bay. Very peaceful and close walk to town. Wonderful breakfast buffet, friendly staff, airport shuttle. They didn't have our bay view room the first night but moved us into one for the next two nights of our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Having travelled all over the world on many many trips, I was burgled for the first time, in the land of my parents birth, as I slept in my room ! Strong suspicion being an inside job (authorities agreeing). Adding insult to injury, hotel management showed total disregard, rudeness, even asking me to vacate my room (while waiting for police!!) For an island with so much choice of accommodation, I would put this establishment at the very bottom of the list.

This was a nice hotel located just 5 minute walk from the city center. It was located up a hill and ha a view over the ocean. Also the view of the parking lot of the harbor which was huge. We got a very nice room almost at the top of the hotel. We had a nice private terrace overlooking the rest of the hotel and the sea. When we got to the new port, the driver of Madalena was waiting for us. When we got to the hotel they welcomed us with a welcome drink. Where to start from?? it has a one million dollar view, the rooms are super clean, with full amenities, the breakfast was wonderful, very rich variety. The staff are super nice and super friendly. I would say it was the perfect distance from town so you don't feel the business of the roads and shops around and only 5 mins to get there.
