Me and my partner stayed in the summer village hotel in August 2004 for 10 days and had an excellent stay. The hotel is well situated as a base for exploring the island and is within a 15 minute walk of a beautiful beach and plenty of bars and restaurants. Food was good, there was plenty of choice and we never went hungry, to be honest we ate out a lot as there are so many good places to eat on Kos. Car hire is available just across the road from the hotel, which I can highly recommend. Must... Read more

Rooms basic. Pool nice. Good variety of food. Owner usually on site to help. Based in a quite location but only 10 minutes from restaurants and the beach. If you head directly out of the hotel for the beach there is an area of trees growing on the beach which is great for children get some shade.

We got back last week and I was pleased overall with our stay. It surprises me what some people expect when you pay for a cut price all inclusive. I've seen the phrase â??you get what you pay forâ?? on here a lot and I'm not sure how much of a complaint that is, surely if you say that it means you can't be disappointed?! Admittedly the food wasn't going to win any awards, breakfast was probably the most basic, but for the most part it was tasty and filled a gap. If you are looking for somewhere... Read more

We booked this inexpensive all Inclusive on a budget and were not disappointed. Loved the holiday. Food was great and rooms clean and comfortable. Could not fault it. Resort not that lively but such a relaxing break loved every minute. Pool was clean and lush. Don't be expecting entertainment as there is none included, but bar is open until you go to bed! Recommend the fishing trip, a good day out.

Just arrived back from a 7 night holiday. Very friendly staff. From entering the hotel male on reception assisted with taking my suitcase to our room. Rooms are clean, thank you to the cleaning staff. Towels and bedding changed on a regular basis throughout the week. Food is good, compliments to the chef/s. Bar staff and staff within the shop onsite are also very friendly and always happy to assist you. Gardens well kept. The rooms could benefit from having a kettle in. The location is within wa... Just got back after a week here. Hotel is alright and the food is varied other than the breakfast which is the same most days, but I suppose it's hard to vary the breakfast. Food is ok and the staff are very friendly, especially the cleaners who always speak and make a real effort when cleaning your room. Only soft drinks, beer and wine was available with the all inclusive which was a little disappointing. As with majority of hotels in Greece it is very basic but if you're spending most of yo... Just arrived back from a 10 night holiday. Me and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon. It was exactly what we expected for a 3*, rooms were cleaned daily, pool and bar area was spotless, food was nice but not much of a variety so we ended up eating out most nights, the bar staff Manos and agron were brilliant!!! We couldn't fault them in anyway. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We thought the girls who worked in the dining room could have smiled more, they looked miserable most o... Read more

Just returned from a week here. We loved it so much we wish we could still be there. We're in the process of booking again for next year. It's a 3 * hotel so fairly basic but fine for what we wanted. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. Staff were lovely. On our first night we had a problem with ants. We reported it and someone came immediately and got rid of them and sprayed the room. The next morning a maintenance man came and sealed the gap they were getting in. There is a screen on th... Read more

Stayed 12 superb days in summer village cannot find any fault at all food lovely and lots of choices. Staff were great and the owners very very friendly and welcoming. It's only a 10 minutes stroll to the beach but the big pool is very clean and you always find a sunbed. Rooms were always clean and tidy and the maids always smiling. All inclusive stops at half ten like any other hotel in the area but all reasonably priced. All staff made our holiday. THANKS TO VICKY AND CHRISTOS AND THE TEAM SEE... Read more
