Me and my girlfriend booked a very last minute holiday as we wanted a cheap holiday before winter. We looked at the reviews of this hotel while searching around and to be fair the reviews came as a bit of a suprise. Yeah ok they only have a select amount on the all inclusive but for what we wanted and what we paid it was ideal. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was nice. The food was good and I can honestly say that we didn't miss a meal because we didn't like the food. Anyone looking f... Read more

The food was awful, not enough variety, catered mainly for Germans. Inclusive drinks only two spirits, should be all house spirits. The room had a large crack in ceiling which drenched our room the bathroom was very small and the shower flooded it

We went here in early September for a 10 day break & it was lovely. The hotel is clean, staff are lovely & friendly and the facilities inside the hotel are good. We had a double room with pool view in 900 block & it was clean, new bed was a bit hard but comfy & cleaner came in every day. We paid extra to use safe, air con & fridge but were happy to do so. The new chef is great & the food was good, great to try some greek foods. Pool area was good, plenty of sunbeds & pool bar was fine, but this ... Read more

Room was quiet nice, terrible bathroom but in this kind of places you don't spend much time in the room so whatever. There was additional fee for air-conditioning, which is lame. Really nice swimming pool and good food. All inclusive only until 11pm :/

We have just returned from this hotel after 1 week B & B . The breakfast was cereal and yogurt, fresh fruit, cold ham and cheese , tomatoes and cucumber , selection of bread , rolls and cakes with eggs cooked to order . We had bacon omelette , scrambled eggs on toast and fried eggs during our stay. The rooms , although quite compact ,had everything we needed and were very clean and our beds made daily and room cleaned. Plenty of hot water for showers. Staff were friendly and helpful . I must... Me and my partner booked a all inclusive holiday to kos and to stay in the roselands hotel We booked this with love holidays. The hotel only has 5 rooms with able bed so we got to single beds not ideal for a couple on holiday. The flight and transfers were included in the price. This is a lovey hotel if you want a quiet get away but you are not near anything and there is no entertainment. I advice to head to the nearest town and hire a beach buggy or a quad bike so you can see more of kos... Read more

Well what can i say 4th time here can not fault this hotel at all love it. The food is good always plenty to choose from. If you don't fancy what you see to eat there is plenty of little taverners where they do good traditional foods and are reanonable priced. Drinks beer , ouzo , brandy and red and white wine and a good variety of soft drinks or if you just want coffee and tea all inclusive if you want vodka or any other spirts they are also available at a good reasonable price along with cockt... Upon looking at various pictures of the roselands hotel myself and my partner thought it looked absolutely lovely for a cheap relaxing week away, the pool looked lovely, the rooms looked lovely, all websites stated there were bars and restaurants nearby and the food reviews were good! However this was not the case, the pool was very small and very crowded, we didn't even go in it. The rooms were awful, the bathroom was ridiculously tiny, the shower head did not even hang on the wall so you had t... Read more

We had a great time at Roselands. The staff couldn't have been nicer and when we had a small leak in our bathroom it was repaired within hours. The pool is really nice and we could get sun loungers at any time of day. The bar and food selections were a little limited but we never went hungry. A 10-15 minute walk to the nearest shops and bars. All-in-all we had a great stay!

Hotel room OK. All what you need. Fridge, hair dryer. No kettle though. Air con that you pay for. Food is dire. I ate out half of time. Starter, main drink and complimentary fruit was around 9 euros . There is a back gate from hotel. Walk over cow field and turn right. Lovely restaurant just before supermarket. Few down this road and this takes you to the lovely beach.

I just came back yesterday from 11 nights at the 'Roseland Hotel Bunglows'. I stayed in a room in the block opposite the main block where the reception and pool is etc... Yes, some nights (not all) neigbouring dogs barked on and off during the night and I was very hot as I didn't want to pay the extra 3.00 a day for air-con and doors start slamming from 8am as people got up for breakfast and the maids would talk very loudly to one another BUT... the rooms are small yet comfortable, nice power sh... If you want a quiet, peaceful holiday away from hustle and bustle there is nothing wrong with Roselands. There is always beds at the pool. Food and drink available and a bed to sleep in. You get what you pay for if you want luxury you pay luxury prices. Supermarket is a short walk away and so too a few tavernas and bars. The beach is lovely too. If you want to see more of kos island there are at least 3 or 4 vehicle hire places in marmari which are quite reasonably priced.

A lovely hotel. The swimming pool was warm and clean. The smaller pool is maybe a bit too deep for the little infants but overall good. The rooms are kept clean and spacious. The food is ok my partner loved it but I'm a bit less adventurous so didn't try things maybe that's my own fault. But it's a little hotel so I suppose they can't please everyone. We would definitely go back so that says a lot. The staff are helpful and will help if any problems. So give the hotel a try.

We recently returned from a weeks stay at Roselands and here's our honest and unbiased opinion: We felt we got great value for money, I had already researched the hotel and it's location, I was a little wary after reading some negative reviews but actually we were pleasantly surprised and happy with our stay. Room - well equipped, good size, cleaned daily (except Sundays where just the bins are emptied). The mattress is firm so not to everyone's taste and the bathroom is tiny, the shower cubicle... Is a great place to rest near to the beach and near to the bus station, everything was very clean and delicious food all you can eat and drink. Great people work there so you will have a very good time.

After touring Italy for 12 days my sister and I had just about enough of, churches, cathedrals, tourist traps, and people trying to sell us selfie sticks everywhere we went. We were looking for somewhere remote and quiet to just relax and unwind. Preferably on the cheap side since money was getting a bit tight. All that gelato was expensive! :D We chose to completely ignore the fussy naysayers in the TripAdvisor reviews as they have led us astray before, I mean this place had 3 stars, a pool... Read more

I stayed at this hotel with my son for 2 weeks. We had the best holiday ever. The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were lovely and the food was great. The pool area was very clean. The beach is only a 5 minute walk. Also near by you have a bicycle shop where you can rent bikes for 3 euros, I would definately be returning next year and would highly recommend.

My friend and I stayed at the hotel this summer 27/8/16 - 03/8/16 and we had a marvellous time! ALL of the staff were happy, smiling and superbly helpful at all times - from taking my case to my room at midnight with a smile and friendly introduction to serving breakfast promptly at 7am when we wanted to head out for the day. The room and bathroom were appropriate for a 3* hotel - better than I expected even. I struggled a bit with the shower curtain (I did get the hang of it after a while!) but... Read more

Surly staff, recurrent food, which was not special, 700m to the beach, around the hotel were meadows with cows. In room is hot, payable conditioning 3 eur per day, bad internet connection, it is only near reception.

Roselands is great for the price paid. Food is of a good standard with 3 theme nights offered each week. Rooms are of a nice size and kept clean. The overall grounds are well kept and very clean. My only criticism is that there were ants everywhere but I'm not sure how this could be overcome. All inclusive drinks are good but a very limited choice although fair for the cost. All inclusive finishes strictly at checkout.
