All I can say about this is DONT GO!!! It might be cheap but there is a reason for that and its not that its cheap and cheerful.. it is absolutely dire! And the owner.. well rude is not the word for her All I can say is that there are lots of lovely hotels in Kos.. go to a different one!

We spent three weeks at Oscar hotel this summer and we are more than pleased! We got a great room with a fantastic view. The staff is, as always, superb. The room was cleaned every day and the service is the best! Good prices and great location. We are definitly going back to Oscar!!

This hotel must have been built when Hippocrates first started teaching medicine in Kos. It is in dire need of a complete make over, in fact it needs knocking down and rebuilding. If you don't mind going back hundreds of years to ancient Greece then go for it otherwise aviod this hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks and the floor in our "room" did not see a mop!!! It was dirty and not very nice.

Only been back for one day and already having withdrawal symptoms from Kos Town, it is an amazing place to visit! So many lovely places to eat, we never had a bad meal and that is saying something considering we had breakfast/dinner and tea all in different restaurants, never repeating a restaurant at all (7days=14 different restaurants!). Sometimes the restaurants/bars can be a bit pushy to get you inside but they usually respond well to a polite NO if you're not interested, but also a good sid... Read more
