Surprisingly good hotel! Very clean and cozy rooms, the reception staff helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was very good and the rooms clean. The area, Exarchia Square, is known for its alternative life style. There are a lot of restaurants, bars cafeterias in the area, which is very live and can become noisy at times. Another veru good point of this hotel is the fact that the metro station and many landmarks (like the Archaeological Museum for example), are within walking dista... Read more

First of all, the place could be 2 stars at the best, not 3 -with the US standards at least-. If you are into night, so that's the place to be as the hotel is located at the main night hangout spot for young artistic & hippie Athenians, too much noise at night thou. The stores around are open all night and despite the fact that most of the crowd in the square were drunk & high, I felt safe still. The front desk people were so friendly and helpful in contrast to what some other travelers mentione... Read more

The hotel is located in a really cool area, close to all sites of interest and to good restaurants, coffee shops, bars. Metro less than 10min away and 20 minute walk to the Acropolis. From the rooftop you can have a great view to the Acropolis. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, but very basic and old, not well maintained; anyway is very reasonable for a 3 star hotel. It's clean and good for a short gateway in Athens. If you want more confort, don't book this hotel! Important to n... Read more

The place around seems quite stunning and depressing, but the hotel is clean and nice. I haven't heard the noise at all and it didn't bother me at all. Breakfasts are standard but still good, there is a range of products to choose from. Being near restaurants has its cons, you don't have to go too far away to get a snack.

In an interesting part of Athens (near the Technical University) and within 10=15 minutes from the underground, this inexpensive hotel is great! Everything you need (good beds, hot water, pleasant staff) with a variety of restaurants nearby. I stayed there 5 years ago and was happy to go again!

This isn't a five star hotel by any means, it's pretty standard, but it's cozy, reasonably priced, and in a great location. Our room was on the 3rd floor (actually the fifth level), unfortunately there was a lot of noise from the square just outside. Our balcony gave us a great view of the square and the beds were quite comfortable. Everything we wanted to see in athens s was within walking distance and the food in this part of town is much less expensive.

This hotel is situated in a very run down neighbourhood but it's good enough inside if you want to rest your head and get a good night's sleep. The air con is good, bed comfy enough and it's a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station (Panepistimios). The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, but perhaps that's me being fussy about continental breakfasts. A small selection of bread, ham, cheese and cereal - not a great deal else. Staff were helpful and tried their best to help me when they... Read more

The room was a decent size with aircon and tv, was also very clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is only ten minutes walk from Omonia square and located in a funky nighttime area with bars and cafes all around. There were some minor problems with the amenities that could be easily fixed. The shower head holder was looses and kept falling out and the shower curtain rail was also loose at the wall and kept bending out.

We stayed one night here so we could visit some of Athens on our way to Rhodes. It was good for the purpose with clean rooms and very friendly staff. Nearby are lots of good places to eat tasty Greek food at nice prices. The downside was noise from a bar on a nearby roof terrace that played loud music until after 3am. Perhaps it is just on Friday nights that this happens, but I wouldn't risk it again unless I was sure. I doubt being on the other side of the hotel would help much.

Stayed here with a friend for two days. Simple hotel with clean facilities, air conditioning and close to popular areas and good food. Staff were very helpful with directions and places to see/eat. Happily stay here again.
