We had 2 rooms - both very spacious, clean and modern! The personal was very attentiv and helpful! We will be back to Hampton by Hilton! One suggestion: the parking is marked only with the name of the neighboring holiday inn - lööking for üarking lots belonging to hampton takes time.

Nice hotel, with warm welcoming staff. As you would expect from the Hilton Family. Parking is a bit of a nightmare, there is a NCP just next door at £16/day (with hotel discount), or you can chance it on the streets at the back - but given the surroundings and the ever present parking attendants, that could be much dearer. Easy walking distance to the market and other centre amenities, just don't go out at the back of the hotel. Run down and off-putting.

Stayed 3 nights. Walked from rail station (20 mins) looks a bit grim from outside, on busy road but lovely modern interior. Welcoming receptionist, 7 floors, ours was at back on 3rd. Quietest city hotel we've stayed in. Full range of toiletries. Very clean. Breakfast buffet good and we had no problem with queues. Handy for Cabot Circus. No eve meals but could order a pizza. Bar area and a gym.

We spent one night here over the Bank holiday weekend. Everything about this hotel was great. The staff were friendly. The hotel was fresh and very modern. The room was of very good size and perfectly clean. The bathroom was also modern clean and good size, and only thing wrong with it, was the shower was very slow with not much pressure. Finally the buffet breakfast, had everything you would want. For the price this hotel was first class and in a great location. Will definitely be using it a... Read more

Stayed recently for one night. The hotel is located around a twenty minute walk from Temple Meads station towards the north of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable with shower but no bath. I must have chosen a bad time for breakfast just before 7.30 a.m. as the room was very crowded so I just grabbed some hot food and ate it as quickly as I could. Whilst I appreciate that the hotel offers snacks and a take away pizza facility, my gripe is that h... Read more

Stayed here midweek for one night. Nice and clean hotel with a welcoming feeling. It's like an express hotel but nice non the less. Short walk to the bars and restaurants. No gym or pool and the car parking is expensive with it being an NCP car park and right in the city centre. Overall a good experience and I enjoyed Bristol.

Although we had read the positive reviews about his hotel we were still were a bit uncertain about what to expect given the location of the hotel (on a busy road opposite the Cabot Circus shopping centre). But there was no need to worry - the rooms were clean, quiet and very comfortable if on the small side (there was only just enough room to walk down one side of the bed). Stayed at this hotel quite a few times now with my girlfriend. As we're from Swansea, Bristol is one of our more local cities to visit other than our own, so we always like trying out different hotels there. However on our last 2-3 trips we have stayed at the new Hampton by Hilton. It does not disappoint, the rooms are modern and include everything you need, for e.g. Iron, bath robes, kettle etc. The breakfast is perfectly cooked and considering it's a buffet extremely tidy and looked after. Very helpful staff on the front desk. Be aware that the NCP car park next door charges £15 per 24 hrs. If you intend going out with the car, park in the carpark alongside the hotel. £1 per hour max 2 hrs. You can also park there overnight 6pm to 9am next morning for £4. Just a one night stay in Bristol for me. Yes - this hotel is okay for a one night stay. Good-ish location - although I did feel a little unsafe walking back to the hotel after dark, as the area is a bit shady (the Bearpit roundabout has lots of homeless people drinking and smoking). Room perfectly clean, and adequately appointed. Not huge. Breakfast - self service, mid-comprehensive, American style buffet. Fresh waffles and pancakes, but very limited selection of tinned fruit. This place is a fairly average budget chain hotel close to the Cabot Circus shopping centre. It's not exactly the most pleasant part of Bristol, but is only 10 - 15 minutes walk to some of the nicer areas. Can't understand why it has got so many 5 star reviews! On the plus side: it's newly renovated and was very clean; it's easy to drive to; there is plenty of parking in an attached NCP carpark for £15/24 hours; and the staff were friendly. While the stay had a great breakfast, great cleanliness and room layout. The air con ruined my stay. Kept setting to 19 and would stay hot. Certainly ok though and if one of the staff members hadn't been rude implying the key not working on doors was my fault rather than just helping. But once again the breakfast was great and the overall room layout and style was nice.

The rooms were a little bit too dark to have the make up trial so the hotel were amazing and let me use the computer room on the day which had lots of natural light. Unfortunately there was nothing special about this hotel although its staff try very hard to give a good service and succeed. For me I hated that the bar is in reception - it therefore is not at all relaxing and you are 'on show' to all who come in and you are aware of every person checking in. Breakfast was particularly poor - a self yourself option more like a 'free for all' with all the other guests!

This hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring Bristol. The staff were great; very friendly and patient with everyone (saw a couple of buck's nights while we were there!) The reams are really good and the breakfast in the morning is fantastic. There were only two things that were disappointing. The first was the price of the parking next door. The hotel thankfully does a discount, but you're still looking at £15 a night. It's out of the hotel's control, but it is something to think about... Read more

Relatively new hotel, tried and trusted Hampton format. Friendly and quick reception, good clean and quiet room. Efficient air conditioning and all amenities that were required for a business visit. I would definitely stay here again in preference to the Doubletree in Redland - even though it is further from where I usually work in Bristol - as the environment is a lot nicer.

Picked this hotel for location to city centre. Short walk to shops and harbourside. Very comfortable room. Loved the provision of shower gel etc. Fantastic walk in shower. Very comfortable bed, though bed was quite high and felt like a climb up! Breakfast buffet was very good. Good choice of cooked items, fruit, pastries etc. Tables cleared and cleaned regularly. All staff we interacted with were very helpful.
