We were booked into this hotel as part of a tour. This hotel staff was excellent, the room was comfortable, well appointed, super clean. Breakfast in the Orangerie was excellent. The location was good, directly across the street from the casino and immediately adjacent to the historic central shopping district with lots of shops and restaurants. The wifi connectivity was poor.

The hotel is in an excellent location for walking around the old town. We spent a week exploring the area as we combined business with pleasure. The hotel has an old world charm, however it was several of the Staff that stood out in our mind. Marie and Franca at the front desk went out of there way throughout the week inquiring of our adventures, and both Keiko and Jasmina provided excellent service with a warm greeting each day. Thanks to all of you for making our trip much more enjoyable... Read more

This is clearly a very nice hotel that values excellent service and immaculate conditions. The dining room for breakfast is a gorgeous and relaxing way to start the day. The Wi-Fi is good and provides good work conditions. The lounge is a great space to meet with clients and advisers in an informal setting prior to walking to a dinner spot. The reason I gave it four stars is due to a couple things that might be due to U.S. bias, so take it for what its worth. The key system is clunky and cumbe... Read more

The second visit to the hotel was really bad. The property looks tired and worn. It is in serious need of comprehensive renovation. The rooms look dated. I was there I a cold April week. Was told there would be no heat because they switched to summer mode. Really quite insane to be cold in a suite for 500 Euros. Housekeeping service was inattentive and had to be called numerous times to receive service. Was told that the hotel was fill. Food was very good and several reception staff were very ... Read more

We stayed at THE NASSAUER HOF again for the "Pfingstturnier" in Wiesbaden to see top riding in front of the picturesque Schloss Biebrich and felt immediately at home. It is true that the rooms are not as modern or state of the art as in newer hotels. But you feel elegance, peace, very friendly and welcoming service from the moment you ll arrive. The rooms are elegant and offer everything you need with a personal touch. I especially loved the caring service at breakfast, when I was offered s... Read more

I was concerned when a teen took the keys to my Audi , but then thought " it will be fine don't be so judgemental " , I left my car at the hotel for two days and when checking out noticed a long fresh scratch along the side of the vehicle . When I spoke to the front desk they claimed the vehicle already had the scratch , and that what I was saying was not true . Not only did the hotel damage my car I received no apology nor did they take any responsibility. I tried to speak to a manger " none w... Read more

I stayed here four nights while walking part of the Rheinsteig and exploring Wiesbaden itself. Like almost everything in Wiesbaden it is rather a long way from the Hauptbahnhof, but frequent buses 1 and 8 whisk you there for ā?¬2.75 while a taxi (there's a rank outside the hotel) will set you back by about ā?¬10. I liked everything about the hotel, but would single out for special mention the reception staff, who went out of their way to ensure that I was made to feel welcome.

I stayed in this hotel in May 2016. I didn't know the room had no AC when I made the booking and the weather wasn't very cool outside. When I requested a different room they said there is no available room of the same level with an AC and I would need to pay additional just for the larger room with AC, I wasn't quite happy with that, as they should have offered me a better solution. I paid, and went for the room with AC yet the service in there was perfect. Definitely recommend it to anyone who ... Read more

Stayed there in connection with racing Ironman 70.3 Wiesbaden. In terms of location it couldnĀ“t better, being a few 100 metres from the finishing line, registration etc. Primarily booked it because it was the only option left, as the hotels are quickly filled during that weekend. Worth the pay? Probably not. Rooms were fine, but not 5 star fine. Not that I have any complaints, but nothing out of the ordinary. Served breakfast early for all athletes, which was a good thing. Also could have used... Read more
