The staff was efficient and extraordinarily helpful. Recovered our luggage, made restaurant reservations, requested taxis. Could not have been better. Room was better than Hamptons in US. Breakfast included American and European choices. Overall, a great experience! Thanks to the staff on duty 7 to 9 May 2016.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, and really enjoyed it. First of all, I'm learning German, and the host at the front desk immediately understood, and only spoke to me in German but was careful to speak VERY slowly, which I appreciated:) We also valued the location, conveniently right next to the main train station in Nuremberg. The room was a bit small but very clean and felt new, the wifi worked well, and for once, the cleaning personnel respected our preference for privacy. The breakfast... Read more

We enjoyed our stay. Room was better than most US Hamptons Breakfast was as good as most in the US plus it also included European choices. Location was perfect for visits to the old city's many sights and restaurants. The best feature for us was the helpful staff. They went out of their way to help us.

Came here with my wife and had a great time. The room was great and the service was excellent. Peggy was able to answer any questions we had about the area and provided directions on how to get there.

About a 7 minute walk to trains and old town. Staff was excellent and really went out of their way for an American. Rooms were a step-up from some Hampton Inns and overall hotel was great. Good breakfast.

Stayed here for one night last August enroute back from Italy. Rooms are clean, fresh and comfortable and the wifi worked well. The breakfast, which was included in the rate, was excellent, particularly the waffle making machine! Although it backs onto the marshalling yards for the nearby main Nurnburg station there wasn't any noise from the trains in the room. There is an open air car park at the rear which is quite expensive so we opted for the underground car park across the road in Willy-Bra... Read more

Convenient location by station (but quiet), very friendly service, nice rooms, and good breakfast, all at a fair price Also has parking, good internet access, computer/printer in lobby. It's also a new hotel so everything is in good condition.

Nice hotel located near the central train station and Old town. The staff is very friendly and the hotel provides a wonderful complimentary breakfast along with very clean rooms. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is close to train station and old town. The hotel room is stylish in design with good A/C. The breakfast is good in quality with fresh waffle made by guests themselves. I like the hotel having a small gym which opens 24 hours.

I booked this hotel as part of a fairly low budget trip and expected something mediocre. It was actually really nice, and although it didn't have the wow factor that would give it 5 stars there's nothing I could find fault with. The breakfast is really very good and there's lots of choice - not just the continental breakfast I was expecting. The hotel was really well located not only next to the Hauptbahnhof but also near the entrance to the old city gates so was very central. Not only that but ... Read more

Decent location within a 20 min walk to the center of Old Town. Closer hotel options are limited and expensive. Parking space is limited. By the time we arrived, parking was full, and we were directed to a parking lot nearby (which actually savedus quite a bit of money). The hotel is located near the train station and has a good vibe to it. We couldn't hear the noise from the trains even though our window faced the tracks. The room was small for 3 people and 2 suitcases (there was practically no... Read more

It looks like quite new hotel, the furniture, the decoration looks still brand new, the rooms and the bathrooms are spacious enough. During the night you can get free coffee from the kitchen, for restaurants you just walk to the center in 5 minutes, also the central station is just 5 minutes away. The staff is helpful, professional.

I stayed in this hotel last year and appreciate the service and convenience of the location enough to stay again on a return trip through Germany this July. It is an excellent value for the money (about 80 euro/night) with a good location a couple blocks from the main train station and the beginning of old town. It is not particularly fancy as a regular Hilton, such a Hilton Berlin, but it is about a 1/3 the price, clean, and modern rooms. I spend about 2 to 3 months in Europe each year and I a... Read more

The hotel is next to the train station (Hbf) and within a short walk to the Old Town. The tourist information building is near. The hotel is next to the train yard but the noise is not terrible unless you need to sleep in the daytime. The breakfast buffet is good and they are prompt in refilling everything. Very clean.

The room accommodation, services for registration and room housekeeping and breakfast was all excellent. The location is very convenient for business and leisure, both for restaurants and shopping. The front desk was very helpful. The parking is limited and may be expensive at alternate locations, if you don't arrive early.

Hampton Inn so close to the old part of town, literally a 10 minute walk. Easy to find, parking was a little confusing at first, but it's behind the hotel. Check in was easy and quick. We got a town map from the front desk which was helpful. We spent most of the day in old town, which was awesome! Beds were nice, slept great. We were on the tracks side of the hotel but with the window shut, it didn't bother us one bit. We had a queen and a pullout sofa bed, which made the room small when we were... Read more

Hotel is very close to Main Rail Station and Oldtown. Room was small but clean. There is a small desk for working. Internet was ok, breakfast too. I was stayed back side of hotel, it was airy and quite. It is good for a short stop for business or short vacation. Reception was very helpful. Hotel can be an option in Nuremberg.

The Hampton was in the perfect location, right in the center. We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants. We also were very close to Barfuber, which my boyfriend loved. We were able to walk to everywhere. The hotel was nice nothing fancy, but perfect for a one night stay.

Upon arrival it was simple but neat, the hotel was designed simple and low budgetstyle. The rooms were fine and spacious, i had a view on the city center, wich by the way is a great city, we just came here for a quick stop, but this city has its classical german aspects. In short, this hotel was easy and nice.

Even though the hotel was no where near full I had to wait for my room until 3, when I did get into my room it is a very very smal room. So if you plan on staying for a long period of time I advise you to look else where. The closet was the smallest I have ever seen I could only put 5 suits inside of it and it was full, and the parking was just totally ridiculous! For the whole hotel they have only 12 parking spaces, you stay at the hotel and pay to park at another hotels parking garage!!

I gave the Hampton 5 stars based on my expectations of it as a mid-priced hotel in the center of a city. It delivered everything it promised. My wife, son and I overnighted here en route from Frankfurt to Austria, and were perfectly happy with the hotel. Our room had a small couch that made into a bed for our son, and was more than adequate size (not huge, but not tiny, either). We faced the back and the large railyard, but the windows were so well-sealed that we didn't really hear any train noi... Read more

Great value and easy walk to the old city. It's about ten minutes walking. While the hotel serves breakfast there's no real restaurant after breakfast yet the awesome staff will help with delivery. The only glitch encountered was a weak, yet workable, Wi-Fi signal.

This is a new property with decent air conditioning and convenient location. While it is located in the immediate proximity of the railroad, good quality construction insulate virtually all noise. Parking may get full, however there are alternative nearby. Internet is spotty. Basic breakfast.

Quite a new hotel the Hampton is around 5 minutes from the train station, straight down the road in fact. As it is less than a ten minute walk from the old town, we found it handy to go back to the hotel and back out again later. The rooms are modern and bright and the staff are helpful. As modern hotels morph into one another some things we found good for a mid range hotel were. .Tea and coffee in the room (not a given in German hotels), breakfast given in the price !!....Iron and ironing board... I was on the fence about this property or the Hilton. I stayed at this property for 3 weeks for work. This property is within walking distance to everything in old town. Breakfast is normal Hampton. Eggs, fruit, good coffee. Wifi was good but you have to log in every 24 hours. Front staff Max and Vanessa are fantastic and welcomed me everyday. If you get there after 1700 parking can be a problem and you have to find other places to park.

I stayed at the Hampton in Nuernberg while on business. I normally stay at other hotels in Nuernberg, but being used to Hampton Inns in the US, I knew what to expect. I wasn't disappointed. Very clean, excellent staff and very well kept rooms. The only disappointment was the noise. Street on the front side and trains on the back side, but as long as you can close the window and keep the temperature reasonable, the noise isn't too bad. Fitness center was ok with treadmills and dumb bell weights.

You can't beat this hotel for it's proximity to the train station and city center. The staff is accommodating, friendly. And as an extra nice gesture a REAL person calls you when you request wake up service. How lovely it is to have a friendly voice say "good morning" instead of a recording! Clean, roomy, well appointed rooms and better than average shampoos and body washes - I wish Hampton Inns in the US were this nice! One tip - this hotel IS DIRECLY located on the rail line.
