The hotel was pretty new and cosy. Room are small, but they have everything you need. We were there for 6 days, during christmas holidays. The hotel is located near the city center as I said and we walked downtown everyday, no need of car or bike.

Great value for money, 69 â?¬ per night w/o breakfast is an amazing price for such a good hotel 300 m from ostbanhoff. Don't expect nothing more than lobby, bar and room. Rooms are cute, furnishing is basic but modern, colorfoul, Loewe flat TV, essential bathroom, wifi. This is what I want, I don't need huge rooms, enormous loobies and spa-gym-sauna never used by me. The only issue was noise isolation, while I didn't hear anything from hall, i heard any movement from the upper floor guest. Also... Read more

Stayed here for one week for work. Everything was super clean and new. Price is fantastic. Requested upper floor room on the back side (per room tips). Able to leave the window open. Bed just a bit hard - slept fine. Only few English speaking TV channels. Would definitely stay again. I really liked the breakfast - had all the basics. My co-workers were not so lucky - had room on street side. Lot of noise from the street cars and people out late. You can walk to Ostbahnhof. There are st... Read more

I had a really nice stay at this Motel one hotel with my boyfriend. I would say it´s a very good like a 3 star hotel. It was my first stay at the Motel one chain and it probably won´t be my last. I usually stay at 4 or 5 star hotels. My boyfriend was attending a big Messe so this was very good location for him. I walked to the city center many times and it took about 30-40minutes or so. Nice walk. Yes the rooms are very tiny and there is no minibar or wardrope. Just few hangers. But everything... Read more

This was my first time in a Motel One, comfortable room, has all the basics with good quality finishes. Great price for Munich , very close to train, tram and bus stop. Fast check in and check out service, convenient underground parking available for a fee.

The hotel has many good qualities. It is close to the OstBanhof, very well connected with the airport: 5min walk to the S train that goes directly to the airport. It is reasonably close to the city center: about 30' walk to Marienplatz. It is very clean, breakfast is great, there's a nice lounge bar. Rooms over the main street and the railway might be slighty noisy, but I have to say that they are well isolated so it won't bother you too much. All this comes at a very reasonable price. Overall, ... Read more

Was here for business. Don't expect a minibar, coffee machine or iron in the room. However the modern interior is nice. The bed is good and the bathroom and shower are also very nice, but small. It's nicely located at 5mins walk from the train station. Tram stops in front of the hotel. There is a bar on ground level and breakfast is good.

I use to stay some Motel One houses when I travel. This one is as good as the other ones with very helpful staff on top. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. I got a room facing to the courtyard and it was very quiet. Besides the whole floor was the same so nobody and nothing could disturbed my sleep. Wifi worked very well and the breakfast was also nice with an extra 9,5 euros. Tram no.19 takes you to Marienplatz, bus no.54 to Englischer Garten and bus no.100 to many museum... Read more

I stay regularly at Motel-One in Munich, and have never been disappointed. It obviously is not a 5 star place, but offers exactly what is needed for a short stay. This time a had a little problem (no hot water for a shower). This can happen. Important is what is done with the problem. I reported it in the morning, and when I returned in the afternoon the problem was solved! So I'll keep on coming back to this place!

It does exactly what it says on the can. Friendly efficient staff, clean minimalistic rooms, crisp cotton sheets - everything you need. As with other continental hotels, coffee and tea making facilities are missing but apart from that, the place is perfect.

The hotel is clean and very pretty. Personal is nice. Breakfeast is tasty and in very good quality. Only thing I didn't like was a noise from the street. In the area are also several restaurants and pubs where you can eat or drink in the evening

I stayed in several motel one and this was the worst. Let's start with wifi. It's not that good. I was always proud to find great wifi at motel one. Not this one. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Breakfast as always was great It's a bit of A walk from ostbahnhauf.

Very small, but clean rooms that boast of being full of designer-details which wouldn't meet the eye if they weren't written up for you. Comfortable bed, spartanically equipped bath, no minibar, no glasses, only one plastic cup. The breakfast buffet is good. After all a no-nonsense place to sleep in.

This was the first Motel One I have stayed in and it was OK - handy 5 minute walk to the train station and within reach of a couple of Lidl supermarkets if you need to get some snacks. The rooms are very small - and I mean, very small - it was just me staying there so am not sure how two people would fit in the room. There is no wardrobe, just some hangers on a rail and no fridge, coffee/tea in room or even a safe. However, it still had the basics including a decent hairdryer in the bathroom ... Read more

Whilst the room is small and there is no telephone or drinks making facilities, it's adequate ,good and clean. I stayed there for a week, room for all clothes, but may struggle for two people. If staying again would ask for a room at the back of the Motel away from the busy street noise.
