Customer service was excellent and very friendly. Lobby was very helpful for new travellers and breakfast was tasty, even though a bit pricey. The hotel is a bit forgettable - clean rooms and friendly staff, but nothing more to brag about. These are not rooms you enjoy, just plain rooms to sleep in.
