Stayed a week for business while attending an exhibition, which of course causes the entire city to gouge customers by charging double or triple actual value. In this case, I paid 250 euro per night- ouch. While the location is only a 5 minute walk to the hBf through a seedy neighborhood, the location can't overcome the obvious property deficiencies. Upon arrival, I was hades a key to a first floor room. Even by Euro standards this one was tiny, not even a desk available. After consulting the... Read more

We stayed for one night in this hotel whilst travelling to Lubeck. I read the reviews and decided to risk booking because of the location to the station and the hop-on-hop-off bus. We are 2 adults so shouldn't have a problem..... The hotel is not in the best area, no-one can deny. It is a bit sleazy and I would not recommend anyone with children or teenagers to stay here. However, the man on reception was very friendly and helpful and we were allocated a room on the 4th floor (44) This is whe... Read more

In spite of everything: no lift to the 1st floor and a maze-like access to my room, a street which doesn't make one feel extremely safe late in the evening, a bathroom which flooded one morning, some of the staff members' limited knowledge and partly wrong information,- in spite of all that I wouldn't mind to return to the hotel again: kind staff, extremely central location very close to the central railway station, good breakfast, clean room, good value (but don't expect luxury).

The only thing I possibly can say that is positive, is that the bathroom is almost as big as this ratchet room. False advertisement on Booking.com and would not recommend staying here. Gross and old. And the parking situation is even worse. Don't stay here-keep looking!

This is a cheap hotel, and thus we did not really expect much. No elevator to ground floor, but then again - if you have the use of your legs, one flight of stairs is doable. Hard to find the rooms, much walking and steps, but the hotel is not that big, so you will find it. Rooms are clean, but small. Bathroom ok. Rooms is a bit cold. Beds are not nice. One too short, one mattress with readymade hole for bum (maybe to keep you still during night), and one tilting so much it was hard not to roll ... Read more

Centrally located near the Central Station with many options for breakfast, caf├ęs and restaurants. Old fashioned room, but clean and with a spacious bathroom - even with a bathtub. Despite the central location and our room faced towards the street, there was no noise whatsoever at night. The hotel offers indoor parking facilities around the corner for 13 EUR per night, which we used. Good value for the money and perfect if you're in Hamburg for shopping and sightseeing.

This hotel is located in a Combat Zone type street neat the central train station. Crowd at night is unpleasant and noisy. To be avoided. Once inside, there is a long stairway to the first floor, where there is an elevator that accommodates just three passengers. The room itself was Ok.
