We had a flight from Hamburg early next morning and arrived to Hamburg by train. This hotel is very affordable and is directly next to the trainstation. For this it serves its purpose. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room just had a little bit of strange smell. Breakfast was nice, a lovely lady did her best to grant us every wish. In general the staff (i guess it's an iranian family business) was friendly and helpful. For one night absolutely okay.

The room was enough size for 1 person. I booked a room with shared bathroom. There's wash basin in the room so no need to go out to brush my teeth or wash my face. The toilet was in front of my room. The building was old, but they have elevator. It was very close to the Central station. Few walks and you are there. The staff were nice. The hotel looks unclean because of it's old interior. They offer a breakfast. You have to pay for wifi 3 euro if I remember it right. The tourist attractions ar... Read more

it's not a luxury hotel you have to share toilets and bathroom but for a budget hotel it's totally fine. The room was clean, the bathroom was ok, could have been cleaner but is was fine. The staff friendly. The location is perfect !

Never been in a hotel worst than this. Internet was out of order for the entire of my stay, the room have housekeeping every two days!! The shower inside the room! Have one hole! No hair dryier, small TV like 20 years old. The dimension of the camera was less than 10 square meters!! Impossible to stay in. Never again

The best is that is really close to the train station. Staff was helpfull, we left baggage before check in, and after check out also. But the equipment..felt like in hostel. The shower was used just moment before we get in (6pm), No Free Wifi - payed for 5Euro/24h. We did'nt used it, staff told us that in our room is not good connection (1st floor). In morning around 8 was such a noise there.

When we arrived, we had to wait for a few minutes until receptionist will finish his phone chat. No smile or welcoming, we paid for a couple of nights, have given the keys and without telling us there is a lift, we climbed to the 3rd floor. Room was basic with the shower, from outside ok, when inside- black stuff on the sliding door (nothing to surprise). Toilet shared with cardboard like toilet paper. The heating with thermostat is just utopia. After rainy evening, our clothes in the morning we... Read more

The hotel is located close to the Hauptbahnhof. And it's the key strength. Be aware when you're trying to discuss any features/details of your accommodation - general manager is the only right person for this. Especially be careful dealing with one of receptionists, old turkish man - we faced with highly aggressive impolite manner of communication. Plus you might get a strong smoke-filled room originally called 'non-smoking'. As the result we recommend to continue your accommodation searching an... Read more

arrived, told me they had tried to use my card and it had been declined. They stated they had emailed the broker and nothing they could do. After much arguing oh surprise - there is the same room as ours free but its more money. Had to pay it, late at night, no choice. contacted broker, hadn't heard from them. They hadn't tried my card they just wanted to rob money from me. contacted them when I got home - ignored. Avoid like the actual plague unless you enjoy poor service and being held rans... Read more
