I have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and it was a horrible experience. Do not trust the pictures, the hotel looks totally different when you see it with your own eyes. The rooms are furnished without any sense of style. The building is very very old and so are the rooms. The bathrooms are newly furnished but already dirty. The bathtub was so dirty, that I did not even want to stand in it to for taking a shower. The worst thing of all ist that they charge prices as if they would be a good hot... Read more

We visited this hotel with a tour group, and it seems most guests at that time were members of similar bus-tour groups. This fact caused long waiting for the small elevator when many guests needed to go for breakfast, since the hotel has many floors and only 3 tiny lifts. The hotel is situated on quite a noisy main street, about 2-3 KM from the river and the City. There is a REWE supermarket less than 10 minutes walk from it. Staff is nice and helpful. Going out of the lift on the 7th floor we ... Read more

We stayed for one night ,room was clean spacious with tea and coffee making facilities and free wi-if and lots of complimentary toiletries Also had a flat screen tv with 2 BBC channels. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. We walked into the main restaurant and shopping area which took around 20 minutes but there is a bus stop directly outside. Up on the tenth floor - the lifts were small and not all lifts stopped at all floors but not really a problem once you had got it sorted which on... Read more

On the 24th floor we had a great view of the city. The room was clean and spacious and the sports bar was great with good reasonable priced food. Unfortunately what let the hotel down were three things; firstly we had a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee provided. Secondly the pillows were lumpy so I awoke with a headache (same issue in another Leonardo hotel in Ger) and third, use the shower and although you think you have a good temperature every now and then it scalds you as it suddenly ... We were at this hotel(twice) as part of the Cosmos tour - Highlights of Germany and liked it very much. What appeals apart from the location(even though not central) is that it is a 25 storey building and the bus stop is right across the road and you can make your way to different parts of Frankfurt. We had a room on 12th floor and it was great! The view of the city made it exciting and room size was also more than average. Breakfast is standard European fare( eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, juice, etc). ... Read more

Not sure about the location as unfortunately I had no time to look around the local area. However happy to stay again

We stayed for one night only, resting from a long bus ride. The room was spacious, clean and fresh. We liked free safety box and the fridge, the kettle and selection of tea and coffee. The view from the balcony was nice- towards the town and the forest. The bathroom had a bath tub, magnifying mirrors and was really clean. The breakfast we had was plentiful. I loved lemon cake with my coffee. All staff we approached were most helpful and polite and spoke good English. For me it was important to ... Read more

When we checked into our room we were really impressed. The room was large as was the bathroom. The room was beautifully decorated with a balcony and a great view of the area. The room was also spotless and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel had a nice business center. Now the problems they have a sports bar, but the menu is very unimaginative and way overpriced compared to other places I have eaten at in Frankfurt. There are only two restaurants in walk-able dista... Read more

Checked in for a 4 night stay and started off on the wrong foot..... computer system was down, waited over 3hrs in bar area until i insisted a manager help me finally get a room, as new people walking in were being allocated rooms infront of me. I also didnt realise the hotel is a party hotel, each night between midnight and 1am, rooms had noisy parties, that took staff a while to put a stop to. There are 2 public areas, one a cafe style area, the other a sports bar (as cable tv in rooms dont ... Read more

Nice rooms, clean and spacious. Staff welcoming and helpful. We stayed three nights and were very comfortable. Free wi-fi, bus right outside which took you straight in to the city centre. Superarket 2 minute walk away if you don't want to eat in the restaurant. Breakfast was nice, a good selection.

I visited this hotel on a business trip. It is conveniently located, only a short drive from the airport. The staff is friendly and correct. My room was on the 13th floor, which provided a pretty great view. The room was spacious, very clean and the bathroom was fully equipped. The only point of improvement could be the blanket on the bed, it was tiny! The breakfast buffet has a great selection of foods to choose from: breads, fresh fruits, yogurts, cereal, eggs, etc.

Nice comfortable rooms ,although the beds felt hard , did sleep very well . Food in the Sports bar was ok at a cost of around 15 euro , drinks around 5 euro . Breakfast was buffet style ( hot & cold ) , plentiful and of good quality . Smoking is allowed on the balcony with the room door closed . The staff were very good and helpful .

We only stayed 2 days to recover from our long flight and it was a great choice. Our room was not ready since we arrived early and front desk gave us a complimentary drink while we waited. Loved the room, everything was perfect! Bathroom had everything you needed including a Bathrobe and slippers. The bed was so comfortable that I had a hard time to get out of it in the morning. This hotel was chosen by Cosmos as part of our tour Highlights of Germany from July 1-12, 2016. The hotel is larger in comparison from all the hotels we have stayed in during the tour. The lobby is large and modern with a well-staffed reception/front desk. The rooms were also above average, clean, and offered views of the city. The rooms has a balcony. WiFi is free and fast. I stayed there for three days for a business trip. The hotel is the typical one for this kind of trip: rooms are comfortable, clean and quite big. International breakfast. Service ok. The only bad stuff are the elevators: the are not enough for all people could be there and for 25 floors. One day there were huge amount of people and it was impossible to take it. I did 20 floors by stairs.

After reading the reviews I booked this for a 2 night stay with my husband. I upgraded to an executive room as a treat. Check in was good, we was early and our room was ready. We arrived at the 15th floor with high hopes of great views and a fabulous room. What we got was twin beds and the view of a grave yard, a block of flats and a forest(the only saving grace) we asked to be moved to a double with better views and was given next door!!! The hotel reception and staff here is quite warm and welcoming, they assist you with each requirement. I always use to stay in executive rooms so I will describe this Rooms. The hotel is older as well as all equipment but it ´s still Ok and I feel here very well. You can sleep long in a comfy bed - you will not be forced to get up at 7 to get a breakfast - as you have to in many hotels. Breakfast is served until 10.30 (weekend even 11.30!) and the choice is really great..one of the most various... Read more

This was my second visit and if I'm in the area again, I'll happily return. A multi storey hotel on a main road with good bus links to Sachsenhausen a short distance up the road. The hotel is almost opposite the Binding Brewery. The hotel itself is nothing special but it's perfect for a short stay. Breakfast is good and there is a characterful bar. Prices through the usual on line agencies are good value but the rack rates at reception are horrific.

Out of the 70 s 80 s , i enjoyed the bar food music and drinks, the room design and the view from this hotel... busses of loud tourists will certainly make your wish to get into or out of the elevator into an adventure ! The bathroom needs to be refreshed ( water dropping ) so as the heat system . The manager of the hotel should think of 1 bottle of plate water per room/ day . I had one spArkling salty water for 4 days. Sauna opens only at 18:00 to 22:00.
