Hotel clean and tidy A little to be desired at breakfast but adequate Room a little unusual in configuration bit awkward if you were sharing with a friend or colleague with the open shower in the middle of the room For two nights not bad and in a good location

I decided to try this hotel on this visit to Frankfurt due to its convenient location in the center of the city and easy access from the airport with the Hauptwache station just a short distance away. Plus points are location, free and really fast internet connection at around 80 Mbps download, highest so far in all the hotels I have stayed in, and breakfast quite good. Negative points are the shower that is practically in the room, and lack of front desk at check-out in the morning. The hotel h... Read more

Good hotel for business travel. Decent breakfast selection. Has a unique and interesting open-door "Continuous Elevator". Great views from roof-top restaurant/bar, excellent place to have dinner and late drinks.

Stayed here for three nights and had a very pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable and once you adjust to showering in a glass box in the middle of the room, the shower was great. The location was very central, making for a relatively easy walk to shopping, the river and museums. The highlight for me was breakfast. I do not think I have ever seen a better buffet breakfast. A very wide choice of foods both hot and cold. And even copies of the New York Times to read. Helpful pleasant staff ... Read more

I heard that the name Flemings was derived from Ian Fleming, creator of James Bond. I think that it successfully provided the cool, modern vibe that this name would demand. The hotel was ideal for a recent business trip, centrally located near the old town, near metro and restaurants. The exterior of the hotel is not attractive at all but inside is calm and cool, modern and appealing. My room was large and bright with a comfy bed and great shower. Internet was good. They even helped me to attach... Read more

We stayed for a weekend and overall really liked the hotel; the rooms were spacious and the breakfast was particularly delicious. The rooftop terrace and the cocktails were also a highlight! Only negative aspect was the bathroom; the shower and sync were open-space without a dividing door between the room. It was too open for our liking.

Stayed at Fleming's Hotel for three nights whist attending an exhibition at the Messe. Really great central location with superb rooms and truly wonderful staff who could not have been more friendly or helpful to two lost souls !! The breakfasts were really good with plenty of choice and the roof top bar just sensational. If you are staying in Frankfurt do not miss our on this hotel !!

I booked this hotel based on the good reviews and the central location. However, I found the hotel disappointing, definitely not 5 star, and definitely not "deluxe". Check-in was efficient but not really friendly. The lobby is not really a lobby, just an entrance hall. The building has the charm of an old office-building. The room was very small, average furniture. The bathroom was modern and nice with a good shower. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, some food appeared to be from the day be... Read more

I stayed a week here in a deluxe room. I was on the 7th floor with a view of shops and streets to the left and behind the hotel which overlooks a small park. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The WIFI worked well and was included with the room. Also included with the room was breakfast, it was nice having both the WIFI and breakfast included. Many other hotels in Frankfurt will charge very high rates for these so it's a good bonus. Breakfast had many choices to satis... Read more

Stayed only a single night but recommend. Extremely close to town center and all restaurants. Loved being along the green belt circling Frankfurt. Superb 4 mile circle run along the parks down to the Main river and a wonderful biking path. Their Pasternator elevator is a must do - never would be allowed in the US but is easy after the first time. The full length shower is also oddly placed in the middle of the room in full glass, lending a modern feel. It works well and isn't a small tub so pref... Read more

Stayed here on business a few times and nicely located near the business sector and also near the stations and shopping district of Frankfurt. My room was well appointed and although looking onto the main road it was very quiet, the automatic blinds also came in handy as there was actually some sunshine and these worked well to keep the room cool. One strange feature is to have the shower in the middle of the room, The breakfast included was a mixture of continental and traditional so you ca... Read more

Stayed over a long weekend at Flemings Deluxe. Great location, friendly and efficient staff. Rooms were nice, comfortable and clean. Roof top terrace bar/restaurant a little bit expensive - but what a view. Staff up there could be a little sharper - one or two additional pairs of hands could see profits increase significantly!

Back again at the Flemings Deluxe hotel and im not disappointed! Staff at the front office are very helpful and know Frankfurt very well. Rooms were very clean and a lot of the rooms have a nice view of the skyline. Breakfast has a wide variety and the tea is very high quality! The hotel is in the city centre and its a great location!

We stayed a few nights here - two friends sharing a room. The hotel was nice with friendly staff and a great breakfast selection. The location is also very good close to the centre and subway. As other have mentioned the rooms have the shower in the main area with a separate toilet. Thankfully there was a curtain otherwise this would have been a different review !!

Nicely located in a beautiful and quiet walkable area, close to the river, the European central bank and some interesting restaurants. It connects easily by cab with the airport. Staff is young and serviceable. Food at the bar inexpensive and more than decent and rooms are spacious, tasteful and (again) quiet. Worked pretty well for me in a 3-day business trip.

this hotel is like other old building hotels in frankfurt that was fully renovated - so i will try to write the good things and the bad things (in my opinion): the good things: the hotel is very clean, nice rooms, nice pablic spaces, very nice staff, and helpful stuff, the location of the hotel is very close to the center of frankfurt - which is great, it has a nice breakfast (was includ in the rate of the room) but for 5 star hotel you expect more then "nice breakfast", and the hotel has it's ... Wonderful 50s building in central Frankfurt coming with its own working paternoster lift. Rooms are well appointed although the in room shower might not appeal to all the travelers. Wonderful view from the rooftop bar. Good and plentiful breakfast. Can make for a good base in Frankfurt if you're in town both for business or leisure.

This isn't a 5 star hotel. Not for my money anyway. It's nice and it delivers on most of the basic requirements for a 5 star hotel. It's fairly clean. It's ultra-modern. It has a wonderful bar and restaurant with the view of the city and its in a great location. The breakfast choice is good and varied but the service is woeful. There wasn't a clean table when I went down for breakfast and I had to ask a staff member who was lingering around to clear one. She did, but nobody ever came back to... Read more

I stayed here for two nights for a work trip. The location was quite good for access to the train station and work venue, but really very good for the shops: two minutes and you are right in the middle of the shopping district. We booked this hotel for the weekend and we loved it. We had previously stayed at the Westin Grand and this hotel was nicer, more centrally located, and better priced. Breakfast was included in our rate and we felt there was a good selection of food, and the gym was a bit small but had the basics as well as a sauna. Stayed here for one night before heading off on vacation. The location of the hotel is great for getting around the city on foot to do some sightseeing and is short taxi ride to the airport and train station. There's also a sky bar on the top floor which offers a good view over Frankfurt. The exterior and lobby area look very 1950's. There are modern lifts if you want them but there is also a fully functioning Paternoster lift, which is a quirky bit of fun! It's good to see they haven't gone mad with stupid health and safety legislation. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable and the double bed was superking-size. Firstly, we chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the city and it's star rating. It was the final leg of a two week holiday. Before we checked in we were offered an upgrade to use the mini bar for free and have free wifi. Now, when you are offered a free mini bar, you would think that there would be some bar items. I can only comment on the old part of the hotel as that is where I stayed - the new section may be better (and presumably is). My stay wasn't good. I asked for a quiet room and whilst I received this from the point of view of there being no external noise, there was a elevator nearby the noise from which was significant. Starting with the positive. The room is quite big but absolutely Flemings standard. Clean and with the usual shower in the middle of the room. However the room is quite noisy. You can hear the traffic from the street in the night. In the sky lounge many customers are from outside the hotel, it is overcrowded and especially the service is lousy.
