This Hilton Garden Inn is a perfect location for an overnight stay when you have a morning flight. Have a buffet breakfast in the morning, and walk to your gate. The value was excellent, staff was very friendly and efficient, and the hotel rooms were modern, quiet, and super-clean, and fast free wifi was reliable. Highly recommended.

I stayed one night on 11-12 May, 2016; for business. The Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport and Hilton Frankfurt Airport are located next to one another, in "The Squaire", which is physically connected to Terminal 1 of Frankfurt Airport. I stayed one night in the Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport, before an early morning flight the following day. The service was very friendly and professional at check.in, and the hotel lobby and room were clean. But that is where the positive ends. I occup... Read more

Stayed here three nights between Central Asia and North America to meet a friend and explore Frankfurt. The hotel (and the regular Hilton next door) is really convenient: airport, shopping, trains and to the S-bahn into town. Reception was friendly, room was bigger than expected, spotless, soundproof and reasonably appointed. Only complaint was the wifi which in my room seemed to go in and out. It was fine in the lobby. The Garden Inn shares property inside "The Squaire" with the more modern Hilton Hotel and was very convenient for an airport overnight stay. It was reasonably priced, at about 99Euro. The rooms were very clean, had new furnishings, a few different types of wall sockets for different types of world-plugs, there were blackout curtains for sleeping in and the walls and doors were quite thick and soundproof. There was no Hilton executive lounge and things were closing down in the Squaire at about ... Read more

It wasn't very big but it didn't hinder the experience. The most convenient location as it was a short walk from terminal 1 in the airport. Plenty of choices to eat for dinner. Great location if you have to stay in Frankfurt airport. It is locate "inside" the airport in a building called "the squaire" so you do no have to take a shuttle cause you are "in" the airport. The beds are magnificent, if you choose the "optimum" choice in the side of the bed.

All the other reviews are right - this hotel is hard to find from inside the Frankfurt Terminal. I am going to provide you some directions since I couldn't find any anywhere. This is the way we went. You'll want to get to the Departures level in Terminal 1. Walk to the far side towards Concourse A. If you are walking in the right direction the numbers on the doors should be decreasing. Convenient location with an easy walk to the airport makes this place a good investment- much nicer than the Sheraton at the airport, but still undewhelming. Rooms are OK, if a little cramped, wifi is painfully slow (actually unusable as I gave it up for the LAN connection). Room service is OK but horribly overpriced.

My wife , 9 year old daughter and myself stayed there when we arrived in Frankfurt after a long plane ride from Singapore. The hotel was clean very professional and they had prepared a separate bed for our daughter. Breakfast that was included in the price was excellent and the fascinating thing was you could see planes going over the roof but not a sound could be heard. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and it was great value for money. The hotel was also an easy walk to terminal 1.

Family and I have been staying here many many times. Prices are too expensive during the weekdays, but can be a great deal during the weekend. Very modern and well equipped. Free ice! Laundry facilities for those wanting to get ready for their onward trips. Gym, sauna and steam are available too. Staff are nice and friendly. The biggest drawback is the TV options. I would expect free movie or at least movie channel to sit down, relax and watch. One needs to pay quite a sum for the movie service.

Always look forward to staying at the Hilton Garden Frankfurt Airport. This is the perfect hotel for a first night stay after a long flight. Only a 250 meter walk from terminal 1 via a covered walkway it is easily accessible. Recommend staying at hotel on weekends as this is usually the best rate, take in the breakfast buffet for a great start to your day. Rooms, hotel is very quiet have never had a room that was noisy in any way.

Kind of mixed feeling with this hotel. Great location off Frankfurt terminal 1 with a selection of shops and cafes until they close that is. The hotel staff service was excellent. The room was modern contemporary typical of a Hilton; however the comfort of the bed was a sore point. On one side the bed was firm and the other concave, making for an uncomfortable nights sleep. The room service menu is ok but the quality of food and the presentation was rather slap dash. I ordered the angus burger... Read more

The hotel is located inside the Frankfurt airport ( at departure level). I had a single room : very small but very clean . Bathroom was extremely small ( for more than one night I would rather suggest a double room) but clean as well. Lobby was very well kept and restaurant served an OK quality food ( a little bit slow).

Hilton Garden Inn is located right at the airport, above the train station, close to Terminal 1. It has spacious clean soundproof rooms with all the modern conveniences, reliable Wi-Fi. The staff are attentive and polite; they speak good English. Breakfast starts at 6AM; there is a great choice of hot and cold dishes and drinks. It is a great place to relax in between long flights. REWE food store is a minute's walk away in the Squaire. One can buy fresh fruits & veggies, ready-made salads, mea... Read more

I have stayed several times at this hotel and I have enjoyed it every time. Location is great and near to the train stations. Bed and pillows are comfortable and soft. I get a good rest every time. The gym is well equipped too!

Located in the railway building with easy access to all kind of travel comunications. A bit tricky to find, try to follow the sign and the hotel is to your right, one floor up from access level to trains. Medium size rooms and fully functional. No noice. On the top floor, room ceiling is a bit rounded. Nice excercise room. Expensive breakfast but you can do as the commuters do, take the escalators down to ground level and you find several places for breakfast.

I stayed here after arriving from Asia and before catching a long-distance train the next morning. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable (I was only here 12 hours so it was all I needed). Location was perfect --- the hotel sits right above the platforms for the long distance trains (the train station is connected via walkway to Terminal 1). There is a restaurant in the hotel but there are a few other options in the train station including a hamburger place, grocery and convenience sto... Read more

The location of the hotel is perfect, the staff is helpful and the hotel itself and modern and well equipped. Compared to my last stay it is clear that the hotel isn't new any more. E.g. there was an obvious damage at the desk in my room and the surface next to the sink in the bathroom was damaged too and lastly the button to adjust firmness of the mattress was damaged. For those who would like a large room at the airport, better book the Hilton hotel next door, but saying that I like the Garde... Read more

The Hotel staff is excellent and the rooms are always comfortable. This hotel is very convenient as it is located at the airport, and is a short walk to the Lufthansa check in. The restraint and staff are excellent and you actually forget you are at an airport hotel. They also have a pantry located by the front desk that is available to all quest for drinks, snacks and minor items you may have forgotten.

Great hotel for a quick overnight stay before flying out of Frankfurt airport. My only complaint is that every time I have stayed here there has always been a slow moving line to check-in. Other than that, rooms are clean, comfortable and well kept. Make sure to give yourself ample time in the morning to get to your gate. Terminal 1 is a solid 20+ minute walk from the hotel while Terminal 2 is a solid 35+ minutes after walking and taking the bus or shuttle.

As a new mother (10 week old baby at home in the US) traveling abroad for a business trip, I needed a freezer to store breast milk, and spoke to concierge in advance, and he confirmed I could. (Hotels at the airport do not have freezers in the mini fridges) After check in, I brought my frozen milk from my trip to reception, in front of waiting lines of people, they made me take it out bag by bag and place it in a paper bag, the brought it to the refrigerator and told me they just put it in the r...
