Convenient location just outside of Düsseldorf, very friendly staff, very big rooms, and a good breakfast make this an ideal business hotel. Good internetconnection, a bar which is open late, this is what you need when you arrive late from a long day work!

This hotel is a one minute walk from the train station hence commuting becomes very easy. They have great rooms and good service. The rooms are very well equipped. The hotel is priced very high hence that is a concern.Breakfast is not included which is a pity. However if one is ready to splurge you will not be disappointed

Decent location- staff were VERY friendly and helpful. No minibar, hotel was clean and attractive. Location is good but was there for a work conference. Still easy to get around walking and enjoyed the 45 mins walk into the city center. would have been better if the maid service wasn't a bit rubbish. The first day didn't replace the coffee and they had really nice bottle or sparking water- the first day, never to be replaced again even though it was visible on the maid cart. would have rat... Nice business hotel with great service. The rooms are large, the breakfast contains all the necessary and the bar has all you need. What stands out for this hotel is the great service and it has a nice location close to the tram.

Wide selection of pillows makes you to sleep well in this peaceful hotel. Downstairs has bar&restaurant with nice food and nice variety breakfast, where cook is frying eggs and tomatoes. Location is away from downtown, not too far though. Tram and bus stops are very close. Cheap way to get around; 1,60 adult single ticket, which is valid for 90 minutes. In just about 15 minutes you are in downtown Düsseldorf

This hotel is great for business- we were there on a leisure trip but only stayed one night. It was nice and roomy- comfy beds with plenty of pillow. Bathroom was a nice size. Again, good for business- nothing really around. The restaurant food was good but a bit pricey.

Never tried the dinner as we were taken to old town for food but the weiss was great. Breakfast was also great with the best bacon i´ve had. See to it you get it warm! Big huge TV in the room and that was appreciated as the european cup started. But, hard to get a good sleep as the beds are so very hard. Staff spoke good english and was very friendly!

Hi I've never written a review before. I stay in hotels probably about three nights a week all over the globe, USA, EMEA, UK. This is the first time I've been compelled to write a review. I checked in which was great. I got a really nice room, very pleasant. However, that's where it stops. I was charged three Euros to have the menu delivered to my room. Not to order but to have the room service menu delivered to my room to order from. I went down stairs at 10:40 to order some food, sorry closed... Read more

The breakfast was great and the room is tastefully decorated. Also, it was quiet and the curtains are light blocking. However, this place is really for people in Düsseldorf on business. I stayed here while seeing a concert at Esprit Arena. The room does have a bit of a musty smell as do the towels. Also, in the morning, I had a afternoon train out so was relaxing in my room and the cleaning staff repeatedly knocked on my door and attempted entry while I was in the shower. Not very relaxing at a... Read more

Checked in late evening with our baby, and requested a cot, but told not available as the hotel weren't informed beforehand. When another staff member was asked (as the first couldn't be bothered to do much) she told us one may be available but wouldn't check as we'd not preordered - when pushed to check, a cot mattress was available! Seems these two staff members have zero customer obsession or initiative - if the manager is reading this, you may want to put these two on training for a customer... Read more

I stayed here whilst in the city on a business trip. I was here for a total of 3 nights. There is a lovely bar area, which served good selection of drinks, and light snacks. Staff were very nice, spoke good English which was good, as my German isn't great. Hotel itself was good. Rooms were clean, and a good size. I didn't have dinner at the hotel as I was out each night so cant comment on that. One nice feature, was that the hotel had a 'shop' inside. So if you needed any toiletries or sna... Read more

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. First of all I want to admit English speaking stuff. Everyone was extremely helpful, polite and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to check-in 2 hours earlier than it had been arranged with booking.com. Rooms are very clean and big, nice bathroom. Shower is great, no surprises such as too hot or too cold or no water etc. I can rate this place for cleanliness. It is very clean and quite everywhere. No dust, Windows and curtains ar... Read more

Plenty of parking. DüsseldorfCard from the ticket machine at the airport railway station is a plus; 19 for three days tram, bus and train, including the airport runs. Tried two : *SB51 bus from the airport terminal to Lütticher Strae in about 20 minutes then 4-5 minutes on foot along Am Seestern to the front door. *S11 train from the terminal into the Hauptbahnhof and change to the U77 tram which terminates within sight of the hotel; all-in 50 minutes or so. Seestern is largely a busin... Read more

Stayed here for 1 night. Arrived early 9.45 and checking in at this time was not an issue. Nice clean room and above average facilities. Location was remote enough but City was easily accessible. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good the following morning and overall a good stay.
