+ clean, good location Stuff to improve: uncomfortable bed (you can feel springs from mattress), very old duvet, lack of scrambled eggs for breakfast, terrible signs to get outside of a parking - receptionist should really explain that you should pull a chain from ceiling to open the gate?

Good hotel if you plan to work or visit Infineon or Global Foundry. Hotel is close to a number of restaurants and bars specially to new town. Got a bar and sauna and a gym. Good breakfast selection and reliable and fast wireless. Choice of pillows and a comfortable bed.

Choices of hotels in Dresden were already a bit limited due to lots of bookings in the time before christmas. Got a good deal for a two nights though. The location is a bit outside of the City Centre but you can get there with a five minute walk to a tram station from where you can take two different lines for a 15 minute ride to the City. Arrived at the hotel about check-in time and received a warm welcome and a room at the first floor right away. The room was facing the main road but it was ... Read more

We were very pleased with this hotel. A lot nicer than many of the Holiday Inns I have visited in the United States. Staff very polite and helpful. We had two rooms due to family size but both were very comfortable and close to each other. Best part was kids were able to use the pool. My kids spent most of the time in the pool and not on the electronic devices. I would definitely stay here if we visit Dresden again. Another great thing is the parking is above ground so great for SUV size ... Read more

Good location, close to motorway system and airport is only 10 km away. OK restuarant - with limited selection - but there a number of decent places to eat nearby. Rooms good - however "double rooms" are in fact twin rooms - ie two beds pushed together, so you may end up on floor, if you want to use the bed as a KingSize, as the beds slide apart...... Quite a bit of road noise, so if a light sleeper, request a room at the back. Free internet is crap - keeps cutting out. If you need to work, you... Read more

We are on a road trip through Europe. Parking has been expensive. Finding a good hotel with free parking is a plus. There also is a paid parking garage. As our rental car company would not let us drive in the Czech Republic we left our car here and took the train to Prague. This is of course not addressing the most important points! The room was perfect for two people and the staff was eager to help us! We love to walk so the short walk to the city center was perfect.

Business trip location for Dresden city. Rooms are quite okay, what one would expect from Holiday Inn Europe wide. breakfast is the highlight of stay. Old city is also reachable by foot from this location.

We booked this hotel due to the location and also the price. The hotel is approximately a 10 minute walk along the main shopping street from Dresden train station. We were allocated a triple room on the 6th floor, although a bit of a squeeze with the extra bed the room was fine for one night stay. The bathroom was very modern with a great shower. The breakfast room was very busy before 10am but soon emptied. There was a good choice of meats, breads, cakes, juices, teas and coffee etc. I would st... Read more
