Ladies & Gentlemen, liked the entire stay, people are friendly and supportive, hotel is surrounded by several hotels and a Burger King right in front of it. The hotel offers parking for Euro 8.50 per night, the hotel checkin went smooth and has been handled in a concerned and professional manner, the room had all amenities such as slippers, bathrobes, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, water kettle, pants straighten ironing board, wardrobe, a pack of chocolate and still water as welcome gift. We weren't expecting miracles as it was cheap, but the hotel is still a bit disappointing. It's tired and dated and the location isn't great. The room wasn't that clean - dusty and the glasses for the mini bar had been used (still wine in one and a lipstick mark) and the complimentary water was half drunk. The breakfast was limited and they made us feel bad for coming down at 10:10 when it was supposed to finish at 10:30.

My first impression of the hotel was very disappointing. When we approached the reception, we were recieved with total indifference. My wife had booked a room for two nights, and when we saw the room we were horrified. Old, tired, tatty. No tea/coffee. When I finally managed to open the internet, we noticed that we had booked and prepaid a superior room. We were given a standard room. When I drew this to the receptionists attention, I was told this was because there were twin beds...We had not ... Read more

Hotel in former E. section of city was OK, but not very accommodating for a tour group which I was in. High rise building so elevator access is critical, yet the 2 elevators were both small and would only hold 3-4 people max. Room was a bit cramped, though clean. Location is on a busy street in a commercial district bordering residential apt. area. Tram stop nearby. Restaurant in hotel looked good, but I did not use. Food choices otherwise were limited, though Burger King across the street.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in April. The check in went well and we were given an upgrade which was lovely. That meant we could have coffee and tea in our room! The hotel was not difficult to find as we came from the S-Bahn Landsberger Allee station. It was a short walk up the street and then the first on the left. It is a little far out of town but there was good transport in the area. There were trams and the S-Bahn to get you where you want to go. The lobby of the hotel was br... Read more

The hotel is conveniently located on the S9 train line, so it's a 40 minutes direct journey from SFX. Alexanderplatz is 20 minutes on the M5/M6 trams that stop very nearby to the hotel. The hotel is clean, as almost everything else in Berlin, but tired. Staff are professionally polite, yet nothing special. Breakfast is limited, fresh cooked option are even more limited. The free WIFI is reliable and relatively fast. All in all, if you are there on a business trip and only looking for a decent... Read more

The reviews on Trip Advisor have been mixed for his hotel but we had a good experience overall. The hotel is not in the city centre but the s-bahn is just around the corner and the tram right next door so getting around isn't hard. The breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant. The bar was OK but we did not eat in the hotel outside of breakfast. We ended up getting a junior suite as we needed a child bed and were told that the original room booked wasn't big enough - the disappointmen... Read more

We visited the restaurant for a nice dinner. The food was good. The waiter however was extremely impolite and arrogant. He was easily confused with instructions in both English and German. He was rude to us in nearly every interaction with him. For a meal, find another place to eat.

Hotel offered spacious room and clean which was good for resting after walking around in Berlin. It is far away from the main tourist attractions but is well connected by tram and train so it is easy to reach. Hotel had a cheap price per night. Breakfast was fine, and food tasted well. Bread variety was poor but nothing to worry about.
