The hotel was nice, modern, comfortable and clean. Free wi-fi worked OK. The hotels staff were friendly and competent. The location was good - Quiet but only a 5-10 minute walk from Kurfurstendamm and various public transport stations.

Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good with a great variety of things to choose from , a sudden feeling of being within an exhibition comes to mind when entering this room. My room was standard with the usual amenities , nothing out of the ordinary. The Spa department is of a very good standard.

Great staff - incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is trendy and stylish and the room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location. Short walk to Zoo Station for the bus to and from Tegel. The breakfast buffet was fine, too. Good all-round experience.

Really nice hotel with great rooms and helpful staff. Coming to the hotel we were given a room with some previous guest's luggage still in, the staff without hesitation gave us a new, upgraded room which left us more than happy, would have settled for the standard one as well. Nice large room with view to the back garden made it nice and quiet. Obviously quite popular with tour groups, so if one comes across large group, the reception might get blocked for awhile. Unfortunately no experience wit... Read more

At night when I returned fro dinner, the room was hot. I called the reception after checking the controls. After waiting a while, I called again and was told by the receptionist that he has checked and the hotel air-conditioning was working fine. Since the room was v.warm, I tried opening the windows, but it opened only a little and this did not help much. The street noises were very loud too. As a result, I was unable to sleep all night. The next morning at the reception when ordering my cab, I... Read more

The hotel is conveniently situated near Ku'damm and offers great choice in terms of places to eat/shop and transport options. The room itself was comfortable and clean and the breakfast provided was perfectly fine.

Our first night here was terrible, we were in a road side room, very noisey, women shouting and partying at 2am, along the corridor. The first breakfast experience was so disorganised, customers including ourselves had to find our own cutlery, clear our own tables, dreadful service from rude staff and very disappointing. However, after making our dissatisfaction to the manager, and contacting our travel company, we were moved to a back room away from the road, this was perfect, we were treated a... Read more

I stayed here for 4 nights recently and overall experience is pleasant. The hotel location was quite misleading for me when i took the S-Bahn from the Berlin hauptbahnhof and got off from Savignyplatz station and it ended up with the next alternative - "Taxi" after wandering for half and hour getting nowhere. The location is in fact walking distance close to the U-Bahn Station (Uhlandstra├?e) which is not far to the happening area - Kurf├╝rstendamm. The hotel room has a pleasant design with... Read more

A fabulous establishment that allowed two young travelers to stay in their arty hotel. The added extras were the finishing touches for ourselves after spending weeks in rooms of 10 to 12 people. The elemis (high class) pillow spray knocked us out like a light, well worth a couple of sprays. The relaxation and meditation space in the chic basement helped us release tension and cares from the day. Breakfast was a joyous affair with many people waiting on us hand and foot. The salmon and bo... Read more

We stayed here for 3 nights in May. The hotel seemed empty! Which didn't bother me in the slightest, however, it was a bit odd! We had a bit of trouble with our room - the TV didn't work but we were quickly shown to an alternative which was twice the size and much better. The location is a wee bit out but still very close to the metro and the Bikini centre. There was a great rooftop bar at the top of a Monkey hotel which I recommend you visit. Berlin is huge and very spread out - so take ... Read more

It is a good hotel with nice room, probably a good idea in order to limit street noise to be on the higher floors or away from the main street. Kitchen used to be open for dinner with a basic but relatively okay menu. Recently it seems to be closed randomly and there is the impression relating to the number of people the chef may get up from his chair to whip up a meal or decide the kitchen is closed so bad luck if you are alone and just want a dinner.

It was my first time in Berlin, so I wasn't really sure of which was the best part of the city to stay. The area where the hotel is located is fine, plenty of restaurants and nice shops, and the tube station is not that far, roughly a 5-min walk. On the not so positive side, I can say it is not really close to the main city attractions so going out in the evening may not be the easiest. Apart from that, the hotel is clean, rooms are big enough and nearby there's a bus stop to the airport. Al... Read more

I love how chic the decor is. (There are so many artsy boutique hotels in Berlin!) The beds and pillows are so comfortable. There's a tub for soaking. Room is spacious and there are ample hooks. Coffee making facilities in room. What I like most is the premium range of Elemis toiletries! Shopping district, the park and zoo are walking distance from hotel. There are many good restaurants nearby.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2016 for 5 nights. Very suitable location, close to Kurf├╝rstendamm, U-bah and S-bah stations. Clean, breakfast is enough, veru friendly staff. Wi Fi free. There was computer with printer in lobby, and tourists have opportunity to make check-in and print boarding pass in hotel.

I can't say enough about the quality of service by the staff which is SUPER - the problem is that management did not staff adequately for the large groups there. Staff did their best with a smile but since they were enormously outnumbered, you had to wait - the bartender also had to work front desk for large group check ins. If you're there with a large group or other large groups are present, be prepared for an ice cold shower in the morning when everyone is getting ready.... 4 Star Service b... Read more

I stayed here for two reasons - the kitschy Andy Warhol-themed decor, and the location. The rooms are pretty big compared to most European hotels and well done. They even have a night eye cream in the bathroom and a pillow mist to help you sleep well. How neat is that?! The bed is very comfortable and they even provided extra pillows in the room before I even checked in. Great service all throughout my stay! Breakfast is adequate. It gets crowded after 8am and you may have to wait to find a tab... Read more

We had a room up on one of the higher floors as it seems like there would be a lot of street noise. The location was great for walking to shops and restaurants with a subway station close by also. The rooms were clean with plenty of room but, the air conditioner could have worked a little better; it was a little warm for sleeping. The breakfast array was very good.

This is a boutique hotel, personal, quiet, clean easily in walking distance to most sites or train connections. The price was average but quality high! I recommend this hotel! We walked to "Checkpoint Charlie" and numerous other famous points of interest i.e. The Wall, shopping, transportation. Be sure to purchase a electricity converter so you can use you US appliances. You can buy one around the corner or check in convenience stores. If you don't, you will burn out your camera, phone, dryer, a... Read more

The most interesting aspect of our room was that we had a giant Andy Warhol over our bed. Art was hang all over the halls, elevators, and common rooms on the first floor. Very nice and helpful staff at the front desk. Surprised at how many spoke English. Great neighborhood very arty, sidewalk cafes, lost of shops and supermarkets nearby. I look forward on my next trip there and would book the same hotel.

Spent a long weekend in Berlin at this hotel. Located in Kudamm, there's plenty of restaurants around, and good transport links for exploring the city. Efficient service and staff, and the hotel didn't seem particularly large or busy as some hotel chains can do. The rooms are quirky with Warhol art and inspired touches, but a huge Andy Warhol face staring down on your bed is a little disconcerting at first! Also, two single beds together does not make a proper double bed. That said, would consi... Read more

Modern hotel near but not on Ku'damm. Room decoration is arty with an Andy Warhol motive and Monroe watching you over your head. Good amenities in room. Nice decoration and very clean. Breakfast costs 9,90 EUR but not very good.

Very pleasant stay, the room and bathroom were very clean and I really like the cosmetics I was provided with. What dissapointed me was the fact that I thought that "Art room" would be in the style of Andy Warhol from the pics which I found on the hotel website under the name of Art room-modern decoration of the room and especially the great bathroom with Marylin on the Mirror etc. The room with the bathroom I stayed in had nothing to do with "art" in their name, it was just a normal room with a... WE chose this hotel for our first visit to Berlin. We stayed 4 nights and were very pleased with our choice. Our room was large and comfortable with an excellent en suite showerroom. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the 24 hour desk service meant we had no problems when we needed to check out at 4.00am to catch our flight home. There is a good bar with bar meals but we ate breakfast out rather than at the hotel. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the nearest u bahn station.
