Stayed three nights, the. Hotel is warm, clean and quiet. It is a budget hotel and it is out of town but we enjoyed the tram ride into The city each day, the transport system is fantastic. The hotel was nice and comfortable better than we expected for the money, breakfast was good with a wide variety of items available. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good value experience. Berlin is a great city.

Very old hotel with dirty interior (drapes, walls etc). Breakfast was ok. Found bugs in the room. Not good value for money Staff at desk was helpful but overall rating is poor due to the standard of the building and lack of cleaning

Comfort Hotel is a place for travelers to stay. It is comfortable to stay but there are no amenities provide except soap in the bathroom. The breakfast is also quite OK but not substantial. Stay was OK.

Stayed here for a few days away to Berlin. Not a lovely experience. Room takes "basic" to the minimum. Quite a hike back into berlin city centre too. Absolutely nothing around the hotel vicinity (other than Ikea), therefore there is no choice but to go back into town, to eat, drink, etc. Luckily, well served by a tram, but still takes a good half an hour to alexanderplatz. Not sure why money was spent on a bowling alley here, instead of other facilities, but there you go. Breakfast okay, but ... Read more

Arrived here on the 1st Sept 16. Booked through easy jet as part of package, when you arrived at Berlin Schoenefeld take the train from the airport train station (RM7) to Alexanderplatz, then take the M6 tram at Alexanderplatz to Landsberger Allee/Rhinstr stop (you will see Ikea). Then use the M6 to Alexanderplatz (transport hub for your travels) back and forth to see Berlin, The hotel itself is a bit of a journey from Berlin, (25mins tram ride) and needs a refurb as its dated. However it was ... Read more

The hotel is not far from Berlin center, but still in full ghetto. It was not ''hotel'' it was hostel.Hotel very noisy and very uncomfortable beds . Pillows looked like dried cheese.Soap box was empty when we arived to room , and toilet paper was almost over.the staff was more interested in football . Breakfast was bad .the only nice thing about the hotel was bowling. It was not expensive, but still it was not free.and the bar staff was friendly.Wifi is only in lobby.

clean hotel, nice breakfast. The wifi costs 9 EUR per unit for phones and 13 EUR per unit for laptops, so if you are 4 people it's costing a lot. The wifi in the lobby is free though. The hotel is approx. 20min tram ride (M6 line) from Alexanderplatz.

Firstly , this hotel isn't a 5 star place- it looks like a brutal leftover of East German architecture-what it is though is an excellent budget hotel, Its very clean, safe, rooms are big and staff are friendly. The Breakfast was good and plentiful. Its a little bit out of town - its 20 mins on the M6 tram (get off when you see IKEA). You have to pay for internet but you can get it free in the reception For the money - you cant beat this place for a mini break

Positive: Budget hotel outside of the center. Public transport in walking distance. Nice breakfast. Great and very helpful staff. Negative: No free WIFI in the rooms. Lobby free but not always reachable. WIFI in room costs 5 EUR per day/per device. Rooms are outdated. Electric plugs broken (dangerous not only for kids). Very big negative surprise: It's possible to open the windows. (I don't want to think if someone ...) Dangerous for everyone!!
